Figured it'd be a good time as any with all the X-Mansion hype to share this here! I'm super proud with how this model turned out, getting it right with mostly Dark Purple and Magenta was ROUGH haha

Hey everyone! Watch out LEGO heroes and citizens, Shapeshifter has arrived to infultrate your collections! One of two new custom minifigures available, Shapeshifter will feature front head, torso, and leg printing (with high quality professional pad printing), as well as back head and torso prints. And if here shapeshifting wasn't dangerous enough for the LEGO heroes in your collection, she also comes packing a BrickArms 1911 v2 pistol, perfect for quick lethal strikes. One aspect that is most unique for this figure is here new red hair piece. This piece was dyed to perfection by our custom community's own customBRICKS, so the quality is very good. Check out the figure's page to see an actual pic of the piece as it will look on the final figure (click the link for our site on our signature below). What is great about dyeing the piece is that it binds to the plastic and helps retain that smooth LEGO feel. None of that paint feel or peeling. Thanks again to HJ Media for producing this great render! What do you guys think? Shapeshifter Render by HJ Media Studios Figure designed by Phoenix Customs

I've had this model sitting around for a fair while and it's taking up a lot of space so I figured it was time to take some pictures and show it off. As well as I can, anyway - I did get some decent lighting this morning . . . only to find I'd photographed it with some bricks splitting in one of the tail fins. So . . . poor lighting for the intact shots. Ho hum. Enjoy regardless! Hello, This is my first post on Eurobricks! Today I made some custom X-Men minifigures. Take a look and tell me what you think! The photo came from my Flickr page, https://www.flickr.com/photos/148086066@N07/ Left to Right- Colossus, Magneto, Blink, Storm, Xavier, Bishop, Wolverine, Kitty Pride, Warpath, Sunspot, Iceman and Rouge. Thanks for looking at my minifigures!

So recently I got my hands on the torso and head piece from the terrible looking sentinel in 76022. I wanted to put something together that was larger and more accurate than the original, but not as large as @I Scream Clone's wonderful moc since I don't have the space for something of that size. I based it off of the design from this image, since the print seemed closer to that design than the traditional one. Criticism and suggestions are welcome. I'll upload images of the finished model when I have the physical parts.

Hi everyone, I am FranzPlus, I am new in the forum and I open this Topic to tell my experience with the lego Ideas competition. I proposed this set of 16 unpublished Marvel Minifigures but I was prevented from publishing it for the competition because it is still an active theme of the lego brand. I would like to know your opinion and if it can be an interesting proposal for the future. Do you know all the Marvel heroes featured in this post?

Hey everyone, I feel it is time to attempt to settle the age old debate of "are fake super-heroes worth it?" , To find out i purchased 4 lots of characters ranging from copies of official figures to SDCC fakes and even fakes of customs in order to provide a ranged view into the figures, now after just a mere month they have arrived in a lovely polystyrene box from china. Here is my little box of goodness Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr Each figure comes in a little packet with readily assembled Head, torso and legs, It is your job to add accessories, a stand and hair. Unfortunately there were no instructions so after 16 hours and 195 wrong attempts i assembled my first figure. The figures are more or less the same as lego's with the main difference being the leg assembly Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr The legs will fit into official bodies and vica versa so the unprinted ones i have changed for officials Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr As you can see the connection is the same (i had to do this outside so you could see) Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr And HERE they are! with all those classic accessories such as Mr fantastics chainsaw and the things hammer.... ? Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr To be brutally honest im starting to like these guys.. There is a lot of decent back printing here, they seem to be more generous with printing than Lego themselves. Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr A lot of these guys also have double faces or rear head prints, here are a few random examples. Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr aaaaaaand Kablamo Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr All the parts interact perfectly well with official lego as shown here... Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr Im not sure if you can tell but the arms are a Tiny bit less angled than official arms, Barely noticable though. And of course the other difference that can be seen here is the minor colour differences, I think they all look reasonable enough though. Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr Before i continue i would like to point out the problems i have encountered in these figures 1- Deadpool's head appears to be attatched to his body so will not budge or move, Meaning his sword holster cannot be attached. 2- Some head designs are c**p, I feel this is just due to shoddy workmanship rather than bad printing (namely the FF) 3- Batman's cowel is tight so once it's on don't expect to get it off easily. NOW for a test, Without looking at your official Deadpool figure tell me which is the official one, I will reveal it tomorrow Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr I tried this on one person already.... They got it wrong As this picture shows some are very good copies such as DP and venom, Others, well you can see for yourself... Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr Most however are completely satisfactory and blend into your lego surroundings nicely, Here are some examples. Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr And with minor changes they can look pretty good Decool review by Legocollecter123, on Flickr And now for the conclusion, This could ed the war on fakes forever... let this moment be remembered by AFOLs forever, Now im just dragging this out... PRICE- Ok, so for all 19 of those awesome figures i paid £13.17 including post, Thats under 70p each, Where a normal figure would cost 10x that, Or in a SDCC case 300x that! So i would say these are very good value and provide a reasonable figure for your buck (or pound or yen or euro), so at that price i would grab a few just for the sake of it. 9/10 Quality- Surprisingly these are better than people say, The prints are reasonable, The plastic seems strong and the designs are good, except a couple of slight leg wobbles, Amazingly im going to give these a 6/10 Design, This is difficult seeing as they are all nicked designs, However they have been replicated well (except the FF faces) so i will give this a 7/10 Overall i give these 22/30, These really do fill the hole that lego has dug beneath us so i applaud Decool for there work. The quality is getting quite good now and is constantly improving so these really these will soon be lego standard. If you feel you are missing somthing that these figures provide just get one, Dont look back, its only a few quid after all. One other thing, It is difficult to pass judgment on the figures as a whole, As my GL is great quality, a great figure and looks awesome. However the Decool cap has a poor head design and looks generally bad. Hard to say people... Hard to say... I dont want to say these trump lego as they DO NOT, however they are providing what we want at a price we want so thats good enough for me! If anyone wants extra pics just let me know, Otherwise enjoy your day!

Finally I got the parts I need and I made the biggest Sentinel in the X-men series, the Master Mold. Being a giant Sentinel created by Dr. Trask, Master Mold is to control other sentinels and produce even more sentinels to hunt down the mutants, hence the name. In the LEGO 76022 set, the sentinels look like the comic version instead of the movie (the purple ones not the transforming ones). I keep the same style and make a boss version. Instead of being a building-size robot, I just make it a more muscular robot with the same gold touch for its hands and feet. That will probably give the X-Men a headache for now! It is a small MOC, and fits great with my superhero display area. Hope you like it!

I was finally able to complete my X-Men line up from the Australian Outback era, which is one of my favourites. I wasn't able to make them all purist so I am posting them in this separate thread. They (along with all my other purist and non-purist figures) are available on my Flickr (where i also post any credits). Any feedback welcome! Since it is Comic Con weekend, here's my follow-up to my DC Superheroes Racers: Marvel Racers! In order to be able to compete with DC, all the Marvel heroes and villains built racers for themselves too! First up, we have the racers of three of the Avengers. Since the Hulk is a larger than life hero, his racer is equally as big and strong. It's a military jeep that has been turned into a monster truck! Hulk gives a whole new meaning to the term road rage, so other racers would do best to stay out of his way unless they want to make him angry, and you do NOT want to make Hulk angry. Thor's racer in the colors of his costume while Captain America's racer is an American flag on wheels. Cap's racer has a clip on the back that allows him to attach his shield there, giving him ultimate protection from the back! Meanwhile, the Hulk has a spare tire. Here we have the fourth Avenger Iron Man together with a friend and a foe. Much like their armors, Iron Man's and War Machine's racer are very similar aside from their colors. The Mandarin's racer is a smaller version of his flame-throwing bumper cart from the Ultimate Showdown set. Even from the back, Iron Man and War Machine's Racers look very similar. And just like in the Ultimate Showdown, Mandarin has a flame thrower on top of his cart. Rounding out the Avengers team are Nick Fury and his shield agents. Hawkeye's racer is inspired by his truck from Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape. Fury's racer is a smaller version of his hovercar in the Spider-Cycle Chase. And Black Widows kart is, well, black. While Black Widows racer is sleek and fast, Hawkeye's is powerful and heavily armored. Fury's car can't transform, but it's still made up of state of the art SHIELD technology. Look out, here comes the Spider-Racer! Along with his friends, Iron Fist and Nova, they make an unbeatable racing team! Spidey's racer has the same patriotic colors as his costume as well as a big spider logo on the front. Iron Fist's racer is partly shaped like Shou-Lao, the dragon he slayed to get his powers. And Nova's is in the same colors as his costume. Iron Fist's spoiler even has the shape of dragon wings! Hot on Spider-Man's trail are three of his worst enemies! Venom's racer, much like his appearance, is a black and white version of Spidey's. Doc Ock's kart is a smaller version of the vehicle he had in his Lab set. Green Goblin's racer is made of the same Oscorp technology as his glider. As you can see here, Green Goblin's racer has a similar exhaust as his glider and Venom's spoiler is a bit more spiky than Spidey's. Here we have a few more, somewhat obscure villains. First, there is Thor's brother Loki whose racer is made out of Chitauri technology. Doctor Doom's racer has the same colors as his plane and bears the Latverian symbol. Riding alongside him is his henchman, the Beetle. His racer's headlights resemble big bug eyes. The Beetle's spoiler is made out of the same material as his wings and Loki's racer has the same exhausts as the Chitauri ships. Wolverine is the best at what he does, and what he does is make his rivals eat his dust! His racer is made out of adamantium and has the typical X-Men colors. That makes it indestructible, but also susceptible to his main villain, Magneto, whose racer has magnets mounted onto it of course! Meanwhile, Deadpool is just in it for the prize money. His racer has his signature colors and a big "D" on the hood. Magneto's racer even has a magnet in the back. Wolverine's spoiler resembles a certain haircut. And Deadpool's racer has his logo on the back. Let the race begin! Vote for your favorite Marvel racer above and let us know who you think should win, Marvel or DC?
