  1. I show you my MOC of the Batwing from the Arkham Asylum Video game. This MOC has 429 pieces. Let me know what you think about this MOC! :) Tell me which one would you like to see next time or tell me what you want me to build! Special Thanks to Lucas / The Incinerator14 (https://www.flickr.com/photos/theincinerators) for the advice and his kindness! I credit Giulio Manuelli too (http://www.moc-pages.com/home.php/102785). He made an Arkham Asylum Batwing too but 4 years before mine. Although similar, I didn't copy his design. It's just a big coincidence but by respect, I credit him! :) The Display is highly inspired by the MOC of Outer Rim Emperor. 2. Hey guys , My first MOC when I came out of my late dark ages one and a half year ago was the Batmobile from the first two Arkham games ( well , technically it also cameos in "Origins" ) . It was ok for a first creation after years of absence I guess , but not that great . Some days ago I stumbled upon the LDD file , and I thought " Why not revisit it , make it great and actually build it with real bricks as well this time ". I'm posting this as a WIP because I've finished 80-85% of it but I'm kind of stuck and I need some opinions and suggestions . Here is what I have so far : The tooth piece is supposed to go between the 1x1 plate and 1x1 tile right behind the "tubes" , LDD won't let me put it there but I think I'll be able to squeeze it in there when I actually build it . The tubes / hoses will be flexed so that they're closer to each other and have the angle like the "real" model . As you can see ,the front part is complete , but the back , specifically behind the driver's seat is only a rough draft . So here comes the part where I need your help . I've created two versions of the back "afterburner" area as well as I need your opinion on which looks more accurate , and as many ideas and suggestions as possible for the part behind the driver's seat . Here is the second version of the back area . And , since 2D screenshots can never truly express the 3 dimensions , I'm attaching the LXF file . The one on the right with Batman next to it is what I've been showing so far , the one in the middle has the second version of the back area and the one on the left is the one on the right without the roof , whatever you see there is "complete" ( but of course can be changed if needed). Note : I know some parts don't exist in the colours I use , but I don't like to be limited by the colours TLG produces their parts in , so I'll probably paint them . Also , you may find some "silly " bits in the LXF file , like three 1x1 plates on top of each other instead of an 1x1 brick etc , obviously this won't be the case for the final model , just didn't pay attention to this kind of things and concentrated only in replicating the vehicle's look . Thanks for viewing and please leave a comment of your opinions/ suggestions , it will help a lot .
  3. Here is my MOC based off the video game Arkham Asylum In this scene, Batman enters Killer Croc's lair only to be blocked by the Scarecrow who threatens to unleash his fear toxin. Before he can make good on his threat, Croc emerges from beneath grabs the fiend and disappears through the murky waters A look at the guard tower- Croc sneaking up on the Scarecrow- A look at my purist Scarecrow- What do you think? Should I do any more MOCs based on Asylum or it's sequels?
  4. This model was inspired by set 70912, (Arkham Asylum) from the LEGO Batman Movie theme. Whereas that set is only the front facade of the building, this model features two opening rear quarter sections to reveal the interior details. The front of the building features a statue of the same design as set 70914, (Dol Gulder Battle) from the Hobbit theme. You can find that statue here as the printing on the figure is not in LDD. Also on the front of the building is space for 16 printed letter tiles (eight per row) to spell out the name of the mansion. The rear of the mansion features rows of windows and a stone fireplace flue on the left side. The model consists of three sections: the front half, the left quarter and the right quarter. Each section is connected to the next via two hinges, or in the case of the quarter sections in reference to each other, via a small Technic pin with stud. This pin locks the building shut but allows for it to easily open up again. The front half of the building features a drawing room on the left side of the picture, a living room on the opposite side, and the bedroom on the upper floor, which also has access to the balcony above the main entrance. The spaces below the stairs are currently unused, but I thought about putting a small kitchen down there, or possibly a small vault for extra money / family heirlooms. The left quarter features the fireplace mantle and flue, plus one half of the dining room on the ground floor. The right quarter has the other half of the ground floor dining room, a couch in the living room and a wardrobe in the bedroom. This model is completely build-able in real life in it's current form. However, I don't think i'll be building this one anytime soon in real life (too expensive right now!) but I thought instead wasting the design to languish forever on my computer, I though I'd give away the LDD file for free at this link here.

Stay tuned! ;)
