It’s a 2980-piece base separated in four modules: WATCH TOWER- Observation and communication deck. It includes a working elevator to take astronauts to the top of the tower. HANGAR- Storages and gives maintenance to the ORCA, a tri-module exploration vehicle. It also has a second level where a Flyer explorer is kept and is deployed by opening the roof door. LANDING PAD- Facility used for external spaceships to reach the base. Includes the octagonal platform and a ground control unit to aid the incoming ships. It includes also a small spaceship. COMMAND BASE- Three level building used as living quarters. The first lever has four rooms used as medical a unit, sleeping quarter, workshop and lab. It also has two small garages for a small rover and a lifter mechanical suit. The second level are the recreational area and cafeteria. With eyes that glowed like molten lava and wings that blotted out the sun, Valkhoros became the harbinger of doom, spreading fear and destruction in the name of his dark master. *** Hello, I love the dark creatures of fantasy movies and therefore I decided to design a black dragon to Bricklink Designer Program Series 6: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/designer-program/series-6/2092/Dragon-Attack It is not actually based on an existing character, I was inspired by some cool AI generated pictures and some cool dragon head builds, but I built something brand new. I wanted to create a movable animal instead of a static statue and added a small tower and two wizards to the set for more playability options. The Wizard of Light has a staff and a crystal ball. The rear of the tower is removable to make the interior space accessible, and the door works as well. I prefer the brick built solutions to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, and therefore only two stickes are used for the dragon eyes and they are based on the printed part 98138pb386 which is not available in this series. Dimensions of the dragon (as it is shown on the main picture): Width: 71.0 studs / 22.4 in / 56.8 cm Length: 67.5 studs / 21.3 in / 54.0 cm Height: 44.8 studs / 14.1 in / 35.8 cm Some rotation joints can only be stable in certain positions, for example the tail end must rest on the ground. Hi! I bought so many Bat Lords... and I finally have to build something for them... After a few months of break, I'm back in the world of Castle with a new project - the Witch's Tower! The Fright Knight's land is not a pleasant place, dark, gloomy, large spiders, poisonous plants, black dragons and corpses everywhere a perfect place for the home and laboratory of the main character of this project. To build this moc, I specifically went back to the past and bought a new dragon and a witch from 1997 More about this project on my channel, Edge of Bricks. For construction I used several unusual elements from Lego Super Mario, do you know which ones?

I really love DnD, therefore the Red Dragons Keep set was an imediate aquisition for my collection. I like the design of the set with all its details, monsters and DnD references. Since I build it, I have startet to wonder, what that ruined keep might have looked like when it was still intact. So I started to experiment a littlebit in studio. Lego DnD Tower Restoration, auf Flickr I tried to expand on what was already there and use the original design features to complete the keep so far. Iam not quite sure how to proceed. Maybe I am going to finish the tower of with some kind of roof in dark blue.

Finally the Crusaders had enough of the Forestmen waylaying carriages, high jacking barges, and poaching the king’s deer. The king ordered a wagon loaded with his finest mead and dispatched under white flags to one of the occupied crumbling watchtowers near the edge of the forest as a peace offering in hopes of starting negotiations to end the Forestmen’s harassing activities. This was one of my entries to the CCCXV. For some reason, I never got around to posting it here! Some more pics here. C&C appreciated.

The Lord of Førstlys was in fact the lord of all of the Burial Isle, and its safety was, first and foremost, his concern. Thus, trusted members of his household were often seen traveling the length and breadth of the island, taking count of the defenses of the various communities set along the rocky coasts and nestled into the mountainous interior. Makny's father would often take him along when it was time to inspect, leading him on horseback through the hills and gathering news from every outpost they passed along the way. Inspiration for the rockwork came from @soccerkid6, particularly his recent Nordheim Watchtower. I might be lacking subtlety in my own application, but I generally like how it turned out. You're welcome to disagree of course.

This was my fourth entry into the Colossal Castle Contest, for the Video Game Castle category. This model is based off of the watchtowers in Riften from the game Skyrim. The birch trees are versions of John’s tree design shown in our tree tutorial. I did include the stairs that make up most of the tower’s interior, though I wasn’t able to get a decent picture of them. Nordheim has various large watchtowers along the main roads leading to the city. Sir Glorfindel is on his way to visit the dwarves there, and bring them news from their kin in Hradcanny. I had the pleasure of building and reviewing a new custom LEGO Architecture set which was created to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Capitol Records. The kit is designed by Adam Ward, a talented LEGO artist who does commissioned work, and works at Bricksburg on the LEGO movies. 'Capitol Records Tower' by Adam Ward. 642 Pieces, 200$, Capitol Records Tower is an iconic round tower in Hollywood, California. Many people believe that the circular design is meant to evoke the appearance of a stack of records, but this is just a happy coincidence; the architect proposed the round shape to reduce the building’s construction costs and air conditioning needs. (Photo JCS, CC-BY-SA-3.0)This is a custom kit containing real LEGO bricks, four stickers, one custom LEGO compatible part, and a high quality box and manual. The packaging is faithful to both the quality and styling of the official LEGO Architecture kits. (Do be careful with the custom part—it is very thin and more brittle than regular LEGO parts... I broke 1/2cm off the tip by accident.)High quality instruction manual, glossy stickers, and a promotional card included.The model is built on a sturdy base measured 16x24 studs, similar in size to other LEGO Architecture sets with a similar number of pieces. The instruction manual is extremely high quality, and almost all of the steps are clear and easy to follow. I did encounter a couple steps which were slightly confusing, but nothing too difficult to figure out.The corner panels need to be slid in from the top. This is a very good set that captures the spirit of this iconic landmark pretty well. This is especially challenging because round shapes are notoriously difficult to re-create using LEGO. The finished model looks great, especially after applying the stickers (which are very effective at reinforcing the building’s identity.) I do wonder if it’s possible to make the tower appear more round without making the model larger by using more than 8 panels. (At least in theory, you could create a model with 14 sides instead of 8 sides while preserving the existing diameter of 28 studs.) The finished model looks great! I enjoyed building this kit; it is was pleasure to step inside the mind of a talented LEGO artist with a different building style than the official sets. I was impressed to see that this kit is comparable in quality to the earlier LEGO Architecture sets, and only slightly less detailed than current sets like the revised Guggenheim Museum building. This set is recommended for people who already have all of the official LEGO Architecture sets, or people who have a connection with Los Angeles. Hello guys, For the last month, I've been working on my Dark Wizards Tower on and off. I really want to go through with this moc but I need your help to finish it. So far I have completed the exterior of 2 sides (Not enough parts for the other 2 sides) and next I am going to be building the interior. There are 5 floors and they all come apart. I need suggestions for 4 things; 1. A Name for the Tower (If I really like it and end up using it, I will send you a free copy of the instructions when there ready :) 2. Ideas for the 4 floors of the tower (Plus the dungeon) 3. An idea for the top, something really cool. 4. Overall feedback on the exterior of the tower and things I can improve. WCS Communication Tower Background Two decades ago, the West Coast State Communication Tower was abandoned. Due to technological advances coupled with drastic population decrease, it was no longer economically viable to keep it operational. Maintenance stopped at once and the tower was left to ruin. However, after twenty years of desertification, tropical storms and physical weathering, the WCS Communication Tower is returning from retirement! A small team is working hard to repair the damage and get the systems working again. Inspecting the receiver and transmitters. Features The build is 120 cm tall (antenna included). The elevator platform can be brought up and down by hand. Its 'claws' can be adjusted for extra grip, so that the platform holds itself at any place along the rail, or for free movement, to enable motorization. The antenna can be pulled out, which allows the square roof section to be removed. Builder's notes Building something this tall has been a childhood dream come true! I've tried doing this before, but never succeeded due to structural instability. The train track technique solves that. Not only is it sturdy and fairly lightweight, it is also easy to modify and expand. Perhaps my second favorite technique in this build is in the claws of the elevator. Each claw has a pair of minifigure ice skates, which slide through the 1x2 grille plates. The floor and the roof were the most challenging parts of the build, being partly rectangular and triangular at the same time, and I tried to make as little compromises on interior, sturdiness and accessibility as possible. I will think twice before doing another triagonal/hexagonal build, without having nexogons or other studded geometric facilitators! Thank you for looking! More than 42 inches tall, More than 6000 pieces, this hip, modern apartment skyscraper is my second tallest and second biggest MOC, located in the heart of Wasabi District. 505 WASABI Includes amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool up top and Wasabi District's first Dunkin Donuts. When I got the green baseplate 16x32 I knew I need to build small diorama on it. From some time I wanted to build something in Dark Bluish Gray colour for testing purpose. I am going to build bigger castle in that colour. I also had returning idea of creating hanging bridge. And that's how this fast MOC evolved. This was the idea that turned into my witches tower ideas project (which won't make the 100 mark but I can learn from my failure so its still good) I thought I would polish it and share it. I decided to make the witches tower and submit that to lego ideas instead( here ) as this one is a bit on the big side and I wanted to focus more on the landscaping. As with the witch's tower is is open on the back to show the interior which is out fitted with a lounge/dining room, sleeping chamber, lab and cell ,there is also a swamp out front. Thanks for looking. Can a mod change Wizards to Wizard's? please?

This was built for the Colossal Battle Contest V, specifically the Dread Ambushers category. I have always enjoyed building dwarven style creations, and had wanted to do another for a while. The tower was somewhat influenced by dwarven towers in skyrim. This also gave me a great opportunity to use the polar bear in a build. The dwarves of Staor have many small outposts around the mountain that serve as defensive bastions, and gates into their underground kingdom. Some unfriendly neighboring trolls have planned an ambush and scaled down the craggy mountain slopes in an attack on the dwarves. Little do they realize that they too may be on the receiving end of an ambush. More pics. Thanks for looking, comments and criticism welcome

Today I present to you the Witch's Tower It is home to a witch as one would guess.It is a model of 917 bricks ( but most of those are quite small ones) ans has a footprint of around 16 studs by 24 but the majority of that is the landscaped surrounds with the tower it self having a footprint of around 12 studs by 10 studs and the whole model reaches a height of 22 and a third bricks tall (a height of near 25 studs tall) This model is on Lego ideas (ha you probably saw that coming from a mile off) and could become a unique new castle set with your support. Whilst it is gear more to display over play it does still offer both and features a selection of removable furnishings to allow the tower to be used as you see fit. I feel that the project fills a need of medium sized castle sets (and goats) that the Lego company are currently lacking.Whilst my focus was on the exterior I was adamant to give the set a decent interior which is absent in most Lego sets in the medium range. This is my first Lego ideas project thanks for viewing. :) please share and support the project if you'd like to see it as an official Lego set. For many centuries, the watchtower has stood below Farhin Falls, keeping guard over the river and the surrounding woods. A tower in a water fall, because why not? My project for the last few weeks, it was a real challenge to get everything to work, especially the water fall, which uses nets. It was fun to do some flat stonework again, after building so many round towers. And the rock work was just a bit of this and that. I also really don't like the head of the tower, but I wanted to try something new so here ya go, hope you enjoy and C&C needed.

From a young age Waldred had an unhealthy interested in war. But now as his days grow short, he retires from his years of advising and training to live peacefully in a small tower. This has been busy gathering dust while I am rushing to finish my other Brick show mocs (not to mention a very, very large moc (Hype!)) I am very proud of this, to me the stone work is good, landscaping great and the Tudor/roof better. The roof was the most challenging part, but thanks to 40+ angled plates I was fine :P Credit for most, if not all techniques go to of course @Legonardo , who gave me the inspiration for this build a couple years ago at CBS (yup this thing has been floating around for two years). This and the rest of my mocs were on display at the Christchurch Brick Show last weekend, It was great seeing the public's opinion and they seemed to love the "Rapunzel" tower. Support France and say no to terrorism. This creations is driven by the sad news of the terrorist attack in France. It turns out to be rather late for me to publish it here. I have to wait for the arrival of red fence in order to complete my creation. Hope you agree with me -- the wait is worthwhile. Fences are the best LEGO parts to be used in this creation. In my first idea, I would like to build the MOC in the iconic tre-colour of red, white and blue. However, the blue fences are too costly. ^^" After all, I want a peaceful world so that I can concentrate on my creation....

One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie. Barad-dûr was held together by dark magic and was the greatest fortress in all of Middle-earth. It was originally built in the Second Age and razed after Sauron's defeat in the War of the Last Alliance. Sauron had Barad-dûr rebuilt during the Third Age as he rose back into power, but the tower was forever destroyed immediately following the destruction of the One Ring, as it was constructed and held together using the Ring's dark magic. This project includes 5.364 pieces! In comparison, the 10189 Taj Mahal had 5.922 pieces! Here you can see the size compared to the Lego "The Tower of Orthanc". I think that's the perfect height for the tower, not too small and not too big. Please click on the images, to see them in HD. You can find all images on my Flickr album. Here's a new one. At our last exhibtion, children liked another tower, which I've bulit, and so a decided to build something even taller to impress them the next time even more ;-). My latest creation, hope you'll like it As Radoslaw entered the city gates, it felt like stepping through a portal to a different dimension. The relative peace was broken by the loud bustling of the city streets. The cries of merchants peddling their goods and the sounds of craftsmen hammering about, reverberated off the tall walls. Smells of smoke, horses and spices penetrated his nostrils. Radoslaw could see guards positioned along the battlements, scanning the market square for any suspicious activity. Dromos was noticeably anxious, snorting and pulling the reins, Radoslaw had to work hard to calm down his horse but was sure that it had alarmed the guards. The fast-paced clanking of metal cut through the sea of noise, as a figure appeared from the crowd. A large man covered in heavy plate armour marched menacingly towards them, firmly grasping a hefty axe in his left gauntlet. Radoslaw knew that if he got arrested, someone would surely recognize him. He closed his eyes, gathered himself and reached under for his dagger..
