So far in the past years, we've seen in a Christmas Winter Village: *Toy Shop *Winter Bakery *Post Office What else would you like to see in the future for the Winter Village? My prediction is it's going to be a church or a simple village home. What is your prediction?

I created this upgrade version of this 1987 space set using only pieces found on the Classic Space theme. Now the spaceship can split into 3 modules, the two cockpits plus a speeder that is the mid secton of the ship. This is the set we should gotten back in 1987!. If you enjoy this MOC and want to see more of my stuff, please visit my Facebook group: Lego Space Futuron/Exploriens/SP3 https://www.facebook.com/groups/1421271881962817

Escape from the Imperial Trading Post On just another day in the Caribbean Steve, the Merchant, arrived at the Imperial Trading Post on his trusty Cutter sailing for profit and adventure. Soon after disembarking his vessel, Blue Coats of the Imperial Soldiers raided the Imperial Guard’s Trading Post. In the Chaos of the attack his ship was seized by the enemy. Wishing to avoid becoming a prisoner of the attacking Blue Coats, and with no other means of escape, Steve decided to accompany a few members of Captain Red Beard’s crew, as they scaled the cliffs down to a waiting Dingy bound for the Skull’s Eye Schooner. Hello! I own the 8527 Mindstorms NXT set, in like new condition, and am looking for a buyer! All parts are present, including the red and blue balls, CD-rom, user guide, and original box. It was assembled once, and then shelved. Price: Please send me an offer! I am looking for something a little lower than similar Bricklink listings but I am willing to negotiate. Shipping: I will be shipping the set from USA. I am looking for sellers in North America so I can provide free shipping, but if the buyer is out of country then I might have to add part of the shipping costs to the total price. Please DM me if interested! (sorry for the blurry photos, these were taken on my camera and not my phone)

Hello eurobricks! I have seen this done in the past here and I thought it would be a great idea to do it again for 2017 now that The Joker's Manor is starting to be released. Basically post your favorite theme, minifigure, and set from this year. Then post you least favorite theme, minifigure, and set. If you want you can put your most anticipated set, theme or whatever for 2018. For an example here is my list. Best Theme: The Lego Ninjago Movie, Honorable Mentions: The Lego Batman Movie, Lego Ideas Best Minifigure/bigfig: Gladiator Hulk, Honorable Mention: Two-Face Best Set: Ninjago City, Honorable Mentions: Assembly Square, Knighton Castle, Destiny's Bounty, Old Fishing Store, The Joker's Manor, Arkham Asylum, Carousel, Resistance Bomber, NASA Apollo Saturn V Worst Theme: Minecraft Worst Minifigure: Snoke Worst Set: The Ocean Monument Most Anticipated 2018: Harry Potter sets, Honorable Mentions: Avengers: Infinity War sets, Modular Building, Nexo Knight's, D2C Fairground set 2017 was a great year for Lego and I hope 2018 is even better.

I know I normally post stuff on the forums about Lego Technic, but I also enjoy building Lego MineCraft sets as well and connecting them together. Today, I looked at my The First Night set and noticed something very odd. I got the set on Christmas Eve 2015, and I never noticed this problem the entire time I had it. This is Lego's official picture for the set. Focus on the green 2x2 plate with knob above the brown 2x2 brick with the rose on the right of the pig. When you build the set, the instructions show that there is no green plate below the rose. I don't think there is even a spare piece for it. I checked the internet and I believe nobody ever noticed this before. I'm perfectly fine with it though, since everyone occasionally makes mistakes. What do you think? Has anyone here saw this mistake before?

The Robot Command Center is a controversial Classic Space set and in some senses was a pioneer set. It was the first classic Space set which wasn´t neither a Vehicle, nor a Spaceship and even a proper Base. The design pushed the limits of 1984 Lego pieces and yet the structure was solid. Making aside the fact this set had many cool features, as many 80s space sets, it had some problems. The awkward "feet", the too low grabbing arms, the unreachable boxes, but many CS fans consider its worst flaw the two large canopies on each side of the robot. I´ve seen for years several updated versions of this set as Neo Classic Mocs and either remove the "beaks" or leave them as a mere adorn. In either case the problem wasn’t confronted. Following this logic, the solution would be leaving the canopies, but making them useful. Give them a purpose, to make them more than just a decorative feature. Some examples would be making them tool boxes, containers for equipment like jetpacks or drones, covers for hi tech sensors, an extra pair of arms inside the covers or defensive mechanisms. I focused on the last option and designed modern weapons which fit inside the canopies and leaving intact the rest of the original design as much as possible. Giving the RCC a worthy upgrade for this retro set. Link https://www.facebook.com/astronautagris/posts/508673584111677

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new around here so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post this here, but wanted to share with you my most recent IDEAS project! Created by the legendary Wilbert Awdry in 1946, Thomas is and has been beloved by children around the world and has become an icon for both kids and adults alike. To celebrate Thomas's 75th Anniversary, I created this project to pay tribute to this beloved little Tank Engine and the man who created it. Like Thomas himself, this build is highly based on the (LB&SCR) E2 Tank Engine with additional details based on his appearance in both the Railway series and the classic TV series. Thomas includes a detailed interior that can easily be accessed by detaching the roof. The cabin features space for 1 Minifigure and a highly detailed furnace. Though too small for any motorized features, Thomas's chassis features a built-in gear mechanism to allow the wheels to rotate smoothly. Currently, we are very close to hitting 5.000 supporters so if you want to see this become an actual set, then consider supporting this project through the link down below: https://bit.ly/2Ruzxzp

Hello everyone! Maybe it's too early, but let it happen. What do you think of the Speed Champions series in 2022? Do you think it will disappear or continue, or will it be under a different name? Anyway, personally, I think they will stay with us for a long time (after all, they have made specially new wheels for 2021). It seems to me that there is a good chance to see in 2022 in the SC series such cars: - BMW M8 (maybe GTE) - Pagani Zonda or Huayra - Ferrari - some F1 car - due to Toyota license can Toyota gr010 (hypercar) - maybe some cars from the DTM or VASC series Post comments about what you think.

Hey everyone, I got this kinda question floating around my head now and felt like it could have a discussion here. Which Technic sets, in your opinion/s, are the closet to similar MOC counterparts, or even better? Basically, which LT sets are so good/well-designed/excellent/awesome [and other superlatives alike], that these could potentially reach the standard/s of a MOC? *I have to note here that all MOCs (of some vehicle/machine) vary in standards, designs and functions, so this question might be a bit ambiguous Some of mine would be 42145, 42114, 42043.

Adventure awaits at the Sailor's Hideout! Based loosely on Classic Pirates set 6258 Smuggler's Shanty, this is a new set using similar building techniques introduced in the updated 10320 Eldorado Fortress. Designed as a set that will be completed (including instructions and box) in physical bricks for a birthday present for my nephew, the building techniques are very sturdy and fairly basic in the style of an official LEGO set. Set includes 2 sailor minifigures, a monkey, a shark, a parrot, and a crab. Watch out for the mischievous monkey and the pesky shark! Use the fishing pole to catch fish and hang them to dry on the shack roof beams. Take a nap in the shack on the rug made from an old sail. Island Front: Island Rear: Dig up the buried treasure under the campfire: Sail the dory up to the pier: Dory (sails are new parts and will be made custom for the physical build; probably with color stripes but I could not get the image to apply properly in Stud.io part designer): Full album of images on Flickr ...and I forgot the string for the fishing pole before rendering the images! There will be one included in the physical build and one would be included in the theoretical set. I should mention that some of the design decisions for the dory are based on discussions about @Marooned Marin's design for Sloop Windy. Credit to Marooned Marin for the spar attachment to the mast, and this is not a mini set entry so it will not compete against Sloop Windy in the contest. No design stealing/infringement is intended. (@Mister Phes for indexing, thanks!)

Hi all! This is a small idea that I had quite recently as an item that could be found in a set that added playability to a Lego train set. It's less for show displays and more for a child's little Lego City oval of track in their room. There's no electricity, just a mechanism that'll hopefully make it feel like the operator is a signalman! It's not based on any particular signal box, but the signal is very clearly an old British design. The box is cut in half to reveal the interior of the box and to provide access to the lever of the mechanism: It's a very simple set-up, with the mechanism being the most complicated aspect to it. Here's a (VERY) quick diagram of the mechanism: I'd love to hear any comments or suggestions to improve this! I might put it forward to Lego Ideas in the near future, maybe with a little train to go with it! Many thanks, Isaac

Hi all, I've been doing a bit of brainstorming about what to do concerning the current state of affairs for trains on Lego Ideas, and while I am currently working on a couple different solutions of my own, I finally landed on an idea that would include all of you as well. A bit of friendly competition, all towards a common goal: a better/more appealing train set offering for Lego fans. So, I am proposing we start a set design contest here on Eurobricks!! (maybe even get it up on the front page?) The Parameters: -A complete train set, not a standalone car, engine, or track-side structure. Generally an engine, 2-3 rolling stock, and one structure. -A 1000 parts count maximum, which must include necessary PF elements and at least 20 pieces of track (standard oval). -A self-contained engine, meaning no rolling stock can carry necessary PF elements. -At least 2-3 "play features", not including the operation of the train itself. -At least one alternate build. (Alternate models do not have to meet the same requirements as the primary model) -Must use parts currently in production, however new/different colors of said parts can be used. Some Suggestions: -Come up with a few stories about what the minifigs included in the set could and would be doing. -Try to avoid using generic flat cars and wimpy helicopters. -Use 1-2 rare/unique colors that haven't appeared in a train set yet, like azure, purple, dark red, etc. -Try not to make your train too regionally specific by using road names such as GWR, LNER, UP, CN, etc. Color schemes may be mimicked though. -Develop a play feature that hasn't been used in a train set before. -Try to have each element of the set be as interesting on its own as it is with the rest of the set. I'm not sure how much time should be given to a contest like this, but I'd reckon about 30-90 days would be about right? Then, about 2-4 weeks for voting? The top 3-5 projects (depending on the amount of participants) could then be refined a bit before submitting to Lego Ideas. If this contest receives frontpage support, maybe some prizes could be awarded to the top finalists...? Let me know your thoughts on my proposition, and also who I need to contact to make this happen! Thanks for your time, ~M_Slug~

Hi guys. I was wondering. In the new Star Wars Battlefront game from EA you have the option of playing Walker Assault. Wouldn't it be awesome to have a brick set that had an AT-AT and some of the elements from the game. It could be taking place on Hoth. Then you could make a ION cannon, trenches and soldiers. I personally think it would be a awesome set. What do you think?

picked this up in a recent haul. Surprisingly good set for the price.

Hi everyone, here is my review of the Lego Adventure Time Ideas set. It is scheduled for release early 2017, I was lucky enough to get it early. I've had it for about a week or so, finally uploaded the review now. Set number 21308, ages 9+, 496pcs, Let me know what you guys think of the set. Overall if you are into Adventure Time, I think you will like it. It displays very nicely. The downside would be the price - it is a licensed theme, as well as an "Ideas" set, which definitely brings the price up. Enjoy!

@Delta.Customs on Instagram, said that there were two SpiderMan Homecoming sets he knew. The sets were described as so: Set #1: A Bank robbery, Spidey and two robbers, The robbers had Avengers in their names. Set #2: Has a car, Includes Spidey, Vulture with brick built wings, Shocker, and Iron Man. If you saw the trailer, this should all now sound familiar. Remember that @Delta.Customs' post was done two weeks ago. One scene from the trailer showed some men in Avengers masks robbing a bank, which adds up well to set one. We didn't see a specific set two scene in the trailer, but it's most likely a final battle anyway. We did see Vulture, with large wings, as well as a man many suspect to be the Shocker. We also saw Spidey swinging around by Iron Man. So in general, I'm pretty sure this guy's info is reliable. If you want to see an article, as well as the post, use this link. http://spidermannews.com/2016/11/30/rumor-lego-spider-man-homecoming-sets-revealed/ Tell me what you think? Merry Christmas!

I am trying to help a family member who can't understand English and his not really good with computers. He made a project on LEGO Ideas and is trying to get suggestions on his brick set. He also asked me how do people get more visibility on projects that are not related to any licensed property. Anybody that can takes a looks, give recommendations and suggestions about the set or his question would be really appreciated. At the same time, if you like the project it would be really nice of you to support it. https://ideas.lego.com/projects/145024 Thank you!
