Here is a collection of Slizer/Throwbot MOCs that were originally designed by @Logan McOwen. His works inspired me to start my own little series of digital revamps, including both official Slizer sets and his original character designs. All of his creations, including the ones I picked, can be found in his Flickr Albums. Let's begin, shall we? (all images are clickable by the way and lead to my Flickr. The titles are links leading to Logan's MOC images) - - - Tremor Slizer - - - Construction Slizer - - - Chopper Slizer - - - Soldier Slizer - - - Cheetah Slizer - - - Doctor Slizer - - - Orbit Slizer - - - Patrol Slizer - - - Logger Slizer - - - Proselytiser Slizer - - - Comments and critiques are always welcome! - - - If you like what I do and you want to see me create your OC, a favorite Bionicle Character, or something else, feel free to look up my Commission Info! I also now have a Patreon page, so please consider supporting!

PAIGE (Prototype Artificial Intelligence, Gynoid Expression) was created by robotics student Letta Arkwright to simulate the kinds of social competencies she struggled with in her own day-to-day life. PAIGE is powered by a digital brain with an unprecedented social learning engine. As PAIGE teaches her creator to relate to others and to understand her own emotional needs, she is also learning for herself what it means to be a person. This model of PAIGE uses over 830 pieces, stands 18.1 inches/46 centimeters/57.5 modules tall, weighs about 24 ounces/672 grams, and has 36 points of articulation. Her mouth, eyes, and eyebrows can be adjusted and/or swapped out to display different emotions.

I was looking at this great Ideas project. However, I have no idea how the headlights work: https://dp1eoqdp1qht7.cloudfront.net/community/migrated/b32/5f6/32898/image You can see the car with the headlights down on this page: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/12170 Any ideas on how you would attach those headlights to swivel up just like the original car?

Another video review of a set that is currently marked as still needed on the index, and in my case it was recorded three months before Aero Hawk (but found missing on the index second, hence the topic creation order). I really adore this small set as both very nostalgic and imagination driven, which I do like in cases such as this one. Series: Lego Town Airport Catalogue number: 6529 Year of release: 1990 Minifigures in set: 2 Pieces in set: 28 From what little I browsed the index so far, I have at least two or three more Town-themed sets that are in need of review in my posession, so I might speed up their coverage creation to fill these gaps :)
-
Browsing through the review index for Town, I noticed that 6536 Aero Hawk was still needed, and as a matter of fact, I reviewed that set two weeks ago on my English YT channel. It's not a full pictorial, but I put every thought I had on this set into this five-and-a-half minute video, so I hope you will like it :) Series: Lego Town Flight Catalogue number: 6536 Year of release: 1993 Minifigures in set: 1 Pieces in set: 43

"Don't Ask Me Who I Am. You Say-" -Qlenasy ---- Born from the Lunar domain, she rarely leaving her residents, however she often gaze upon the distance at the Dusk Shore. Despite being a maiden, she's the Branch Chief of the Lunar Empire. If the Empress decease without a child, Qlenasy will take the throne. Qlenasy have 4 type of emotion she can swap to; ---- Neutral = Balanced, Intelligent, Cautious Her vanilla state. Despite the lack of expression in this form, she can still use small portion of her other 3 facial power in this form. ---- Alluring = Happy, Loving, Cheerful Despite her bright face, she can still pose a treat in this form. The Jantukum Flower is an exclusive plant found only in the Lunar Valley, but it can also act like a bomb by fluorously combusting. ---- Psychotic = Demonic, Sinister, Deviant While shes not psychopathic in this form, it's know to be the most dangerous from all 4 forms. A cut from the Schizo Blade open up a gap of fear throughout the target membrane. ---- Sorrowful = Enraged, Depressed, Reckless With blood pouring through her eyes, this isn't just most unhealthy form to face against, but also painful to battle against. The Dual Grim Flail-Blade create vase energy which can duplicate itself in combat. ---- Etc:

EDIT: I just renamed this thread as it evolves into a wave of primitives and patterns that all take part of something I would like to refer to as The LEGO Molecular System, with LEGO parts being the 'elements', the primitive compounds being the 'molecules' and the generated (potentially) infinite patterns being 'matter'. Of course these LEGO molecules may represent real molecular counterparts, but they don't need to. It's The LEGO Molecular System ! I've been intrigued by infinite patterns for whole my life and was looking for the smallest Technic primitive to create an infinite recurring pattern that is the same in all 3 dimensions. This is the smallest I could come up with: It generates this pattern: What is the smallest primitive that can generate an infinite recurring pattern that is the same in all 3 dimensions? LXF-file here.

Hello, everyone. My name is Denis, I'm 25 years old, and I have really bed English, sorry. Lego was a favorite toy/game in my childhood, but after 15 y.o. i start to move and work in different cities and countries, so have no time to create and volume in bags to take Lego with me. After some years I found LDD and start to create some virtual models. Now I have no PC for few mouns, and it's time to get some theoretical knowledge about how other peoples build they own MOC's I will post some my old models in train and city category. Preview:

Howdy all! I’d like to show this expansive modular MOC that I’ve worked on and tinkered with for the past couple of months. It’s called BIONICLE Legacy: Storytelling with LEGO Bricks because I aimed to build something that conveyed what the theme represented to many fans, and the impact it had upon release 20 years ago. Even if you haven’t been overly fond of or familiar with the BIONICLE theme, I hope you’ll still take a few moments to check out this project! https://ideas.lego.com/projects/b5456207-ed0d-4f44-a02b-b0dae424158e I’m very hopeful and proud of this project, but it has been struggling to gain the needed attention to progress, and it clearly won’t get very far without your help and support. I greatly appreciate all support, comments, and shares. Fingers crossed! :) Uploading images proved to be a bit tricky, but you can also find higher-res images at Flickr:

Hi everyone, I have been building for a while now and I haven't noticed any instructions for a simple 4 output gearbox using no transmission parts. Now everyone I have come up with a solution, here we present to you a simple 4 output transmission system that has 1 motor input. If anyone is interested please let me know so that I can guess if it is worth making instructions. Feel free to ask questions and follow the discussion for updates. Follow us for more gearbox and other simple designs.

A little video showing a suspension concept: The suspension is tatra-style, not double wishbone. But it is simple and works well enough for my needs. Uses the lego rubber pieces in the place of shock absorbers to save space, and can be built onto a servo motor with as little hassle as possible. I am pleased that the pivot points are all aligned such that the wheels do not steer themselves when the suspension is actuated. Overall a neat concept that I hope to incorporate into my future small-scale MOCs.

Hello, I am making bigger my station and I am building aside a cargo terminal. So I share with you some pictures of the present state of my Layout and I hope to have comments and suggestions on how to make it better. Let's start with the station: It consists of 4 platforms and a main terminal building. The station is somehow inspired by the System sets although is quite customized. More pics: In this picture you can see also my mini-sized ETR500 (frecciarossa) that is not as beautiful as the one posted by bmacro but it is "in scale" with my layout. Let's go to the cargo terminal. This is inspired by the set 4555,although it is heavily customized as well. The crane is functional. interiors are poor. There are control centers are the ground level as well as the upper floor. And finally a custom element of my layout: the bridge and the tunnel. you can also see a video here: I am waiting for your comments suggestions! :classic:

Are there lego sets with both system and duplo bricks?
Foreman posted a topic in Special LEGO Themes
Are there lego sets with both system and duplo bricks? I ask because I think the Lego Movie 2 will have System and Duplo because it is about Duplo attacking a System town -
If Lego were to bring back the monorail as a new system, what would like to see from it? What features should it have? Also, what would it take to make a successful Lego monorail Ideas project? Two features I'd like to see which would work hand in hand, would be that the monorail could actually grab onto the track, that way allowing the system to work as a suspended monorail, all while using the same system. I forget who said it, but I remember hearing somewhere that Lego designers tested a monorail system idea with kids, but their reaction wasn't the highest on the "this is awesome!" scale. Whether or not the designers had a physical concept system or just drawings and concept art, it would be interesting to know what they may have had in mind for a new monorail system.

So, with the , I got inspired and designed two System-based Voodoo Head heads that could be used on replicas of the prototypes themselves, or custom Voodoo Heads. Click the head of your choice for more pictures and parts inventories. Skinny head Bulkier head If anyone wants to use these heads in their own creations, or has even designed heads of their own design, feel free to share them here! Maybe we can start our own tribe on Voodoo island
