Hello here's the 3rd of my TFA inspired Microfighter builds - Kylo Ren's Shuttle. H 10.5 x W 10 x D 10 studs in dimension and 111 pieces, though that could be brought down to 100 with a little less greebliness. It has pivoting wings, a tiny ramp and a couple of stealthy flickfires underneath - plus room for a pilot of course. Kylo or maybe a FO crew member would be more appropriate. It's a tricky ship to do in Microfighter style because the wings are so huge in comparison to the hull, there's really no option other than to scale them right down if you want to keep inside the 12 stud limit. When the wings are folded out it's obviously a lot wider and generally it looks just a little larger than most official MFs, though not completely out of scale. I did most of the design in LDD and then bricklinked the parts. As usual, real bricks meant for a couple of design changes but actually for the better. It's pretty sturdy and playable as long as you don't force the wings past the stops. I didn't even attempt to make the wings slide down in the landed position it would have made them either flimsy or very bulky so just kept them in one piece. That's about all. Comments and critiques welcome! "Race you, Dad!"

Huge fan of LEGO's model for Kylo Ren's Shuttle, 75104, but as many fans as well, I was very disappointed that the ship's wings did not fold out. I was also a little disappointed that the color did not completely reflect that of the ship as seen in The Force Awakens. So of course I decided to add the missing features and improve the color, as well as change some other attributes. Finally finished my LDD rendition. What do you all think? I also listed some other changes I made on MOCpages, if you want to check them out.

Hello all! I'm sure just about all of you have seen The Force Awakens now... in The Force Awakens, the scene that I wanted to most create in lego was the Starkiller Base speech scene, with all the Stormtroopers and Officers in the crowd, and General Hux presenting his speech prior to the destruction of Hosnian Prime. Note, I will update this as I have more progress. I've been working on this for a couple of weeks now, and I'm pretty happy with the outcome so far. But no where near done, in fact i'd say it may be only about 10-15% done at the current state. I'm going to make this HUGE. Now, instead of getting the majority of the big lego star wars force awakens related, but rather I've mainly been getting a lot of the Battlepacks that came out somewhat recently, and I plan to replicate that scene the best I can, with tons of baseplates, tons of minifigures.. Well it's not all planned out yet, but let me show you what I have so far. I'm sure others have thought about or are even doing the very same idea, and I also look forward to seeing some other versions out there at a later time. So, here it is so far. "Today is the end of the Republic! The end of a regime that acquiesces to disorder! At this very moment, in a system far from here the New Republic LIES to the GALAXY while secretly supporting the treachery of the loathsome Resistance. This fierce machine which you have built, upon which we stand, will bring an end to the Senate! To their cherished fleet! All remaining systems will bow to the First Order! And will remember this... as the last day of the Republic!" ―General Hux Starkiller Base, Update by Brick Capone, on Flickr Starkiller Base Updates by Brick Capone, on Flickr image by Brick Capone, on Flickr I found the all plain white at the back of the base a bit boring, so I decided to add a Starkiller Base hallway with a bridge overhead like you see in the movie. Anyway, tell me what you think for now, and we'll see what it looks like at the end, which will be in a long time.

I’ve been working for the past three months on this project. After the 1:93 scale kit from Revell was released I reverse engineered the correct measurements and planned out a minifigure scale version. The build consists of two wings and the central body. These are mostly finished with a little more work needed to lockdown the final assembly and stability issues. I should be able to include the boarding ramp and some interior elements. Current size is 32cm (w), 44cm (l) and 56cm (h). If you watched closely during the movie you will have noticed that the upper wings slide inwards and down behind the lower wings. However, the cross-sections book and schematics show retraction tracks to pull the wings inside the lower section. Much like the original design of the shuttle (which was painted white in early promotional material) this detail must have changed late in post-production. Once I get hold of newer reference material I can change the wing design. For now I'll keep the wings in retracted mode, as a build with them deployed would be 96cm tall! As I make more progress, I'll upload photos into the album. Hope you like it.

Hello, here's my Microfighter version of Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle. The wings fold out like the real thing. They also collapse for landing mode but not quite like the real one. It also sports studshooters like TLG's latest microfighters.
