All in all this is a great build. Really liking so many aspects to it. My one piece of advice that I'd give would be on the carriage. With only one set of wheels so far back and such a long yoke (I think that's the right word?) between the cart and the horses it seems like something going to break. I think you need another set of wheels, maybe directly under or very near the driver. Either way this is a great from which I'm going to take inspiration.

I really like the trees here, both the fallen and standing Excellent cart too.

And the guys camouflaged as bushes are hilarious
