Fire Emblem Fates: Corrin (Male, Female, and Dragon)
StudWorks posted a topic in LEGO Action Figures
My 1:12-scale figures of Male Corrin, Female Corrin, and Corrin's dragon form from the Nintendo 3DS game Fire Emblem Fates! Instructions for all three are available on Rebrickable! Corrin is Fire Emblem Fates' main character/avatar, a noble torn between the kingdoms of Nohr and Hoshido. The human figures have authentic articulation with their many joints, plus various details from the game: Yato, Corrin's legendary sword and Omega Yato, the sword's true form. Dragonstone. Shape-shifted dragon head. Dragon fang shot arm with blast. Dragon lance arm. Three changeable facial expressions (normal, smiling, and shouting). Open hands and fists. Adjustable cape and skirt. (Female Corrin also has adjustable hair) A 1x1 plate to raise hip/legs assembly for crouching poses. Posing stand for complicated poses and stability. The stunning brick-built dragon also has authentic articulation: its head, neck, arms, legs, claws, tail, and wings can all be adjusted for posing. For lovers of Fire Emblem and LEGO, my 1:12 scale figures are the perfect, affordable way to show your love for your favorite characters. As most may never be produced in actual action figure form, here's your chance to build your own! Hope you like the figures, more Fire Emblem Fates characters are coming soon!-

Since Kotobukiya hasn't made her into a figure yet, I decided to make a brick-built action figure of Zero's love interest and Mega Man heartthrob, Iris. Instructions are available for purchase on my Rebrickable page. She has authentic articulation with its many joints, plus various details from the game series: Four changeable facial expressions (normal, happy, worried, and dead). Open hands and fists. Adjustable ponytail. Wide skirt made using a cobweb piece. Posing stand for air poses and stability. Posing stand for dead Iris to be held by Zero. Anguished face for my previously-made Zero figure from the infamous "what am i fighting for" cutscene in Mega Man X4! Display plaque with Iris' last words quoted.

"What is that? That is no ordinary raven!" is one of the many phrases uttered by passing travelers when the raven flies near by. The wizard has trained one of the large ravens to deliver his letters and magic scrolls to far away kingdoms, in search for more knowledge. The Raven is also specialized in finding grimoires when the wizard accompanies it, or when it is delivering letters to fellow mages. Youmu Konpaku (魂魄妖夢) is a half-human half-phantom who lives at Hakugyokurou in the Netherworld as a gardener and swordplay instructor, She first appeared as the Stage 5 boss of Perfect Cherry Blossom, the seventh installment of the Touhou Project Game. See also: https://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Youmu_Konpaku Because of her association with the cherry blossom, I included a cherry blossom tree. Really happy with the pieces used for the shoulders and the overall figure, the only weak points are where the legs attach to the shell pieces. Youmu Konpaku by Ids de Jong, on Flickr

I finally completed this Figure of Goblin Slayer & Priestess form the Goblin Slayer Manga/Anime Series. Obviously I used some alternative bricks that are not offered by LEGO, but there is no way I am building armor in anything but flat silver. The figure itself has been completed for a few months now, but I couldn't find anyone who would print on a 10x10 dish for the shield, so in the end I had to do it myself with spraypaint. This caused me problems since I had never spraypainted anything in more than a single color, but after a few tries and a few ruined pieces I got a decent result. The original idea was to make a half-circle base and place the two figures side by side. But as it turned out Goblin Slayer was way too heavy, and a support was needed to keep the figure from tipping over. In the end I placed the 2 figures back and connected them at the back to back so they can support each other. as you can see there is a support running from the Priestess back to her hair, and the Hair is connected to Goblin Slayers belt. To make both characters visible I placed the whole Base on a turntable so it can be freely rotated. it has little rubber track inserts at the bottom to stand secure. I originally wanted to place a motor inside (not from LEGO, too loud and power hungry) to slowly spin the MOC, but I haven't figured this out as I have no experience the electronics. Here are two more pictures of the base details: Overall I am quite happy with how this Project turned out, even if there were some unusually big annoyances along the way. I hope you like my MOC :) Greetings Gray Gear

Hello everyone, I would like to share my recent build that I put together last minute for the ongoing contest on Lego IDEAS called 'Moments in space'. It is a large scale brick built 'minifigure' of an astronaut. It is inspired by these big brick built figures appearing in several lego sets (as for now I only recall big antman from the Marverl Super Heroes set, but I think there was at least one more). This contest is supposed to help TLG design their next space-based promotional polybag, so I designed something that I would actually like to get as a freebie, and I hope other would as well :D If you like it, you can see more pictures and vote for it HERE! I don't have very many friends on social media that I could lure the votes from so my chances are low, but each vote definitely counts so thank you! (plus if you feel like sharing with your fellow lego enthiusiasts, that's beyond my wildest wishes :D) Of course all comments and criticism are also much appreciated. Footnote - I haven't yet checked the part availability in used colors so I am not 100% sure whether it is currently buildable or not (probably not). I plan, however, on revisiting that, making necessary changes and releasing the LDD instructions so if you'd like to build your own Brick's'tronaut, stay tuned :D

Welcome, Friends! I am glad to present you my new handmade work – Guldan LEGO custom minifigure. Having grown up weak and sick, the sickly orc Gul'dan, once expelled from his native clan, will return later to wipe it off the face of the earth forever. Being rejected by the Spirits of the majestic remains – the Throne of the Elements, Guldan will hear a mysterious whisper which will later change the balance not only on Draenor but also far beyond its borders. It will make Guldan the most powerful orc warlock who will receive the immense power of fel magic and almost unlimited power overall in exchange for eternal service to the forces of Darkness. LEGO does not officially produce Lego Warcraft sets. But Lego series have Orcs, Trolls, Goblins, Dwarves, Elves and other fantasy characters. And LEGO fans have a fantasy. Therefore, Lego Warcraft fans have already been making Lego Customs on Warcraft for a long time. World of Warcraft is an amazing fantasy universe which is older than a lot of its fans. «Guldan», «fel magic» – everyone knows these words, even those who do not play computer games and those who are not interested in Fantasy themes. Warcraft is the universe for all time. Many years have passed since its inception, but the fans have not gone. Warcraft, without any doubt, is one of the pillars of fantasy worlds and deserves respect. I wanted to join this world once again by creating my own Guldan LEGO custom minifigure Guldan belongs to Shamans in the Lego Custom Undead Universe. Guldan custom minifigure can be twisted from all sides – Here. My latest customs on Eurobricks: Kaligula (the Governor of the Nothern Lands) Dark Wizard (Mage of the Army of Darkness) Ragmar, Elder Witch (also known as Mad Princess) Lego Halloween Custom Minifigure (Lego Scary Movie) Two Headed Ogre Cho'gall Warcraft Baba Yaga Custom Lego Minifigure (Russian Folk Tales) Soul Taker

A new LEGO custom minifigure that I have included into my collection. I am glad to show you the Kaligula. Kaligula was the Governor of one of the Northern Lands. He did not bring anything good to his lands during his reign that was cruel – reprisals, vice and immorality. He wrote himself into the bloodiest pages of the Lego Custom Undead World. Dark Forces quickly noticed a Tyrant carried away by Dark Magic and lured him to the Dark Side. Kaligula accepted the primacy of Darkness, quickly and brutally cracked down on the new ruler who took his place and continued his atrocities in his native lands in the form of the Terrible Dark Magician. No one else wanted to fight for power any more because he knew that he would be instantly destroyed by Kaligula who fiercely did not tolerate any rivals and always crack down on with them quickly and brutally, only feeling a threat to himself. The lands lost their Governor and faith in a bright future for a long time. Kaligula became a shadow overseer of his lands and the Army of Darkness got into its ranks another strong Magician controlling the part of the territory of the Kingdom. Kaligula custom minifigure can be twisted from all sides – Here. Hello, Friends! In addition to heavy LEGO minifigure customs that many of you liked, I will show other LEGO custom minifigures from Dark Fantasy theme that I have included in my collection. For example, this custom Lego minifigure of Ragmar, Elder Witch, also known as Mad Princess. The story of Ragmar is closely intertwined with the story of Helena, the Royal Princess, whose kindness and mercy were unlimited. Fate brought her to the old witch – Ragmag. As it often happens – for one to live, the other must die. Such sad story happened to Princess Helena, who came under the influence of evil charms and died while Ragmar continued her way. Finally completed my largest creation to date. This MOC depicts the legendary Medusa defending the temple ruins of Minerva. The build is 20” wide, 30” deep, stands 19.5” tall, and consists of 14619 parts. Medusa herself measure 5' 8" if fully expanded. The spartan warrior and statues posted earlier were created for this diorama. This was a fun creation involving lots of hinge bricks and round end plates to create those curves. The 1x1 tooth parts are turned around 15 degrees off center in order to create that layered look of snake scales. Would love to hear what you think of it. Check out my other projects on Instagram and Flickr.

These are two more character models I have created which are part of a large diorama I am working on. They are statues of warriors who dared to take on Medusa in her lair only to be petrified once they gazed upon her. I'll upload the entire diorama in another post later this week. Check out my other projects on Instagram and Flickr.

This is one of several new character models I have been working on which I hope to include as part of a new project. Check out my other projects on Instagram and Flickr.

A new Chibi figure, I always wanted to make a Miku figure and I'm happy for my first version of her, maybe somethings could be improved a little as I had some alternative ideas but then I couldn't really make the body stable. Made for the day of Miku (Miku no Hi), which is the 9th of March. Hatsune Miku (初音ミク) by Ids de Jong, on Flickr

Inspired by original "Seasons" creation (Autumn's Canvas), I decided to complete the set. This is the fourth model in the series. As a bonus to emphasize the character, I also created a couple of images with a sunset backdrop. Check out my other projects on Instagram and Flickr.

Introducing my 1:12 scale figures of X and Zero from Mega Man X! The figures have authentic articulated joints and many fun accessories from the game series. X has his X-Buster with normal and charged shot effects, and all of his armor upgrades (head, body, arm, and foot) with the super charge shot effect, as well as four changeable facial expressions (normal, angry, shouting, and smiling) for normal X and for his upgraded helmet. Zero has his Z-Buster with the same shot effects as X, and parts to swap his armor to the lightsaber-wielding Zero in Mega Man X2 and onward with his X3 Z-Buster and Z-Saber, as well as four changeable facial expressions (same as X). Both X and Zero also have posing stands and plaques with famous in-game quotes on them, plus a plate with a Heart Tank, Sub Tank, and 1-Up. There's even a Dr. Light Capsule for X to stand in! Free instructions will be available on Rebrickable in the near future. The figures are part of my Mega Man X 30th Anniversary LEGO Ideas project. Your votes would be appreciated!

Introducing my 1:12 scale figures of Micaiah and Sothe from Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn! These figures have authentic articulation with many joints, Micaiah has details like her hair and scarf, which can be posed to suggest movement or wind, and accessories like her trusty bird Yune, a posing stand for Micaiah and one for Yune, two different sets of hands (open and fists) for Micaiah and sets of wings for Yune, three interchangeable face plates (normal, happy, and determined), as well as a magic effect and open and closed tomes of her light magic, Thani. Sothe has details like his scarf (same as Micaiah's), and accessories like a posing stand, two different sets of hands (open and fists), three interchangeable face plates (normal, determined, and shouting), as well as a kard dagger, Peshkatz dagger, and a green glowing effect for Peshkatz as seen in Fire Emblem Heroes. I made a display plaque for the each of them too! Instructions are available on Rebrickable!

Hello LEGO Action Figures community! I build 1/12 scale fully posable figures (like GoodSmile Figma or Kotobukiya figures) of anime characters and I was reevaluating my arm design. Here's how the arm design I've been using currently looks like, the one on the left I use for short-heighted characters and the one on the right I use for characters who are average-heighted: This design has been reliable for my first few figure creations, but I am facing two problems. One is that the short arm (left) is very crude and looks ugly. I think I made the arm too short, but there are of course, many characters that call for short arm length. I try my best to make my figures' arms as articulated as possible, but I would like to find a way to make arms, short and long, with the exact amount of articulation, but that are more realistic to actual human arms, which is really difficult to achieve in 1/12 scale. The second problem is that both arms do not have the articulation needed to spread their arms out like this: So I tried putting a clip on the end of the larger arm's elbow, connecting the rest of the arm but able to achieve the articulation I wanted, but now the upper arm above the elbow is fragile with the removal of a 1x2 plate to make room for the 1x1 bracket, and the elbow clip is only hanging on by a stud. Not exactly the solution I was hoping to achieve. Below is what the leg design looks like on my figures too. Only showing this because I was curious if the hip design (just a brick with the legs connected to it attached to the bottom of the body) could be improved to look less weird, unless you think it's not weird and fine the way it is. Is it possible for anyone to help me find the best design for 1/12 scale action figure arms (a 6-stud long design for short figures and a 7-stud long design for average-heighted figures) that look realistic and less blocky than my designs, but are also fully articulated like on a traditional 1/12 scale fully posable action figure? Like these arms, (figure by Moc_Lobster on Rebrickable) but without the use of ugly gray ball joint pieces and preferably more realistic.

This is the second Anime Figure I built: The Catgirl "Fran" from the Manga/Anime series "Reincarnated as a Sword", which is one of my favorite series. It is both cute, wholesome and exceptionally brutal at the same time. The second main character of the series is the the intelligent Sword "Teacher", who helps Fran escape slavery and accompanys her on her adventures. This being my second figure I had more of an idea what I was doing. I still had to use some non-LEGO bricks to get the look I wanted. Fran being 12 yo Girl meant I had to build a Figure with a body a lot smaller and more slender than most other figures out there. I really enjoyed building the clothes, which are a kind of mix between a dress and a light Armor. For the cloak I used the one from the Obi-Wan Kenobi buildable figure, which turned out to fit quite nicely. The Base was also a lot of fun. In the series Fran is often thrown backwards when blocking heavy blows due to her low weight. The uses her Sword as a kind of plow, ramming it into the ground to slow down. I decided to use this as a kind of support, so the figure would be more stable. This worked very well and the whole MOC can easily be lifted by the sword blade. The upper part of the sword is very fragile though, so the upper hand is not actually contributing anything in terms of stability. I also made the floor to look broken and cracked. I hope you like my MOC Greetings Gray Gear

Hi there! After seeing @scarovich's MOCs here I finally decided to share my own figure MOCs on EB as well. This is my first figure brickbuilt figure: Marin Kitagawa from the Manga series "My Dress-Up Darling" As some of you might notice I used some non-LEGO / spraypainted bricks to complete the MOC the way I wanted it. This being my first Figure I looked at some other MOCs for inspiration an I copied a few building techniques, namely the face shape and knee joint. Looking back I am not 100 % happy with this figure anymore, the skirt for one and especially the simplistic base bother me and I am considering doing a remake. (Most anime figures have a similar simple white base, so at the time I thought it would be a good idea...) Well, tell me what you like and what you think I could improve. That's it for now :) Gray Gear
