  1. Now the tower is 100% complete (and its quite large for Landmark series...) But I have some problems with my camera, so i'll complete my entry tomorrow.
  2. It's an obvious decision for a LEGO Fan from Russia to build the most famous tower of the Moscow Kremlin for the contest! The Spasskaya Tower (Literally something like The Saviout Tower) is the main Moscow Kremlin Tower, and it's famous certainly for its clock, the kuranty... There is no clock on my Architecture Landmark-scale tower (classical LEGO clock tiles used for the official Big Ben wouldn't wit). However, it has four black circles as the dials, and many other details. Some things are quite simplistic, only because of the scale. Just look at Adam Reed Tucker's official models... Construction: The black circle piece holds these white horns perfectly... Something like SNOT without studs ()... And with the real one: More DIFFERENT views and pictures on my BRICKSHELF: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=499898 Yet just a beginning... (I'm just afraid that anybody else would choose the same building... I'll post the final entry as soon as possble!)

Many thanks to everybody for the comments! The speeding ticket works like price-list\information list or something like that!

Thanks! Now I think that it would have been better if I had built 3 different Baroque fasade walls without other walls or modularity)) About the roof, I don't like the black one on it. According to Palais Kinsky, it would be better with sand red slopes: But corner ones in sand red don't exist) And sand red slopes are very expensive since they're very rare.

B-OM-14C This was my main LEGO work for nearly 8 months! The first idea was to create a modular using the techniques of my Palace MOC (http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=55755&view=findpost&p=994092). There weren't any real inspiration building at first, but then I created another, totally different project inspired by Palais Daun Kinsky ... There are results. With my 10211: Close-up views: Back (old building, modern owners?) The interiour... I think that there is enought interiour on the ground floor, but about the first and the second ones... The restoration is in progress. I couldn't find enough parts for it. The building was made without virlual project - the facade cannot be made with LDD, and I cannot use LDRAW) There were more than 3 large bricklink orders hovewer. About the 1st and the 2nd floors, there are no interiour. I've placed some minifigs here. On www.doublebrick.ru, we have Lego Mafia games just like you have here on Eurobricks. This building was used as decorations for my latest Mafia Game (since I'm the most popular game host there), and most figs are the characters from the game. The roof is very heavy because there is a brick pyramide inside it to hold the roof tiles made of 300+ 1x2 slopes. The building process: started with another project in August, ended in February. I'm wauting for you comments! Thanks for viewing!

Nice MOC! Looks like a self-made variant of the new Weathertop set, but it's still interesting. Some people use Google Translator here. (No, I don't! ) And Google translates Russian equivalent for Nazguls (Назгулы) into English like ORCS! http://translate.google.ru/#ru|en|%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%B7%D0%B3%D1%83%D0%BB%D1%8B%0A That's why I hate machine translation)

I've tried to build such a lion many times, but have never really successed... Nice work! Though its paws should look better without "teeth\horn" pieces)

Another Fantasy Era Reborn model! (First, Second)

Another Fantasy-Castle-themed MOC (here is the first vig) There is some mysterious storyline, unfortunately only in Russian... In brief, the hut's owner (Man with a Magic Lamp, not the Minotaur) is local assasin\dark mage\etc. and his house looks dilapidated not to be visited by Troll King's soldiers\tax collectors Additional scene: The "modern" Dwarf shooting Troll Soldiers from an ambush in front of the Hut. Link to my MOC's page on the site of Russian LUG Doublebrick
  10. Thanks! I wish everyne to get these troll-figs) Maybe there will be a Fantasy Era-styled Troll in Collectible Minifigs series? About the crown - it's unfortunately that my set was a late release withnot bronze parts... Lego replaced them with brown ones, maybe because of short-lived bronze. However, early Dwarves' Mine set has bronze helmet.
  11. So I had bought another Liberty Statue Minifigure and decided to build this with its parts: Troll King and his jealous wife :
  12. Great revamp! In the dark time of Power Miners, it's interesting to look at "New-Styled" Rock Raiders)

At last, I'm among the winners! Thanks to CopMike and the whole EB Staff Team for these Christmas presents)

  15. 9) Spartacus scene - Spartan and Gladiator Entry (Build by Space Terrapin) - 2 points 10) White Fang scene - Zombie and Eskimo Entry (Build by Cecilie) - 1 point
  16. 3) Gladiator Entry - 1 point 20) Detective Entry - 1 point 30) Snowboarder Entry - 1 point
  17. Great news, but what's about the bags or "manual" sheets? We haven't seen even the photos of it, aren't we?
  18. The customisation is quite simply, but I like the beautiful scene)
  19. -GZ- replied to -GZ-'s post in a topic in LEGO Town
The main MOC is the chair, of course. The table is a simply addition) This is not the map, but the Daily Prophet newspaper from HP sets.

There are some of my ideas of old luxury furniture. My MOC on a Russian LUG website Doublebrick There are no glue, only Lego parts and my own SNOT technique). I want to make an armchair with golden parts, but unfortunately I haven't too much C-3POS or CM-wikings for this))
  21. -GZ- replied to SAN's post in a topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Very interesting style of the building itself (I like this decorated entrance), only the sign is quite ugly... I think it's better to use another snot technique, like one in modular sets...
  22. Beautiful vig, though it's not very accurate to the movie)
  23. Another great MOC, though it's quite unusual for this contest) Good luck!
  24. AT LAST!!! I have the whole set of series 5 figs!) Bought in Czech Republic through Leganie.cz. They said figs are in stock since july 18. The Gladiator - I haven't opened other figs yet)
  25. It is even not a musketeer but a guard of cardinal! I can try to make it using high-quality photo of a fig, but I want professional one.
