When Renato Filamento was informed by Ivo Fortesque about the new island he had discoverd not far from Nelissa, he imediatly had to go and see for himself. And after a voyage that was much faster than Fortesque's 15 days he landed with a crew of hearty explores on the beaches of Berelli himself. However, when he landed there was no trace of the natives Fortesque had told him about. Instead, he was faced with a seemingly inpenetrable rain forest that rose just a few meters behind the beach. What Renato Filamento did not know at this point yet was that rowdy explorers from Oleon had forced their way onto the new island forcefully and thus scared away all the natives that, until recently, had been living close to the sea. On the contrary, as the true humanist that he was, Renato Filamento instructed his men to be careful with their weapons and not shoot or stab anyone until they had his permission to do so. This of course was not met with much enthusiasm by his men, but the Eslandolan viceroy was convinced that if they ever wanted to trade with the people living on this island they would have to treat them with utter friendliness. "No unessecary violence in the name of our good king Fernando Augusto!" he told his men. The Eslandolans' landing on the beach had not gone unnoticed though. Chabuyab, a young worrier of the Xibenyah tribe, and deadly master at the bow, was observing the crew from a save distance. These strangely clad men did not seem as unfriendly as those others that had been able to control the thunder and had forced their way into their village. Before they could know he would be able to shoot at least all four of them and leave unnoticed before others, still out at the swimming house, would be able to help their comrades.
