Hey guys! I've been rewatching all the Star Wars movies the last couple weeks in anticipation for The Force Awakens. Now I'm in the mood to make sets LEGO never did! So I started off with the Droid Factory from Episode II: Attack of the Clones! The minifigures I included are Anakin, Padmé, RD-D2, two Geonosians, a Droideka, and two battle droids (one with C3-PO's head.) As usual with my MOCs, I try to make them look like real LEGO sets. So there's tons of play features, like turning the knobs on the sides of the conveyor belts, knocking Padmé into the giant fire pot thing the little platform at the entrance can be pulled back, etc. I actually made a droid factory set in 2013 but didn't like it so I remade it last night. I think it's heaps better than the old one, what about you? Thanks for looking! Feel free to tell me what you think I should make next! I'm thinking the Battle on Geonosis. We'll see!

See the rest of the story: Season 1 Season 2 Junker's Fee Welcome to Fondor Fondor City Nightlife Many Bothans Died... Well At Least One Fixing to Clear the Mind Thermal Detonator Pot-Pie Focus Torturous Trial The Escape The Calamity Star Hyperdrive Repairs MKJoshA and Kale wandered the halls of the Redemption. They had been introduced to other members of the Alliance, Wick Nole, Monty Python, Zaael, and Vedawoo to name a few. Josh had helped the Alliance as an intel office for many months, but had never been aboard the Redemption. He was struck by how many people here seemed happy. It was a huge difference compared to what he was used to seeing on Empire controlled planets. They entered the hanger where everyone who was going to board the Suprosa were gathering to enter the drop ship. He was struck with the need to say something. He looked around and noticed an unused ladder and climbed up it. “Can I have your attention!” Josh shouted. A couple heads turned toward him. “Can I have your attention please!” He shouted again. This time people stopped what they were doing and gathered around him. “We are all about to board a ship, not knowing whether we will come back. Why are we doing this? Why are we risking our lives to try to stop the Empire?” Those listening started to look at each other wondering where this was going. But Josh continued, “We go because we believe there is a better life than that under the Empire! The Emperor has shown he’s not afraid to hurt those who have been entrusted to his care. There is no thought to what his people need, only to what will bring him more power! Those who serve him may think they are doing the right thing, but all they are doing is furthering injustice! We need rules, we need order, we need a leader; but we don’t need tyranny! We need a government who puts the needs of its beings ahead of any other goal. So let’s go over there and show the Empire that we won’t sit still while they take away our freedom, and the freedom of beings everywhere!” The whole hanger erupted in applause. Josh felt that he had finally found purpose in what he was doing. He was part of the Rebel Alliance to get away from corrupt government officials. He was a part of the Alliance to help others get away from under the yoke of tyranny. “Now,” Josh continued after the applause died down, “Vedawoo, we’ll need you to pilot the ship to get us all over there. Monty Python, you will need to set off a bomb to help clear our way into the right corridors. Wick Nole, clear the corridors of any enemy troops and see if you can hack into the Suprosa’s computers. Zaael, as soon as you can, break away and go after the computer core. As soon as you’ve retrieved it we’ll all meet back in the hanger and get back to the Redemption!” With more bustle and commotion, the Rebels were on their way.

One of the many companies Aardman Animations (the studio behind Wallace & Gromit and Creature Comforts) have made adverts for is LEGO. What is uploaded on YouTube by the Hall of Advertising channel is one advert done for Train... And one very impressive advert done for Pirates... But also, my Creating 3-D Animation book mentions a spaceman advert Aardman made that was similar to the Pirates one. I looked it up and yes, I found a Space advert with the same construction characters (2:30): But I've also seen listed in an interview a mention of producing advertising for LEGO Star Wars. This interview came out before Chicken Run and LEGO Star Wars came out in 1999 so it must have been in the franchises early years. http://www.telepathy.co.uk/aardman/culture/faqs.html Does anyone know of some early LEGO Star Wars advert with stop-motion in it?

This MOC and custom minifig set is based on the starship and characters featured in the 1995 LucasArts video game Star Wars Dark Forces and its 1997 sequel, Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II. I've recently submitted this project to LEGO Ideas to try and get it officially produced by LEGO: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/121705 The unique look of this starship helped make it a fan favorite in the Star Wars gaming community. During my first play-through of the game, I found The Moldy Crow's design enigmatic and fascinating. Figuring out how to build a version of The Moldy Crow using LEGO was as much fun as playing the video games it was featured in. This was my first MOC and was built in 2010. Our family’s LEGO building passion started with building classic Star Wars star-fighter LEGO sets. Once we had a decent representation of both Imperial and Rebel fighters, we realized that we needed some "rogue" ships to balance out the collection. At the time the only two LEGO sets available were Han Solo's Millennium Falcon and Boba Fett's Slave 1. The Moldy Crow immediately came to mind as a great ship to add to our collection. While searching online for references of the ship, two color schemes were often presented. Most of the in-game screen shots leaned towards using Dark Tan as the ship's primary color. However, several custom made illustrations and model kits presented The Moldy Crow using rust colors, similar to LEGO's Dark Orange bricks. I decided to use the Dark Orange color scheme because it looked better amongst our other Star Wars sets, and because (at the time) LEGO pieces available in Dark Orange had the specific shapes I was looking for. I modified the MOC over the summer (2015) to clean up the build, getting it ready for its submission to LEGO Ideas. I hope you like. Starship build features: full cockpit that seats both Katarn and Ors minifigures retractable landing gear 360º rotating turret high swooshabilty To see more images of this MOC, please check out the photo album on Flickr: https://flic.kr/s/aHsjFLz1Sx

With many of the vehicles has been released in the Force Awaken series, I haven't find the Luggabeast available yet. Not sure if TLG will make this, but I think the Luggabeast has pretty cool steam punk look so I have decided to build my own. The Luggabeast has higher loading capacity then normal land speeder. The MOC is base on the below photo found in the net LUGGABEAST Head can move forward and backward The head currently is a no brainer, might consider adding later :D backpack Thanks for watching

Hello, I am totally a newbie in the LEGO Star Wars forum, I am more a Historical builder. As it is my first attempt to make some SW MOC, I wanted to show you my little build. My wife bought me as a gift, some microfighters and 2 SW advent calendars, the 2014 and the 2015 ones. I made a scenette showing my Microfighters from the original trilogy in action. I didn't have many bricks available, so I decided I'll build the MOC using only the bricks from 2 sets : The 2014 Star Wars advent calendar and The 3866 The battle of Hoth boardgame And then I put the microfighters in action like you can see in the photos. Hope you like it. Diorama microfighters 01 by Thomas LOUYOT, sur Flickr Diorama microfighters 02 by Thomas LOUYOT, sur Flickr

Hello Eurobrickers! I am here to show off my first complete MOC, the shield generators on Hoth. The final model is a little above 1700 pieces, I have to modify the model slightly for stability purposes, and then I will know for sure. Here is a good look at the Final Model: The base is sturdily constructed and the generators fit on top quite nicely. A look from the side: And a final look from the other side: The model took about a month to design and build. I will make this MOC's files purchasable once I finish (and start) the instruction booklet. Once complete the instructions will come with the excel spreadsheet containing a parts list. The minifigs are not a part of the parts list for anyone wondering! Overall it was a great experience to finally finish my first MOC. Now I just have to figure out how to finish my Invisible Hand Bridge MOC . That one is A LOT more pieces as the bridge is minifig scale and as exact as episode III will allow me to make it. Anyways, enough about that MOC, I hope you enjoy this!

Hello, it is good to see, that Lego Designers are building MOCs, too. I have met John Ho a few weeks ago at the Skærbæk Fan Weekend in Denmark. For example, John is the creator of the Darth Vader Buildable Action Figure (75111). And during the design process of that figure, he has created a great MOC - a kind of "Brick"-home, a statue. If you like, you can check out the images right here. The next step should be a true to scale Death Star for the Darth Vader Action Figure: That would be awesome. Have a nice weekend Andres

Hello, everyone! A while back I made a model of Anakin Skywalker's Podracer in LDD. It was heavily-based on the 2011 edition of the set. This version that I am presenting you now is an original design of mine, I think it is much more accurate and detailed than my original concept. I rendered the picture in Bluerender. The model has 187 pieces. Please offer any comments, criticisms, or praises! AnakinPodracerV2.lxf

Hello everyone :) I recently finished up the project that I've been working on: The Battle of Kashyyyk. A battle from episode III that was so short, but still grabbed my attention. Wookiees lead the charge What's a Star Wars moc without an Indiana Jones Easter egg? ;) Anything that you like/don't like or would have done something differently? Please feel free to share! I am always looking for ways to improve. Thank you, Pat

The story so far: First Day Aboard the Avenger At The Table-Before The Storm Rescue Mission Reassigned Eliminating The Competition Target Practice “Here we go again…” Evac Warning: Pic Heavy! Welcome to Jon’s Spaceport! Home of the original Spacewaffle! (In atmosphere) Air Space Patrol: State your business. Sarge: Look, I'm sure your busy, we need a quick landing to deliver a some medical supplies. Air Space Patrol: What kind of supplies? Sarge: Look, my friend is 'hurt' and he needs some help. Air Space Patrol: Alright, but before you land I have some more questions. Sarge: Look, I don't feel like answering anymore questions. But we will be landing at Jon's spaceport, send the local police if your so worried! And bill the Empire to make up for it! Ugh. Air Space Patrol: Will Do. Sarge:Your Funeral Air Space Patrol: What did you say? I can have you shot down! Sarge: Nothing. Just shut up please and let me land. Sarge: Let’s get this over with! Flying literally half a Gozanti is slow! The 3 disguised Imperial medical officers walked over to a guard to show their landing permit to before completing a quick transaction... Sarge: Alright, alright, here’s our landing permit! And a couple credits to buy us some time…Or else…. The guard took a quick glance at it, scanned it, and let them on their way. As the three medical officers approached their client, an Imperial Officer stopped them. IAA Female Officer: Good, you boys are here. Dajyra the Hutt upset…your behind schedule. By FOUR hours! Boris: We had t- IAA Female Officer: I don’t wanna hear it! Move along now! Sarge: Understood Sir. The officer was clearly upset, so they quickly walked over to the Hutt. Beltar and Boris where startled at what they saw as a guard approached them... Nemoidian Guard: Halt! State your business before approaching the illustrious Dajyra the Hutt! Sarge: We are here for your Master’s… “Medical Supplies” according to my transaction papers. Beltar and Boris where almost speechless at the age of the Hutt...Almost... Beltar: By the Emperor…They raise ‘em real, real young… Dajyra: Silence before I have your head! Give me the transaction paper. Leave the crate. And be done with it! Sarge: Excuse my friend… Here you go your highness…We will be leaving now before the local police arrive…. The transaction was very quick and painless but they had to move fast before someone noticed the obvious Black Sun Transport... Sarge: See Beltar, that over there is top notch bargaining practice. But, scum are scum, so not here. Alright boys, let’s go now…oh come on! BORIS! COME ON! Beltar: Ha, gotta try some of those things you told me about on this planet someday.. BORIS! Boris: Uh, Coming! Sarge thought they where in the clear, but then the officer started to approach again. Hopefully she wouldn't blow their cover... IAA Female Officer: I will file this report ASAP, the Emperor wishes to know. We will leave through a different port to leave little trace. Drop the Black Sun Transport off at Mustufar, and take a shuttle to Coruscant. Sarge: Understood. Let's move out! Beltar, remove the crate ASAP! Beltar: Right. Boris: Fun stuff... Beltar unhooked the crate and Boris ignited the engines and they where off to Mustufar for their next mission on Coruscant... The Hutt began to approach his item... Dajyra: Mwahahaha! Those fools! IAA Female Officer: Alright, let’s get off this planet quick. I never want to come back here again. IAA Male Officer: This planet sucks. Jon: Spacewaffle? Both IAA Officers facepalmed. ===================================================================================== Side Stories Within the Build/Details Extra Pics Below! Stop by for our original spacewaffles anytime! ===================================================================================== So many images so little time…. I added lots of little details so I hope you looked through all of the pics one of my favorite details I added was the partial black sun logo on the top of the ship, as seen in one of the SW:TCW episodes on a Gozanti cruiser. Also, since I used natural lighting, there are some pics where light reflected of the lens so it looks a little weird. Hope you liked this build and story! C and C welcome! ~Beltar

Hello Eurobricks. It's been a long while since I actually used a forum board. I used to manage and moderate forums but ever since social media step in I essentially went into dark age of using forums as well. Anyway I am an AFOL. I'm Asian and moving around places due to the nature of my work that's why majority of my collection are minifigures. I started MOCing this year due to a local LUG Star Wars event. The first batch of LEGO sets in my childhood are mostly City, Castle and Space. I mostly like Space and I still have my original Ice Planet set, 6879 Blizzard Baron. :) Then I went to a very long dark age.... then when I resumed my LEGO collection I picked up Star Wars almost immediately and then Ninjago. It's a weird combination but I find myself stuck in both Space and Action category. I may go back to Castle if there is a proper historical theme later but for now I am preoccupied collecting CMF and those SW minifigures that I missed.

Welcome to my: "Star Wars: Geonosis Arena Execution" Creation! This is a Geonosis Arena LDD Moc which I have rendered and submitted to the LEGO Ideas site. If it reaches 10,000 supporters it will be reviewed by LEGO and can become a official Set! If you have Facebook you can use it to have signup quickly and support the project. Otherwise you can register manually. You can support and take a look at the project here: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/116419 If you wan't to further help the project you could share it on other appropriate sites and spread the word. I've been working on making the Geonosis Arena for years probably from 2002/2003 to the present day and I think I've nearlly hit my limit on the development of my designs for both the creatures and the structure of the arena, (more of the arena was in my previous projects) . This time around I've made custom designs for a new version of Padme, Obi-Wan and Anankin as seen in the Republic Gunship,(75021) set which adds a lot more to a potential Geonosis Arena set. I've also continued to update the four pillars making them more robust and movie accurate. Did I mention, they can fall over just like in the film when the Acklay charges against one smashing it and when one is hit from a Geonosian sonic cannon. Don't forget if your watching please leave a support. This would mean the world to me if it got to the LEGO Review and I think it has a good chance to be made since it was never officially released as a set before and it's not something massively huge so there is a good chance LEGO could consider it. May the force be with you. -Thunderous Blade
