Our Pirate Regulator said he had most of the missing sail and will be taking scans in a few days.

So wait a bit and check again...

I wonder if its possible to print it on cloth?

Here's the BSB jib sail:

Printed it out right away and it's exactly the right size! *y*

I have it on a white background so that there isn't any ink wasted when it gets printed out

Couldn't put it in photobucket cause they limit the size of the pictures >:-(

It wasn't too bad so i think i'll do more right away :-)

It's a lot easier to use a scanner when you know where the preview button is :-D

I put a colored background so that it's real easy to see all the holes in the sailes :-$

Here's the missing Skull's Eye Schooner sails:

The jib sail is the same for the renegade runner and skull's eye schooner ;-)

There is another sail for the Skull's Eye Schooner missing

I have the sail, but i put in the missing list for now for when i'm able to scan it.

Also, dukeschunke has the rest of the missing sails and has also just gotten a scanner for his wedding

so i'll bug him to scan the rest of the missing sail till he does >:-)

I've been thinking we could put the canvas flags scans on this index for now until there is a real place to put them.

There have been a couple of requests for them flags i think.

Just want to get a second opinion on that :-$

Hopefully my scans turn out for yous guys. :'-(

All the scans are taking by our members.

Next I'll start downloading all these sails from the different image-hosting sites and upload them to www.classic-pirates.com.

I don't want this great resource to get lost the next time Brickshelf (or any of the others) decide to go offline.

I am going to make some nice custom sails for my Skull's Eye Schooner and just wondered what colours did actual ships have their sails? i was just going to make the obvious white but was thinking black may look good but i want it to be realistic at the same time, so were there any ships with black sails?

Also i really need a scan template for the 24 x 25 big sail on my Skull's Eye Schooner which is the same size as the ones with the crossed cannons on the 6271 Imperial Flagship and was wondering if anyone has a full size scan that i could use as a template for the right size for my custom sail?
