Wondering when it would ever end he noticed the messenger saw him getting wet eyes. Dextrus also noticed the messenger was trying to avoid looking him in the eyes while he was reaching for an envelope. Messenger:"They are indeed everywhere and it's time to stop Revolworld. Maybe now the change will come." He gave the enevelope to Dextrus Flagg Dextrus Flagg cut the seal, opened the envelope and read: "The time has come..."
