  1. A row of townhouses in colours that are good enough to eat. I originally built one of these in Dark Orange, but couldn't resist using these delicious colours for the final street!
  2. Hi everyone! I'd like to present my latest modular building, the "Blooming Blossoms". The building is named after the florist on the ground floor. I had a lot of fun with the florist. It's no secret that I love flowers, but this is the first time I've actually gotten around to doing florist. It feels like this one has been on my "to do" list forever! The florist has extended with a little garden room to house the exotic plants that need a little more sunlight and warmth. The first floor of the apartment has a little kitchen, eating area and comfy sofa. No TV - hence, the reading lamp behind the sofa. The upper floor has a small bed and writing desk, as well as a bathroom with old-fashioned chain flush toilet. More images on flickr! Thanks for looking. C&C welcome!
  3. Hi Everyone! I'd like to present the Blue Shores, which was the one of two completely new buildings in The Promenade layout. While the layout overall was inspired by New York architecture, I named this one Blue Shores as the colours remind me of the seaside. There is no interior for this one either I'm afraid. It will probably stay that way, although I'll keep it build for a while in case some inspiration (and time!) comes my way. I think it should be a lolly or ice cream shop, but haven't thought much beyond that. There are a few more closeups on Flickr. C&C welcome!
  4. I'd like to present the Cast Iron Building, which was inspired by the cast iron buildings in New York This was one of the eight buildings in The Promenade, which was my individual layout for Brickworld in Chicago last month. I have built it several times now - the original build, a rebuild for the instructions to make sure I could put it together at BrickWorld, setting it up as part of my layout and then again this weekend to take photos. So, I'm a little over it! Hence, no interior and also no proper name, as this is always inspired by what's inside the building. Here it is as part of The Promenade (credit for the image goes to RoxYourBlox): Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions always welcome!
