Normally I would say yes, but the problem is the wheels. Swiss post have a strict rule that anything over 2cm thick must go as maxi-PAC which includes tracking and insurance. Where are you based and that's the best way to get a price - for Spain it was 30.- I will be in the UK in early march...

Don't forget some TLG designers are AFOL and probably cannot just rely on "free bricks" for their private creations. If for an official design it could also be that specific parts are old / currently not in production / but most likely they are doing their own MOC's

Having once been in Bad Aibling hotel at same time as German sales team meet up (Lego bricks everywhere) I can easily understand a "regional" setup - whereby sales targets are discussed and response to other products are compared. Did Sungymen sell well outside of its target market? If not then perhaps the cost to bring to market out weighed the benefits; and more shelf space can be given to fast movers and higher turnover It is a pity that more sales via the exclusive tab of their website were not allowed - but again it will be a production run / shipping issue. If all the production were shipped en/masse to Singapore then it makes international distribution much more expensive. In the end there will be some people in TLG who know the answer and some people scratching their heads but compared to the high volumes of other sets it's probably a storm in a teacup to them (although big deal for collectors).

This was done a few years ago and space___ (Forget full username) posted great pictures and even built working Ij points. The model was of a Japanese train - was definitely on Flickr. The old bridge supports from the construction sets would be your friend although only in limited colours

The 7939 locomotive has a plain yellow cab - but on bricklink you can find them with octan logo (windscreen, decorated). Then replacing a line of yellow bricks with red green yellow plates and tiles Produces a very elegant diesel locomotive or three. The 7855 does work in blue but a large part of the red is two weight bricks to keep the locomotive on the track - and the 4 wide nose means it doesn't fit well to being used with PF. I remember the custom octan wagons - I also sold some a year ago. I have a few more in metallic silver / yellow to finish making up.

We all go through dark ages, and another is fast approaching and I have decided to considerably downsize my collection of models. Before listing them all on Ebay I wanted to give Eurobrick Members / LUG'S the opportunity to acquire them as they would make a sizable diorama for someone willing to have the space. In all cases please assume the models are 98% complete, i.e. there may be occasional part changes but these should not effect the appearance of the model. Not all mini-figs are present, and assume no instructions. Where possible I link to photos for your viewing pleasure. Please be aware that shipping from Switzerland is not cheap. There is an online price calculator from Swiss Post. There is an automatic limit of 2cm package thickness which is generally not possible to keep for any model. E.g. a 12V wheel in padded envelope is already larger than 2cm. Consequently most postage to Western Europe will be over 15 CHF. Maxi-Brief parcels have to have a weight under 2kg and Length + Width + Height under 90cm, with no single dimension of more than 60cm. This can be achieved for small models, otherwise it will via Small Packet Post. Some recent examples: 3.5kg parcel to Belgium: 45 CHF: Incuded Tracking and Insurance 4 kg parcel to Holland: 49 CHF: Included Tracking and Insurance 500g parcel to UK: 15.50 CHF: No tracking, no insurance For addresses in Switzerland it costs between 9-15 CHF depending upon weight, or we can arrange a pickup from Zurich-Oberland. For addresses in Germany I can be persuaded to take the train to Konstanz and post the parcel using DHL prices is then about 6-10 Euro (up to 10kg). The prices are based upon average selling from bricklink in the past 6 months, and ebay (tends to be cheaper). I am always open to sensible offers, or multiple set discounts. However we both know the realistic prices so please, nothing silly. This list will appear in subsequent posts so that I can easily edit the items. Coincidence possibly But this does seem targeted. If it was a change of policy I suspect others might also be reporting things... But that it is against crow killers does seem more like a grudge and that is unlikely in TLG unless perhaps there is a specific legal bid with issues. Hence why I felt it was more likely to be a troll impersonating rather than a real TLG issue However the embassy ambassadors might be able to shed more light to you privately

I read your other threads and wonder if someone outside of TLG is giving you hassel and impersonating them? Legal depts can be huge massive beasts but it does seem strange that there is no attempt to return calls etc. and places like eBay and zazzle are probBly not going to overly check a take down request

This somehow sparks memories of the older snow patrol series and the simple beauty of technic. Deserves to be an official TLG model
