  1. Hi! Not only I am newbie here, but also I am new to modelling using Lego Technic. Nevertheless, I decided to test my skill in TC5. Since I've only recently started to build my collection of Technic sets, I didn't have much choice in selecting which sets I could use - there are only 2 sets under 600 peices in my possesion right now: 42005 Monster Truck and 42021 Snowmobile. Not the best option, considering the size of the 42005's wheels, but after many attempts I finally came up with something reasonable - the Front Engine Buggy. Functions include: independent front & back suspension; working steering wheel; openable cabin; and that's all. I decided to remove the HOG due its negative effect on the look of the model. So there is a horizontal one. There is also a little problem with suspension - the shock absorbers are slightly soft for this model, and should be replaced by the hard ones in other circumstances for better playability.
