  1. This is another of the main buildings in our city - Godwins Hollow. We really liked the official city hall but needed something bigger so we expanded it. The inside of the building has lots of details - a DMV, jury deliberation room, court room, judge's office, mayor's office, city council room, and press briefing room. Hope you enjoy. You can see more of the building here and here and the park around the building here and here.
  2. The Bat-Bunker is a secret headquarters underneath Wayne Tower established during the tenure of Dick Grayson as Batman and Damian Wayne as Robin. It's intended as a counterpart to the Batcave, but personalised to Grayson's crime-fighting approach and located in the heart of Gotham City. Alfred Pennyworth helped Grayson build the bunker and also runs maintenance. Although the Batcave was originally left functional, Grayson and Pennyworth eventually moved everything into the bunker when a security breach was made by Two-Face. So this was my first time building something comic book based (Besides Scenes) as a full Minifigure scale sized moc. And to be honest i think it turned out ok, When i choose to make this Moc i was reading all the Comics from Grant Morrison's run on Batman and the Bat-Bunker made its first appearance in a Comic i was reading so i took a lot of inspiration and references not only from that title but multiple. As with all comic book locations it looks different in all the multiple titles so i have taken many scenes and location and tried to fit them together. But most of this Moc has come from my own imagination with inspiration from multiple sources Tv, Movie, Comic etc. Wideshot Exterior shots Interior shots Promotional Poster for the Moc This Moc was displayed at Brickvention 2014, Melbourne Australia. Thanks For Visiting!

  4. My entry for the Winter Village IV Contest: "Theatre in the Park!" While shopping at the winter village, why not stay and watch a bit of legitimate theatre? UPDATED 12/16: Added more pictures of the vignette. Main View Stage Park/Bench Area Thanks for viewing my entry! LegoWookie, on Flickr
  5. Hi there, I just wanted to interact a little more with the community and I thought I would start by sharing my Lego model I designed and built based on my favorite carnival ride; The Tilt-A-Whirl. However, my model doesn't tilt, and the cars don't spin freely, and in fact they are connected to a gearing system so they are always turning while the ride is in motion. This was done because I really like to add motion to my Lego models, and allowing the cars to spin freely was't providing a lot of action. The deisgn on the ride has a platform planetary gear system that revolves around a single solar gear seen here in the center of the ride pavillion Here is a shot of the underside of the platform that shows the gears that move while the platform spins around the fixed gear. After marrying the platform to the base, the result looks something like this And in its current state, operates like this The first design could only be operated by hand (and at a time when I owned a really crappy camera) I then added a Lego motor, and after a bit of trial-and-error on how to attach it, found that using a worm gear to drive the entire platform was ideal. Finally, I submitted it to Lego for consideration to become a real mode at their Cuusoo site: http://lego.cuusoo.c...deas/view/18203 I hope that you like it and let me know what you think.
  6. Since there are so many animals in LEGO Friends, it seems obvious to build a Friends zoo. I got the idea at LEGO Fan Weekend in Skærbæk in Denmark last year where my first Friends MOC “Rainbow Holiday Center” was located next to another Friends MOC, which was a zoo, but just built in a different way than I would do it. Together with my 19-year-old son Lasse I started building the layout between Christmas and New Year. The layout was completed and exhibited for the first time at a Danish LEGO exhibition in the beginning of May. We also expect that it will be exhibited at LEGO Friends days in LEGOLAND Billund 6-7 June. More photos: https://www.flickr.c...157652462197078 Video:
