  1. Let's start 2025 with yet another Imperial ship! My ever-growing Nanofig-scale collection gets a new model: the very sleek Imperial Gozanti Cruiser from Rebels. This build was painstakingly modeled to the most accurate reference material I could find. It features all the details of the original design: shield projectors, narrow viewport, symmetrical upper and ventral turrets, sensor array, tapered engines and wings... The docking clamps on the underside can hold four TIE fighters I made for display, or two of my Midi AT-ATs, which are now updated and fully compatible with the Gozanti. All models are at the same Nanofigure scale. The very organic shape of the whole upper section required a precise combination of angled panels in order to achieve a continuous, natural curve. This really felt like designing a fish, reproducing that "elongated teardrop" shape. You'd think making a fish out of Lego was challenging enough... the wings of the ship had to not only be compact but also have a slight inwards taper. On top of that, they had to hold the weight of two AT-ATs. All these things were achieved thanks to a thin and sturdy technic structure. This build also has detachable landing gear, and comes with two different stands: a short stand, ideal for displaying the Gozanti solely or with TIEs attached, and a beefier, taller stand to show it carrying two AT-ATs in mid-air. Badass. At 55cm in length and made of about 3,000 parts, it's still a slim model that can fit pretty much anywhere in your Lego room. Once mounted on its tall stand with two AT-ATs though, it becomes a fairly impressive display piece, with more than 5,300 parts in total. ► Instructions for the Gozanti are available at BrickVault! More pictures on my Flickr page.
  2. See replies in this thread for any NEW models Models in this thread - SHADOW CASTER PHANTOM II PELTA-CLASS FRIGATE IMPERIAL GOZANTI-CLASS CRUISER QUASAR-CLASS CARRIER IMPERIAL TROOP TRANSPORT GHOST & PHANTOM INTERDICTOR CRUISER TIE DEFENDER MINING GUILD TIE FIGHER ARC CANNON AT-DP PROTOTYPE (NEW) LAAT/le PATROL GUNSHIP (NEW) SHADOW CASTER Hello again everyone This week I present the Shadow Caster a Lancer-class pursuit craft - the ship of Bounty Hunter Ketsu Onyo from the excellent (well last 3 series anyway) Star Wars Rebels animated series. I was ill a while back and my attention span at the time was only an hour or so so watching a few Rebels episodes at a time fit nicely. It made me realise that there were a lot of vehicles from the animated series, not just Rebels, that I have not built or could update form my old collection so this is the first of many from this genre so keep an eye open. This is not a very tricky build, The difficult part was getting the colour scheme right whilst not making the model too thick. The new maccaroni tile pieces and 6x3 semi circle plates certainly helped with that once I realised that they existed. I tend to find out about new parts now when my son gets a new set! I think i have the overall shape and dimensions just about right. I am surpised an official minifig scale set of this was not made. As this was not the case I have also had to build a Ketsu Onyo minifig from official parts for the display. This is not my speciality so if anyone can think of better minifigure parts let me know. Anyway, enough waffle, here is the model. Let me know what you think. Jon

  5. After a looong time, I finally finished it! This is the Thunderwasp (from Thrawn. Apologies if it does not look like it) which measures about 5/6 the length of the SSD Executor. Size comparison The bridge The underside And finally the simple interior.( Side panels openable but LDD glitched) Pls let me know if any improvements can be made!
  6. Cody: You're sure that beacon is someone friendly? Alia: I told you, it's Josh's personal code! It's gotta be his signal, so let's keep moving! Cody: ... you better be right about this... Alia: Trust me for once, alright? We're gonna run into Alliance troops sooner or later... I hope.
  7. I posted images of how I pictured the minifigs for my custom Yavin base set and many people asked me to share my other works on custom minifigs so here are my versions of the main characters of Star Wars Rebels, season 3. Hope you like them and feel free to request other Star Wars characters done in this style. Thanks for taking a look at my work :)
  8. I saw this fighter being flown by Sabine on season 4 of rebels and wanted to make it. Color scheme is similar but a little off since I didn't have all the correct pieces I needed. i put this in the wrong section...hope a mod can move it to Star Wars...:/
  9. MISSION REPORT: Brickmasterben11, reporting to rebels head command from the moon of Endor. ~MOVEMENT: 2 SQUARES STRAIGHT UP Nothing much to report on our third week on this moon. So far we have seen not a single Imperial. This morning we stumbled across an abandoned weapons crate while on patrol, so maybe a run-in will be occurring soon. At least we haven't run into any of the native species. Another squad made contact and said the furry beasts ransacked their camp, stealing rations. END OF BROADCAST ~Bonus Pictures:
  10. I got an inspiration last weekend, and decided to build a mini diorama of the Hoth rebel trenches on a 16x16 base. Once that was ready, I felt I had more in me. This was the result (the pictures are not that good, unfortunately)
  11. This is my MOC of the rebel base at Yavin IV based on A New Hope, Rogue One and Star Wars Rebels. I tried to make so that it could possibly be made as an actual LEGO set so it's one section out of four to keep the piece count at around 2,000 pieces and the price as low as possible at this size, and so the exterior can be exhibited and the interior can be accessed to at the same time. The set has 4 different sections, each one based on a different area of the base seen in the movies and the TV series. The first one is the hangar where the ships are fixed and get ready for battles, the second one is the war room where the rebel leaders meet and follow the state of the battles, the third one is the room where the rebel pilots were taught how to destroy the Death Star, and the fourth one is the ceremony room where the heroes of the Battle of Yavin got their medals. I made the set on LDD and rendered it with POV-ray. I've made a list of minifigs that I think should be included with the set and I'm finishing making the illustrations for them since some of them are new so I'll post them too when they are done! Feel free to ask any questions about the moc or leave any comments or critiques about it!
  12. Hello Guys ! I show you my MOC of the TIE Fighter with the STARWARS REBELS Design. I'm inspired by the awesome "TIE Fighters short film" on YouTube too. I'm trying to be the more "accurate" I can! I'm proud of my cockpit design which has a very good shape! :) I regret just a small space between the canopy and the rest of the cockpit. Moreover, the panels ("wings") are relatively heavy for the structure. The consequence is this creation is NOT for playing! Because the structure is a little bit too fragile for that! If you are interested, I sell the building instructions (PDF + Partlist.xls) 5 euros. I have to finish these instructions. My instructions are not free to help me a little to continue to build other things and to "protect" my work... I hope you understand. My website : https://bricksfeeder.wixsite.com/bricksfeeder On Rebrickable : https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-10510/BricksFeeder/tie-fighter-starwars-rebels-design/#comments UPDATE (30/10/2017) : With RUSTINIDIEL, we found a way to improve the strength of the structure. Now, You can grab the TIE By the cockpit (not by just one wing) and put in on the air and different positions. BUT be careful ! You still have to take it not as a brute or too quickly. This TIE is still made for dioramas, or collection (static positions) An updated building instructions was made. For the person who already bought my instructions, I will send the updated version for free. :) My YouTube Video : See you soon! :) You can see my other topics : ITT : [MOC] ITT (Imperial Troop Transport) from SW Rebels TIE Advanced Prototype : [MOC] TIE Advanced Prototype (aka Inquisitor's TIE) from SW Rebels A-Wing (McQuarrie / SW Rebels Design) : [MOC] A-Wing (McQuarrie / SW Rebels Design) Batman's Batmech : [MOC] Batman's Batmech Speeder Bike 614-AVA : [MOC] Speeder bike 614-AvA
  13. Hello all, hope you've had a good summer and September. After a two month hiatus I'm back with a new moc based off the Ahsoka novel form 2016
  14. I step into the hangar with captain Nik. "Well, here she is. The Sparrow. One of the fastest ships this side of Tatooine." I walk around to the front of the starfighter. "It's quite small." I remark. Nik smiles. "For what it lacks in size it make up for in speed." I walked around to the back of the ship, which housed a small engine. I climbed into the small cockpit to find a control array. "Here's the hyperdrive boost, the regulator, and the lasers." Nik went around showing different knobs and buttons. As I climbed back out, Nik looked off into the distance. "Make sure you take good care of her, Brick. I wish I could take here with me, but I'm being shipped out somewhere near Endor, and I can only take what I can put on my back." "Don't worry." I said. "She'll be waiting here for you when you get back. I promise." ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This build was originally going to be a small freighter like my old ship, but I changed it up to the current model. BONUS PICS: Control Panel: Cockpit area without canopy: Hangar (I hastily threw this together in a few minutes to have somewhere to put the ship and figures) This should be counted as possible bonus points according to the rules. Please judge!
  15. MDC is an abbreviation I made up for my digital creation Though I think that these are all existing colour (according to brickset ldd or both) so it could be built non-digitally. Little Phantom 1 by batalfie, on Flickr The Phantom is a modified VCX-series auxiliary starfighter that is used by the spectres of phoenix Squadron in missions against the galactic empire. Little Phantom 3 by batalfie, on Flickr My aim was to make a version of the phantom in a similar scale to that produced by Lego back in 2014 but with space for an interior and at least 3 minifigs. I have not entirely succeeded as using ldd only 2 figs can fit but in real life I am sure 3 or more could fit ,its just that positioning in LDD isn't exactly easy. The shape and proportions could also be better but I am happy with the current model, and maybe after a few modifications I will build it in the brick. Little Phantom 6 by batalfie, on Flickr Thanks for viewing.
  16. First up, I want to give a shout out to Jerac, Krispy and Renegade Clone for their fantastic MOC designs... especially Renegade Clone, whose A-Wing design this is based on. My goal with adapting Renegade Clones design was to provide a base platform that all the colour variants could readily be produced using only bricks, whilst achieving the proportions and angles of the SW Rebels source material. In reviewing these renders, one change I'll likely make is to replace the 4 1x1 round tiles (98138) on the aft thruster assembly with transparent bright-orange to match the main engines. When looking at source material, there were some variations not only in the colours for the main ship, but in the style of the wing mounted weapons, so I decided to get a little creative with those. Feedback and constructive criticisms welcomed.
  17. Hello Guys ! I show you my MOC of the Speeder Bike 614-AvA seen on the SW Rebels series. This MOC has closed dimensions of the minifig's scale (a little bigger) with 88 bricks. It's not perfect but better than the 75090 set I think. And next to my minifig's scale ITT (building instructions will come soon!) You can find my first tutorial to build it on my YouTube channel ! 18. So I built this MOC of the A-Wing inspired by its snazzy blue colour scheme in Star Wars Rebels a while ago and it's sat on my shelf for a few weeks. I finally got around to finishing the back area of it although I'm not too pleased with how the engines turned out. Most of this was built from memory without comparing it constantly to reference pictures so I took a few "creative liberties" with the ship like with the guns on the sides. Also, I don't have any tiles in blue and didn't want to make any bricklink orders so I used bricks instead, hence why it doesn't feature the pointed tip the actual ship does (let's just say the rebels modified it). 19. Hello from France Guys ! I'm Bricks Feeder and it's my third topic on Eurobricks! :) Today, I show you my MOC of the A-Wing using the design seen on the SW Rebels series and based on the Original A-Wing Concept of Mr. McQuarrie. I will make some pictures of my advance in the future but for the moment, I give you some videos (of my YouTube Channel) of my prototype on LDD. This MOC is based on the Jerac's A-Wing but I made a lot of change. For the moment, It's just a prototype on LDD. I tried to build a functional Landing gear. But I have to test the structure in real. I made Three version : Two A-Wing of the Phoenix Squadron (534 Bricks and 523 Bricks) and the A-Wing that Ezra used in the season 3 to go to Tatooine (523 Bricks). Although, These MOC need some stickers for the details. I take all advice if you have! :) You can see my other topics about SW : ITT : [MOC] ITT (Imperial Troop Transport) from SW Rebels TIE Advanced Prototype : [MOC] TIE Advanced Prototype (aka Inquisitor's TIE) from SW Rebels A-Wing (McQuarrie / SW Rebels Design) : [MOC] A-Wing (McQuarrie / SW Rebels Design) Batman's Batmech : [MOC] Batman's Batmech
  20. UPDATE : 6th October 2017 The building instructions (PDF + partslist.xls) of my ITT are finally available! The rebrickable link is not valid yet (I'll do an update for that) but you can go to my website (https://bricksfeeder.wixsite.com/bricksfeeder/starwars-1). To help me a little to continue this passion, these instructions are paying (10 euros by paypal). Link to Rebrickable : https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-10166/BricksFeeder/itt-imperial-troop-transport-minifigs-scale/#comments My final MOC has 1154 pieces and has light f you want. https://youtu.be/2S4VYgInwfM I hope you enjoy! :) Keep on building! ----------------------------------------------- Hello from France Guys ! I'm Bricks Feeder and it's my first topic on Eurobricks! :) I show you my third version of my MOC of the ITT (Imperial Troop Transport) seen on the SW Rebels series. This MOC has the dimensions of the mining's scale with 1174 bricks. => Almost 21cm (L) x 10,5 cm (W) x 9cm (H) I'm trying to build a "cool" Interior of the cockpit. I'll continue to work on it. I am not satisfied yet ! I'll show you my advance and if I can, the real one! If you have some ideas or constructive criticisms, share with me please! I want to upgrade my skills! :) Enjoy and have a nice day! P.S. : If you have the time... Check my You Tube Channel! ;) My previous version can be seen in this video.
  21. Well,as many of you,i`m not too satisfied with the tiny ITT Lego gave us.Okay,it`s a Battlepack and delievers 4 cool Stormtroopers but i wouldn`t mind having a Minifig Scale Version of it. That`s the Moment i was amazed by the many fanbuild ITT`s from the Community. I`m super jealous to see all those amazing Skills from Guys like DarthTwoShedsJackson or Michaelozzie. The second Guy shared a LDD Version of his ITT and so i downloaded it and poked around a bit for some Time, so Credit for the Base goes to him. I changed a few Details to my Liking.I wasn`t too happy with the clever but weird Hinge Mechanism the Front Panels were attached so i removed them and redesigned the angled Sides. I also wanted the ITT have a Roofrack like in the Series where it can carry Crates with Weapons and Food (the rebuild was approved by Commander Meiloorun :D) Some Details on the Sides and the Rear were made. Remember that the Lego ITT has some sort of Droid Prison on the Back?Well i added it to the ITT as a reminiscene to the tiny Lego Model. The Interior still needs to be rebuild. It`s too empty, and i`m somewhere between adding Gunracks for either the Studguns or the "real" Lego Blasters or some Seats attached to the Walls (you know, fold down Seats like in Helicopters and such...) So,any Ideas for what can be done with the Interior?Couldn`t find Interior Pics of the Rebels ITT...
  22. Set 75158 (Rebels Combat Frigate) is available at Toys R Us since yesterday, and here in Germany, I even got roughly 15% off the standard retail price of 119 EUR. So I bought two for roundabout 200 EUR, which is a fair price in my opinion. But let's get right to the meat of this topic - the long awaited REBELS-version of Ahsoka in minifig form. I'm a fan of REBELS, Ahsoka has long since become my favorite Star Wars character, and I'm a fan of Lego, so what's not to love? For starters, one of the two Ahsoka minifigs I got has perfect printing - crisp, no smear, only the smost minimal hint of offset, if at all. That makes me happy. The headpiece is made from the slightly flexible, rubbery material, but it has no flash and no visible mould line. That's good. So, how well does the headpiece look as a representation of the character from the show? Much, much better than I initially suspected. The shape of the montrals (the horns) is near perfect for Ahsoka, bending back and outwards. The wavy blue stripe-pattern is done very well in my eyes, and contributes a lot to the headpiece looking right. The black outline around the red and gold print representing the tiara could be a bit more thin, but it doesn't ruin the headpiece. All in all, yes, a custom headpiece specifically for Ahsoka would be the most preferred solution, but what we get here represents the character very well in Lego-form. I wished the lightsaber handles would be metallic silver. Do these parts exist in chrome or metallic silver? If yes, I should get two! As for the lightsaber blades, these are blue, but the blue is more pastel, or crystaline than the blue lightsaber blades we know from Lego. They are pretty much the same as the lightsaber blades in the Ahsoka/Vader action figure set from Hasbro, but the plastic used is much better. So I give them a pass. The graphic designers at Lego did an excellent job at capturing Ahsoka's face and her expressions. I also like the blue eyes (as with Hera's green eyes), because they are pretty vibrant in the show, so the standard black eyes with white highlight would have looked a bit bland. Notice how crisp and white the markings in her face are, even though they are printed on a fairly dark surface. This has been accomplished by two layers of printing, as can bee seen on the angry face of the second minifigure I got where the two layers are a bit offset. In closing, this minifigure-version of Ahsoka is a very good representation of the character in Lego form. It could be better, yes, but that being said, it is a very beautiful minifig, and the complaints I have are nitpicky at best and overall I'm very happy with it. What do you say - feel free to comment, agree or disagree.
  23. I have been working on this since Rebels first came out, and I've seen a lot of really nice MOCs being built, mostly of the Phantom. But seeing so many talking about building a Ghost to match, I thought I'd show off what I have of mine so far. It is 134 studs long and 109 studs wide. The original intent was to have a full interior, I'm not 100% sure if that plan will make it through to the final design but we shall see. Currently the cockpit, main corridor, loading area, forward gun turret, Zeb&Ezra's room, Kanan's room and Sabine's room are fully fleshed out, I will probably do Hera's room since it was finally shown in season 2. I may upload those pictures in the future. But here is what I have for the exterior so far. I put in the official LEGO Ghost set for scale. Thoughts and opinions are welcome. I look forward to one day hopefully showing off the actualized model.
  24. Hi After checking out the so called " cubistic ion cannon" in the new UCS Echo Base set I decided to give it a go and try to create a more worthy design. Here is the result: What do you think? Is it any better? Let me know what you think. Also, If you want to help raise attention to this please support the idea in lego.ideas: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/140111 CHEERS! Thanks!
  25. Disclaimer: credit where credit is due; this is a modification of the amazing X-wing moc (V2) by @Jerac (see here.) I had to make some modifications to make the theme work, but it's mostly his design. Don't know if that will disqualify me, but at the very least, treat it as a reskin. I was in the middle of designing it in Studio at the time that the contest was announced, but have since built it. In-universe (SW) history: Blackburn Squadron is group of former pirates from the outer rim who chose to align with the Rebellion when the Empire started taking control of systems in their territory. Much like the great Saw Gerrera's Partisans, Blackburn's methods are often deemed too violent for much of the Alliance's leadership. Their results, however, are rarely questions. Candidates for the squadron are heavily trained and tested before they can be considered for membership. Upon selection to the unit, every pilot must travel to the fourth planet of the unit's home system to hunt and kill two Jakerni, giant indigenous primates that rival Gundark in size, strength and ferocity. Their skulls and leg bones are then fused to the wings of the pilot's new X-wing. Real world history: The scheme is based on the Jolly Rogers series of U.S. Navy squadrons, beginning with VF-17 in WWII and passing most recently to VFA-103 in 1995. Initially, bearing just a small black "Jolly Roger" (skull-and-crossbone) flag on an otherwise normal paint job, they began to adopt the more-recognizable scheme currently utilized with VF-84. While there have been different variations, the common components are the black tail fins with large white skull-and-crossbones and gold tips, black around the cockpit that continues to the nose and "Vagabond" stripes (gold w/ black chevrons or black with gold chevrons, barrowed from VF-84's previous name.) Some have gray noses, some black and some F-4's had white ones. Build history: I adopted mostly the current version of the paint scheme, but thought the white nose was distinctive (like a skull itself), so I used it. Originally, the wings were done with stickers, but I wasn't satisfied with the results (it would have helped to have a 6 x 4 tile without studs), so I decided to "brick build" them instead. This was tricky due to the pins that stick out of the bottom. With such thin wings, I decided that they had to be fused to the top. Ended up using these to turn technic bricks for the pins to mount in. The long bones are attached with black clips, one raised by a 1x1 plate to clear the other. I haven't settled on the Vagabond stripes yet, as I had a few ideas (for example, as seen here.) Even had some sticker chevrons, but didn't use them after I went brick build on the S&CB. For the gold color, I went back-and-forth between Yellow or Bright Light Orange. Most of the actual designs are closer to yellow, but due to lighting, often look like BLO. I went with the one closer to the Trans-Yellow windscreen, which I knew I had to incorporate as soon as I saw it. Using yellow did, however, require redesigning the rear portion of the laser cannons, since ingots do not come in Yellow (but do in BLO.) Finally, the red corresponds to the inlet caution labels on many of them. At first, I used dark red, but decided to try red instead, thinking it look more like vibrant blood coloring.
