Here's a MOC I did for the "Starfighter RMX Challenge". In this game, one designs a spaceship and the others make their own version of it. (It's **way** less photoshopped than it looks like ) Don't ask how they do when the want to turn left. I know there's little love for the bionicle/hero factory parts, but I like quite a few of them. There's a drone in the hold. The interior is tight but functional. And of course, it has the mandatory SP1 prisons. The album of the original and other versions are visible here:

Hi everyone, I have finished my Space Police III layout last weekend. The built started during the holidays (Christmas) and after a few months and a few bricklink orders it is finally finished. When I took some pictures, I used a black cloth to erase the cluttered background. The layout contains an old hangar from the M-Tron. Now it is used by the Black Hole Gang for criminal activities. The Space Police is invading the hangar during a arms deal between the Black Hole Gang and Blacktron Future Generation. In the layout there is a police station. In the police station is a meeting with Space Police from other systems (S.P. I & II) and with the Unitron to discuss the presence of the Blacktron II on the planet. Across the street there is a cafe. In the Cafe is a band playing. The layout contains several vehicles and references to other themes. Here is an overview of the layout. Here is another view at the overpass and landing platform. Here is the link to the flickr album. For more pictures of the vehicles, hangar and cafe. Feedback and questions are welcome. Thank you for watching. Sander

Hello! I made this series of comedy sketches featuring my Microfighter versions of classic space sets, mainly to amuse, but also to practice some new animation techniques and try and encourage some more support on the Lego Ideas submission which is languishing below 1k. It's a mixture of practical and CGI models, some stop-motion, and in the case of the micro space monorail, pulling it along on a bit of thread! If it raises a giggle, or even just a smirk, I'd be grateful if you could support the project on Lego Ideas, the link is in my footer.

Built after getting and dismantling all the Mixels police. Used some extra pick a brick wall pieces and a couple of minifigs from parts I had handy. Tried to get the feel of an official set. We all know how LEGO love their cops and robbers in the City line, so why not in Space too?

Hi everyone, I had exhibited at Legoworld the Netherlands with a Space layout. It has been 6 years since I have done something with my Space collection. The last time I had everything in one landscape, but this time I wanted to separate all the sub-themes in different landscapes. The landscapes are also in time sequence. In the landscapes you can see the overlap of some subthemes. One other idea was to connect the worlds with each other with a monorail. The monorail set 6990 was the set to connect all the worlds. The first set is from 1986 and the time line ends at 2011 (Alien Conquest). I do have Space Police III, but I did not have the bricks to create one more landscape. I do not have Mars Mission or Roboforce, because of lack of interest. The link to the pictures: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=549231 I hope you like it. Sander

Per the lyrics, "This dude saved the human race." This brings me to two questions: 1.) Why is Space Police after a faction that saved the human race? 2.) Where can I find the shirt the kids are wearing?

Hey guys, I recently finished my first SHIP. It has been the biggest Lego model I have ever constructed. Consisting of way too many parts (I didn't count to be honest), just over 1 metre long, with a wingspan of around 75cm and weighing approx 10-12kg. I was only 9 when the original Space Police theme was released, and then I only had one set (6886 Galactic Peace Keeper), but it was, and still is, one of my all time favourite sets. I've since bought a couple of other sets from the theme as well as many many many of the panels and decorated slope pieces used in the sets. The SHIP took me around 3-4 months of weekends and occasional evenings to build. A lot of time was spent constructing various parts, only to deconstruct and reconstruct differently. I had planned on a fully detailed interior as well, but I ran out of time for a show, and by then I was a bit over it. The Bridge is detailed though. Inside the hull is a brig with a working door (oooo exciting!!! :-P) and a few spots that hold the battery boxes for the lights, but that's about it. The roof of the main hull, and the roof of the bridge are both easily removed. The thing is solid as a rock too. Survived the 3.5 hour each way car trips, in the boot of my car, with minimal breakages. Pics are here on my flickr page: And if anyone's interested, there are some WIP pics here too (although I didn't take many): Here is one Pic. It's one of my favourites as it truly puts the size of the SHIP into perspective. The ship wasn't 100% complete at the time, but that's my 4 year old son posing with it (and he's not exactly a tiny kid!) Thanks for looking. Sam

Here is my first ever VicViper. Long live Space Police I, the best (in my opinion) in the Space Police theme! I placed 8 LifeLites LEDs in the rear pods to try and make it a little more interesting. Other images, and a video of the LifeLites in action, are on my Flickr stream Thanks for looking!

Continuing forward in time...when you have bad guys, you need police to take care of them. This is one of my personal favorites. A two pilot fighter, but still can carry the cell.

Another childhood dream instantiated: This is the hub for Space police operations in a sector. Hosting both medical facilities, prison and interogation systems and life support for long term deployment, the Sector command is a self sustained law-enforcing platform. Standard setup includes 2 x 6986 - Mission Commander ships as well as two deployable NT3 Sentinel platforms for guarding and blockading operations + smaller ships. The ship carries 3 standardized prison modules and have two landing platforms for medium size ships (6781 SP Striker) and a docking bay for shuttles and smaller crafts (6886 Galactic Peace Keeper). The strengt of the ship is it's deep space scanning systems which makes for a large coverage area. [About the MOC] I've been working for this for a while, and it was finished back in november, but it's hard to take pictures of this model, so I've put it of for a long time. My previous moc : http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=62601 inspired me to try for something bigger. [images]
