I think those complaining about how heavy this wave is with PT/CW sets need to consider the future. The "Rebels" TV show will be coming out next fall, and if Lego reacts in any way similar to how they reacted with the debut of the CW series, we'll see a summer wave of almost exclusively OT/Rebels sets. From then on, "Rebels" sets will most likely be as prevalent as the CW sets have been for the past few years, meaning OT fans most likely have a bright future ahead of them while it will be the PT/CW fans' turn to complain. I am willing to bet that we get so many PT/CW sets this wave because the next wave will be just the opposite: Lots of OT vehicles to coincide with the "Rebels" TV show. Sometimes I feel like the only person who loves the OT as much as the PT/CW.

It's a close race between the AV-7 and the tri-droid for the place of "Worst LEGO Star Wars vehicle ever." Other than those two, everything seems great. The use of the new basters everywhere worries me, since it looks like the may be replacing the old blasters (if you look at the BPs especially). We still got a few of the old blasters, but they appear to be dying out. Not good. It almost seems like Lego concentrated too much on minifigs and not enough on actual builds. Obviously, I'm not going to complain about the high quality figures, but vehicles like the tri-droid and the AV-7 leave a lot of room for complaining, build-wise.

See, I knew the BARC trooper wouldn't have a new mold. It's the same phase II helmet mold as the other troopers. The only trouble I see with the BARC trooper is the printing for the 'mouth' on the helmet. It's not bad, it's just not quite right. As for Gree, well, he's just amazing. The colors don't quite match with the real Gree (the colors should be grey-er, IMO), but it's no biggie. I love how the green section on his helmet isn't perfect, but instead shows some wear and tear from combat. It's actually very accurate to his helmet looks in the movie.

I wouldn't judge an entire minifigure based solely upon one part of its helmet printing. You have to admit, the colors and printing on the torso are far superior to the old one, not to mention just plain awesome. Besides: Like beauty, ugliness is in the eye of the beholder. ;) My bad. :/ Pearl light grey it is!

I think it's safe to say that too high is better than too low, in this case. I guess the helmet molding and printing could use some minor tweaking, with key word being minor. It's a minor problem, and as such, it doesn't stop me from loving the minifig or buying the pack (that's the price tag's job, LOL).

Oh my goodness... the picks in the Lego Leaks video... Wow. The Octoputurra droid was hilarious, with that wooden crow's-nest piece... it's clear from the other pictures in the video, such as the Kashyyyk battle-pack, are from even earlier in the design stage than the rest of the prelims that we have. Minifgures and even parts usage is different from the other prelims, with lots of placeholders. So I can forgive the cannon for looking dumb, since I'm sure now that it's not final.

The "spider-droid looking thing" could be either a Crab Droid or an Octoputurra Droid, since both were present at the battle of Utapau. How many legs did it have? Any more specifics? The orange looking clones are 212th for sure, hopefully two of them are airborne troopers, as rumored. As for the cannon, I'm not sure I like the looks of it. In any case, the minifigs are all placeholders.
