Both hilarious and scary at the same time - well done!
  2. Sweet, well done!
  3. Bummer Cat C had to go, I have spent much time dreaming up my four figs for that category. Oh well, I'm still going to make them! Hopefully we'll at least get an arena to post and discuss them, is the thread only hidden and not actually deleted so it can be revived in some other form?
  4. The Fabuland-heads fit onto the Technic-figs: Some of the Belville-figs also use the same head-connection.

  7. I'm gonna have to pass on this, I'm flying to Scotland that weekend instead. http://www.forestry.gov.uk/forestry/ACHS-5RNFVJ To much fun at the same time.
  8. It's actually already here on EB: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=50837

    Sweet, well done!
  10. Sweet! I like it! Very clean!
  11. Meh, I bid you €10 for it. AH MAH GAHD! Stunning Sariel! All this in only six weeks? Or was that the accumulated hours translated into weeks?
  12. Neat, I like both Arax and Eliminator!
  13. Cool! I made a synchro platform back in 2002: More: http://lotekbricks.blogspot.com/2002/07/synchro.html

  15. The MB Unimog celebrates 50 years this year, perhaps that is why we see it as a set? (the first prototype was built 1946: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unimog#1946_.E2.80.93_First_prototype )
  16. There is another all metal hook that's been included in a couple of Technic sets: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=x99&in=S
  17. Give it another 15 years and I might actually have started to learn how to use it. Going into a second dark age when studless took over did not exactly help...
  18. I see the problem, Silvatec does not seem to have even one decent photo of the machine on their homepage! I suppose the driver get tired of looking into that crane pretty fast. The Timberjack walking machine was a prototype only and AFAIK it failed due to computers not being able to do the processing fast enough, this was some years ago now (mid '90ies?). It would be hard to make it fast enough but it sure saves the ground from being teared up. A lot unlike this video, this is NOT intended use and had it been anywhere else then Russia I suppose the driver would have been fired and prosecuted for environmental abuse. But it sure displays the neat way an Eco Log harvester can rise/lower the wheels individually to keep the machine horizontal. http://www.eco-log.se/en/ The hard part of making an harvester in Technic is the felling head...

Nice! Sounds like a world a bunch of phone cleaners might create if they were expelled from normal society.
  20. Not even two percent of that video showed the tread wheels.
  21. Also, Scandinavians were shorter back in the Viking era so the vertically challenged fella' in series 5 is perhaps a better rendition of a Viking.
  22. Great little MOC! Welcome!
  23. I've added a lot of non-LEGO RF stuff to my MOCs in the past (but only to replace my own fingers, i.e. to control polarity and pneumatic switches): See more here: http://lotekbricks.blogspot.com/2001/04/rckillough.html There are several others MOCs there with the same system. Since I never drove my MOCs at any range IR works fine for me today, so I've stopped using non-LEGO RF.
