I'm looking for 2 particular MOC's, but haven't had any luck finding them; - Both are collaborations of serveral builders with a cyberpunk/futuristic/dystopian city theme. - Google isn't my friend anymore... I keep finding the 2013 Cyberapocalypse build or the 2011 Cybercity build, which aren't it. The 1st one; - Found it; A Bus Stop In Bucharest. The 2nd one; - Isn't so recent as the 1st one, more around 08/09-ish, maybe even older? - Had a train/metro on the foreground with a road above it. - Hoverboarders on the side of the road on some sort of track. - Police vehicles + police figs occupying the road itself. - An overpass/bridge + a gang of 'Akira' styled bikers riding underneath it. - Had vehicles caught in a traffic jam. - Was hosted on an own server, no Flickr/MOCpages. - Was called 'City 17', 'Sector 7' or something similar to that. - Found it; Zero Hour on Highway 44. Please drop a comment if you happen to know what I'm talking about. Mod's you may close this thread/topic, if you feel like it.

In the late 50's a team of researchers created a species of hyper-intelligent monkey. These primates, capable of advanced speech, and solving complex logical puzzles, were left in an enclosure in a rocky barren wasteland. The scientist wanted to see if the sapient animals could create a primitive culture without any human influence. The information about this experiment was found over 50 years later in early 2011. Although almost positive about the fact that the monkeys had died out years before, the U.S government sent an expedition to find this "lost monkey civilisation . The results were not what they expected. The monkeys, more adapt to cooperation than us humans, had built an advanced, peaceful civilisation. The humans wondered at the amazing buildings buit on stilts (the monkeys had an unexplainable urge to live high above ground), advanced electronics, and high standard of living. Gigantic farms were built under glass domes, and iron was mined from places humans never knew of. Humanity was shocked. They were jealous of the monkeys' advanced technology, and peaceful ways. They were afraid that the monkeys would break out of the wasteland, and destroy humanity. To prevent this from happening they corrupted the monkeys. Taught them of war and power. Sold them weapons. Told them not to be content, and lust for others wealth. Within a year the monkey town had decayed into a dystopian nightmare. Warlords fought each other. The once beautiful buildings fell into disuse. Crime ruled the streets, and no monkey was happy evermore... The main building. Yes, thats a banana on the billboard. Da Monkee'. My favourite part of the MOC, and the first thing I built! More pics can be seen here Hope you like it!

Enjoy everyone, this was a pleasure to build. There is a high price for food out here! The worms we have been traveling alongside are easy to catch, nourishing, and so far, free of any negative side effects. And on top of it all, they actually taste good! They are, in fact, the main food source of most of the species that make their home within the Desolation, a lesson we are learning the hard way. Ambushes staged by the most bizarre creatures are constantly waged upon us, as they try to devour both us and our wormherd. Two days ago, we were attacked on both sides of the path by a pair of formidable predators. A hissing blue animal resembling a spiked manta ray exploded out of the slime and attacked Quane, who wielded her staff against it. As I rushed to help her, another creature blocked my path; a huge, spindly beast with a beak and a crest atop its narrow head that rose out of the marshy ground, snapping at me with jagged claws. I swung my weapon blindly and heard a sickening crunch as my staff sheared off one of its pincers. The monster shrieked and retreated beneath the smooth treacherous surface from whence it had come. I turned to Quane who had bludgeoned her assailant to death. Later, we tried eating it, but it tasted bitter. Overall, we had only lost one worm, but it was only one battle... The journey continues... This is a bad angle, but it is the best one I could capture. Thanks for having a look.
