  1. Yesterday I've build this smaal speeder. It's called the Explorer Speeder. It can be used to explore planets. It's just a quick builded MOC. I'm busy with some MOCs which are more complicated, so it's also fun to build some easier MOCs 01_Explorer_Speeder by LegoMathijs, on Flickr 02_Explorer_Speeder by LegoMathijs, on Flickr 03_Explorer_Speeder by LegoMathijs, on Flickr hope you like it :)
  2. I saw this on my news feed today and though someone here might be interested to read this. I am not much of a minifig collector, but, I know many of you are, and this may be old news, but to some like me, a pleasant surpeise and all round good news story ! Well Done Nasa, and Lego. Link to news story here : http://www.collectsp...ws-080411a.html Here is the image ( I hope all can see it):
  3. I was searching for minifig parts on the Pick a Brick store and Pieces and Bricks / Replacement Parts service website. While Torso and Legs parts are mostly under the same Design ID (for example 73200 and 76382), minifig heads are using a different design ID for each printed face (For example..., See also the Rebrickable page for #21342). The general 3626 part number is used for non-printed parts only on those services. The first few paragraphs of this page explain this problem: http://lego.wikia.co.../LEGO_Questions Is there a list somewhere of all the minifig heads parts listed by TLG Desing ID? I searched everywhere and couldn't find one. Thanks! (P.S.: feel free to me this topic somewhere else if it's not in the right category )
  4. Hello LEGO Minifigure enthusiasts! My study group and i, are currently doing a project about the company... ... Best regards Davidhasselhoff
  5. Is this too early? http://www.brickshop...11-polybag.html -Sci
  6. Hello I tryed my hands on two motorcyles: the little yellow one: Actually a tablescrap from the meeting yesterday. Was challenged to use the Track Switch ;) And a moped: 100% Lego. The hole Scene. I hope you like them. Jonas
  7. Main Shot I have to say that i am not happy with this picture. i had a hard time taking this picture due to the lighting only being let into the windows that are so dull and the pillars hiding some things. After doing battle with the now dead (Thanks to Damian) Morgan Ducard, Bruce and Damian play fetch with Damian's dog, Titus at Wayne Manor while they are trying to recover from the horrifying events of there battle with Ducard. Huge thanks to Tristan, Richard, Harry and anyone else who gave feedback during the work in progress stages. My second entry into Nick Haro's Lego Batman Contest over on Flickr.
  8. A small van that can hold three minifigs. It's not my best vehicle, and is probably my worst. I don't like the pig nosed front. I spent an unusual amount of time on the flag section. https://www.flickr.com/photos/128029269@N06/15475263108/ To make up for the hog mobiles poor design, here's a fun pic: https://www.flickr.com/photos/128029269@N06/15661423615/ A lady was just trying to get her kids to school on time, but she caught the eye of the traffic cop. And to make it worse, she missed her job interveiw! But her kids are just playing tag, enjoying their unintended free day. And it looks like the little stowaway is going to make a break for it.

    Knor I

This is for the SHIPtember contest on Flickr. The contest is to design and build a SHIP (Super Huge Investment in Parts, a spaceship that is over 100 studs long) in the month of September. The minifig scale freighter I built weighs near 11 pounds, is 110 studs long, and is surprisingly sturdy. Some notable features: working overhead cranes, opening doors, a full interior, two small transport vehicles, and working landing gear. The Knor I is a middle class freighter that carries a four man crew. It's two small transport vehicles are docked at the landing pad in front of the bridge. With dual overhead cranes and loading docks the Knor I can load or unload its cargo quickly and efficiently. Numerous solar panels provide power for the large engines. Lots more pics can be seen here: link All C&C appreciated
  10. With the Release of LEGO: MARVEL Superheroes on the way I thought it was time to make an Agent Coulson Minifig, cos this universe needs one! So inspired by the new series of 'Marvel's Agents of Shield' being broadcast and what references on LEGO Coulson exist, that's what I did, along with a few members of his handpicked task-force to accompany him. Agent Coulson Leo Fitz Jemma Simmons Click on any image to go to my Flickr Page, where the full size image can be downloaded for your enjoyment! (Colours may appear a little strange on-screen, this is because they are designed for printing, so they should appear correct when printed) :) If you do use this decal, I would love to see how it turns out and where in the universe it ends up. So do send me a link to any pictures or MOCs you have either through Flickr or any of methods on the bottom of the image, enjoy! This Decal is for Personal Use Only! This Decal is NOT for Commercial Use!
  11. These minifigures were made for my space comic. After Blacktron was destroyed many groups tried to raise up and take control of the planet. One of these bands were Xenfar... This is the standard grunt: The decals didn't come out as well as I hoped, but oh well. He has back decals as well. I also made female soldier decals. Notice how the uniforms have different numbers on them. The whole band. As they are but rebels at the moment, with no rich benefactor, they use whatever weapons and helmets they have available. Thanks for looking, C&C appreciated!
  12. Did anyone ever give ranks to each specific colored classic space minifig, or any other theme for that matter? Please post them here.
  13. I have seen numerous solid color minifigs, in white, grey, black, and others in various MOSs. Some of these colors are good for statues n the like. I've tried to search on BL for solid color MF's with no luck. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Andy D
  14. I haven't gotten one of the Creator 3 in 1 houses yet, but I have been looking at the reviews and pictures posted here and trying to plan how to furnish it for minifig use. I have always been fascinated with the housing and making things more usable/realistic for the minifigs. Back in the days of blue and grey Space sets, I used to make stoves, seating and entertainment sets for the bases I built. I'm wondering what some of you who have the Creator series have done with furnishings in the limited (sometimes next to none I notice) space you get after the build. I have been looking through the forums but haven't seen anything yet. So what have you got? Or is this something you haven't thought of yet and now the juices are flowing, so what are you planning? I'm working on getting some bricks together in my collection to use for MOC esp. this particular kind of thing, so besides stealing chairs and desk from some of my City Advent Calendars once I get something put together I'll post some picks and update this post. Now I'm going to go look at the amount of stud X stud space some of these reviews have and plan my layout. But I would love to see some ideas from others!
  15. Probably the most famous Meme in the Star Wars Universe, definitely the biggest in-joke. From a simple, podgy extra running around Cloud City with a Ice Cream Maker as a prop, to a Hero of the Rebellion escaping with the City's Memory Core, holding the names of the Rebel's biggest financiers. This guy epitomises the Star Wars fandom and the Expanded Universe, where any background extra can get a back story tightly woven and is integral to the main plot of the films, all from a couple of frames screentime. He's a tribute to the fandom's sense of humor, and devotion they have to the series. After doing a little research into Bespin and Cloud City for Episode One of Nar Eurbrikka, I came across this guy and thought that I just MUST have a minifigure of the guy to play around with. ^_^ Click on either image to go to my Flickr Page, where the full size image can be downloaded for your enjoyment. Surprised nobody's made a LEGO version of Willrow to date (that I could find). Thought he might have turned up in the LEGO Star Wars Games as background joke/tribute, but nothing, where's the Willrow Love? ALSO, THIS GUY WOULD MAKE AN AWESOME COMI-CON EXCLUSIVE!
  16. The Nam Wreckin Crew are the meanest, deadliest, bunch of S.O.B.s ever to pull on a uniform. Pictured here at muster they are selecting their gear for their next mission on Cheeseburger Hill. NWC act as problem solvers for the US army when actions go bad or things just get to hot to handle. Officially these guys don't exist running black Ops for the Administration. The NWC are hand picked and led by the ruthless Sergeant Frank Statton III seen here front and centre. The Team. Darryl "Heavy D" Payton. M60 Support Gunner - Outhouse doors want to be like him when they grow up. Tommy "Thumper" Johnson - Responsible for punching a way into hot zones and droppin' smoke for Copters at the exfil.. Don "Tick Tock" Banner - Demolitions and the teams grease monkey. Bob "Psycho" Busch - Tunnel Rat, No right to be alive but he's still breathing despite being, shot, stabbed and blown up. Seemingly nothing can stop this combat tank. Ralph "Smokey" Polawski - Wants to see the whole world burn and frequently does... Some of the customisation I have done is as follows: Daryl - Painted Boonie Hat The Sarge - Hat String and rank decal Psycho - Bandages wrap round entire body (not really visible) Tommy and Bob added helmet straps Bob custom flamethrower with some painted elements Hope you enjoy them!
