Looks like Vader's going to go death, assuming that's a full-blown explosion and not just a small fire. Extremely top-notch MOC, with cool explosions, neat tiara blood and outstanding photography! Job well done.

Amazing Art you guys! This is beyond cool- having custom digital MOC's. Maybe in the future we'll see more Blender/Digital Designer MOCs over the real thing...
  3. A nice MOC, but yeah, why'd it get bumped?
  4. Sorry. I guess you could look up how he becomes battle damaged? Unless you'd like to play the game first, I hear it's loads of fun.

Love it! The Battlefront 2 version brought back memories, as did the Clone Wars (2003) version. It's simple, but highly effective.
  6. How much does it cost anyway? $250 US? I'm guessing $350-$400 CAN then...

Good MOC! I like the ships, although they are somewhat simple, they get the job done. The landing area is cool too, while not stylized, it also gets the job done- very well. Fight on, Imperial!

Now that is an awesome MOC Batbrick! I love the scenery and bricks used, but most importantly, the custom figures and monsters are awesome! The plant looks like something straight out of Little Shop Of Horrors!
  9. Very nice looking set, and thanks for the pictures! It doesn't look flimsy to me, and despite the two stickers, I love it. Won't be able to get it, but it's possible to love something you can't have nowadays. Just wondering, is anyone else a fan of the MIDI-SCALE sets? I loved the falcon, and I'm hoping to get the destroyer too.
  10. Yep, that's Darth Vader from December 2007/January 2008's Rogue Shadow set. It's a good set that can still be found on Bricklink, if you're interested.
  11. Anyone here? Hello?
  12. Well, who says we have to stay uninterested? Bionicle may be pretty much over as we know it, but we can still dream, can't we? Let's keep this going, maybe get a title change and make our own.

They are somewhat simple to be honest and lack complexity. But on the other hand, who needs complexity? Sometimes the simplest of models are the best. I like them, they look pretty cool. Using two colours (black and trans-green) give the models a mysterious look. I also love the Pakari users' mask. Still, if you added to them (assuming you haven't destroyed them) they'd be really cool.
  14. Can someone get me up to speed? Sorry, but I just want to help out with the story but I don't know where to start. I've been reading this post and I still don't understand.
  15. Drawbridge Defense over the Prison Tower, although that all depends on what kind of setup you have. Is it Kingdoms? Castle? Drawbridge Defense has great figs for the Castle theme, but it'll do almost nothing for a Kingdoms setup.

    Anyone?

Thank you for telling us, I'm going to have to order that one day. Not with the new midi-scale Star Destroyer and Imperial Shuttle coming out!
  18. So am I! Oh, and if you can't get the shuttle, there's always Bricklink for Luke. http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?pg=1&a...mp;searchSort=P I for one am amazed at the shuttle, but more amazed at the Midi-Scale Star Destroyer. Unlike many people, I *love* the midi-scale Millennium Falcon and I now love the midi-scale Star Destroyer. Looks like there's no sticker sheet, either! Yee-haw! The AT-AT, however, I find somewhat disappointing. How many pieces is it? I've heard of BURP and LURP, but what is a BPP?
  19. Hate to admit it, but yes- I think that's part of the frame, and will support it over time from stress. If I remember correctly, its either part of the very top part of the frame, or the nose. Either way, I'd rebuild it just in case there are some pieces missing.

My TRU in Windsor, Ontario has no figs, however, we're just getting in the new sets now (if that helps). There's also several copies of the AT-TE and Republic Attack Gunship, for those interested.
  21. I think we'll get a new faction in castle or at the very least a revamp of the original ones, new as the theme may be. This seems to be the way to go nowadays.
  22. 1. No 2. Individual 3. How about a model of Henry Ford's Model T? 4. How about a large model of a dragon from Castle, that can be used with figures? Now that's something I'd pay for, Castle being my favourite theme. 5. Good to see you guys care, as usual!

A good impulse set! I just built mine about five minutes ago on the car ride home. The misspelled title was of surprise to me, but I still lol'd.

Could you do a side by side comparison of this and The cw vulture droid from ahsoka's Jedi starfighter set? (edit): sorry, I didn't mean to revive. It won't happen again... I'll kindly pm him next time.

I disagree, we could use this topic to discuss the past sports themes and maybe even spread it to MOCS! Maybe?
