When I was chosen to lead the search party, I wasn't expected half as much trouble as we got. We found the Duplovian camp scatter-brained and crazy. They didn't even notice us. It was pretty bad. We met up with the Delfrin search party, and according to Lachterson their camp was holding up a lot better. We were investigating one of the western caverns together when suddenly we were ambushed. There must have been at least a dozen of them, came out of nowhere. Delfrin mercenaries, if I had to guess. I went down fighting them, but I never saw what happened to Lachterson. When I woke up, I was here and they were beating me for questions.

Like I said, they seemed to be Delfrin Mercenaries, by their armour. I don't know who hired them, or why they're here, but they seemed interested in keeping their identities secret - they wore balaclavas and dark clothes. 'Kept asking me about troop movements and security of the mines, and Duplovia itself. I think they're trying to get the timing on something exact. Whatever it is, they're doing it soon.

Having enough, Dovanna charges into battle and tears down the enemy, feeling lucky. Siercon takes advantage of the distraction by crippling a Mercenary, who Quellir takes down in a deadly blow. One of the Mercenaries moves out of sight, and plunges an arrow deep through William's armour, bringing him to his knees.

Alright, I'm going to run this round with the assumption Siercon's plan is agreed upon.

The battle turns for the worse. Alexander and Siercon quickly stop to heal up some of the party. William feels replenished, but quickly gets hit by another bolt, this one poisoned. Dovanna gets hit hard, and not even his luck can stop the attack. Thalion and Quellir push on and get some hits in against the mercenaries, carrying the team into another round.

Fixed. Where are FDY and Wedge again?

OOC: Honestly I dont know, but we started a month and a half ago, it would be really nice to pickup some pace. :sceptic: In case they dont show up soon:

Battle Order:

Thalion casts a Darkness spell at Mercenary A (and B) from the back row

William does nothing in the back row

Alexander attacks Mercenary C from the back row

Dovanna attacks Mercenary B from the back row

Siercon uses a potion on William

Quellir attacks Mercenary B from the front, and if B is down, Mercenary C also from front row.
