Well, if it isn't Mr. Summary himself, coming in to pick on a defenseless townie? You guys are like freaking wolves, picking on a guy. I have a life, I had free time on day 1 so I posted a lot, and now you're lynching me because I reigned it in? I contributed more than you. You too. You seemed to think I was pretty townie on D1, when you were all buddy-buddy with me after I Townread you. We're you just waiting to stab me in the back, scummo? Vote: Carl Andre, for making incredibly large posts with incredibly little content and for bandwagoning.

Town read John on Day 1. If you read the thread you'd see where I said he read more like a newb than as scum to me. Scum read Eva day 1. You'll also see where I accused her. Continued to scum read Eva Day 2. Did not want to vote for her in order to avoid a no-lynch. Voted John because he and Tony were the 2 lynch candidates and I felt that John's allegiance would provide more information than Tony's. Cop result today made me decide John was town, for sure. Even if the 'cop' was scum I could see him claiming to have investigated John (who again, feels like a newer player to me) to try to manipulate him, and if the cop is legit (more likely) then duh he's town. Again, pretty much 100% town on John now. Eva, not so sure. I'd been scum reading her but because of the cop I don't want to push harder, you'd see that if you read my only post today (which some people think is me trying to get an Eva lynch rolling? What?) where I specifically say that I do not want to lynch her unless substantial evidence towards fake results comes up. My logic is perfectly sound throughout all three days, I was just able to get online more (and therefore make my intentions clearer) on Day 1.

Liking the investigation, I was town-reading John to begin with. Feels like we have a good investigator. Do not like Eva reading town, have been scum reading her and that was supported by last night's kill. Don't want to lynch an investigated-townie claim unless no better options or sold evidence towards Godfather are put forth, though. Arrrgh.

Thank you for the vote breakdown, Anne. :) A lot of your points against John are interesting. There seem to be 2 main lynch candidates today, John and Tony. Both have pinged me in the past, and another no-lynch is just the town shooting itself in the foot, so I will Vote: John McCracken because a) his erratic voting and bad math (which might be attributed to either panicking or scuminess) and b) his allegiance will shed light on the motives of the early triple-vote on him yesterday.

The thing with Tony is all the wine that comes with it, it's just something to note when analyzing further behavior, not good enough to say one way or another on its own. Same with the tie, just something to note. I said look at Tony and Frank, not accuse them. Perhaps 'watch' would have been a better word, something was obviously lost in the wording. Anyway, going into today my number 1 suspect is Eva, not either of those two, which I thought would be obvious from how I voted her yesterday and my first statement if the day was calling her out on a slight scumtell

Wishy-washy. I want to look at Tony (Sol's number 1 suspect) and Frank (who tied the vote a third way). I sort of expected John to tie the vote out of self preservation, but Frank really should have pushed it one way or the other so we'd have a lynch to go off of. It's no good to be playing blind and giving the scum free kills, we need to be proactive (especially in this small a game).

Still not liking the bandwagon in McKraken, the fact that three people are willing to vote him based on one thing that he hasn't even gotten the chance to defend himself from is unsettling Jo, please give us your opinion instead of insulting other's ideas. Yes, Tony's idea is meaningless as a method of catching scum, but just mocking him won't help us out. If you don't have anything to add to the conversation yourself you shouldn't be calling out others for bad ideas. At least a bad idea gives us an opportunity to analyze said idea and form an opinion on whether it's scum trying to mislead us or a misguided townie. You're being abrasive isn't helping us catch scum As for my vote, I've mentioned multiple times now that this bandwagon is bothering me Anne is the only one who voted for John legitimately Ell was willing to add to the discussion when pressed and I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now (slight scumread still, though) So I'll Vote: Eva Hesse for the fact that she literally just voted for the first person to vote without providing any reason other than his sense of humor, which she found strange Seriously, what the hell

Thank you :) Unvote: Ellsworth Kelly Also, periods are for girls To be honest the period thing is just thematic, it feels 'minimalist' to me. Same thing with the typed emoticons. If it bothers anyone let me know and I'll stop.

Not so much the solidity as the sheepiness None of us (not even me) is casting votes based on solid evidence right now, just behaviors (like you said) So why are you just voting based on someone else's intuition instead of your own The fact that John even brought up that people would be projecting role info/gambiting on day 1 screams inexperience to me, but his train of thought is simple enough to follow even if it is kinda simplistic and not the best reasoning Anne's response was also perfectly rational But instead of asking yourself 'how can I contribute to this discussion and who stands out to me right now' you looked at the suspects other people brought up and chose one of them The solid evidence I'm talking about is reactions, a D1 vote is basically a Corner of Suspicion because there is really nothing to go on yet So you make something to go on by casting a vote and gauging reactions, and if the scum-tells start piling up other people will pick up on the vibes also, and not just for the reason 1 person brings up So seconding a vote without adding a second reason at this point is scummy Every townie scum tells once in a while so lynching someone over a single slip up on day 1 is basically throwing away a townie By gauging responses we can establish relationships and draw conclusions based on our lynch For example right now I am town reading Anne as town based on her response to the vote on her, Sol as scummy based on his calling out three people for lack of contributions while he... doesn't contribute, Brice and Robert as townie based on Brice's knee-jerk defense making a bus unlikely to have occurred, Jo as scummy for popping in to give a defense and criticize someone for just waiting for information and telling him to be proactive despite the fact that she's been pretty much 100% reactive so far, etc Any of those things would have been fine to base a vote on at this point because there is no true solid evidence like you said, and then based on their reactions to that vote you could Unvote or push harder But you literally just sheeped Anne and pushed John towards a lynch without adding anything of your own to the table In fact you didn't even wait for John to respond, just blindly hopping on a bandwagon That is either extreme apathy or mild scumminess (All the guys who are waiting for information instead of trying to make information appear are also reading as apathetic/scummy to me Come on you have nothing to lose, it's day 1 Who are your suspicions, Tony, Jo, Sol, Carl, etc?) By suspicions I mean gut feelings, of course Not expecting you to have evidence right now, but at least talk If you don't open yourself up to analysis of your actions then you're depriving the town of information, which is scummy, so even if you have even a single idea that only makes a little bit of sense throw it out their so others can at least see what you're thinking

Not liking prospective bandwagon Although talking about the art is fine I wouldn't really put much stock in it as a method of scum-catchery, but yeah I am famous for making art with light installations That said inaction kills townies, and I've already mentioned four people who've stuck out to me Time to put my vote where my mouth is and Vote: Ellsworth Kelly Casting stones semi-randomly this early is risky, but seconding a vote before solid evidence is just begging to start a bandwagon At this point bandwagons are lethal to the town Also the logic that 'it's either lynching people for stupid reasons or a no-lynch' is so bad There's always evidence, even on Day 1 Off the top of my head, Robert, Brice, John, and Anne have all contributed to the discussion in valid ways, even if I disapprove of some of some of their brashness

OK yeah I thought you meant a game where the scum were already close in number to the town

What, no What kind of logic is that There's fewer players but I'd bet there's also fewer scum, Host wouldn't screw up the ratio

I think John, Eva, Brice, and Robert are the ones standing out to me John, Eva, and Rob for being so quick to accuse and Brice for being so defensive I'd bet at least one of Eva or John is doing a mild D1 bus, but not Rob>Brice because of the knee-jerk reaction, a bus probably would've been better planned I think a scum who was unexpectedly called out on D1 would've played it more cool so while Brice does stand out to me like I said it's standing out in a town-ish sort of way

Oh, huh Just checked the rules and we're all actual people. It also doesn't say we can't share our artwork so since this isn't a quote from the host. I'm the first picture on the page, the colored lights one. That's cool, didn't realize we were actual minimalist artists
