How is the next step going?

Had to find a replacement for Otaku but someone stepped up and we are back on track. I think I have 1 step to upload.

I have just complete my step so I suspect there will be an update soon.

Weird, I sent you a pm!

I'll put you back in rotation as 1st backup.

Alright!

Turn 8 and 9 have been uploaded; have a look at our first completed building, the Sheriff's office (Spoiler: IT'S AMAZING! )

The model was skewed on the grid and it proved to be a real pain in the behind to fix!!

I color-Checked the model really quick and it looks like everything is as it should be; good job so far!

I noticed that, also one of the base plates where out what i fixed up to.

I really like the Sheriff's Office, though I don't know how to see inside it without deleting bricks!

Finished my turn :)

You can hide all of the tan bricks if you like.

I did group the roof of it so you could just hide it and see inside, but the group may of been removed.

I had a few minutes to spare so I sent the model to MrGreeble to keep this moving.

Alright, steps 10 and 11 are up.

I asked MeBbreden to continue to build on existing structures; we have 5 builders left and 3 buildings to finish so it would be nice if those could be done by turn 16.

I'm also thinking about offering second turns to builder so we can complete the buildings and fill the base model; would anyone be interested??

I would be keen on another round.

I can do another round, time permitting.

I'd like another turn if it should come to that (Even though I'm not finished with my current one )

If there are second turns I'd be happy to take part. :classic:

And, while I'm here: the model is coming along nicely! All the little details and small touches from various turns are really starting to add up now. I'm sure the end result is going to look amazing!

Finished up my turn and sent it along. Had a lot of fun with this and I hope there's another RCB soon, maybe with a higher part allowance per builder though.

Even though I haven't even started my turn yet, I'd love a second go!

I'm up for seconds :P

Turns 12 and 13 updated; the model has rotated again and its getting really hard on my PC to select everything and rotate it all at once; if the next builder is up for it/able to, it'd be very nice if the model could be rotated back to it's original place.

Finished and PM sent! I am very proud of my contribution. You'll see why. :snicker:

In the future, I'd recommend that the builders or host group each addition so that builders can recolor (And later delete and paste the group from a separate file) and easily hide so they don't accidentally destroy another builder's model and prevent lag as the build gets bigger.

From my point of view it would be great to add second turns! The display is very big so there are many details that could be added in second turns!

I think this phenomenal big display needs definitely second turns!!! ;)

I am ready for a second turn! Just let me know and I will start to build immediately, piratedave84! ;)

The problem of a second turn (a full one at least) is the total amount of parts that the final creation would count.

The present rules are made to size the RCB to about 5000 parts, a number of parts that LDD could manage if your computer is enough powerful. A full second turn will bring the count to about ten thousand parts, a number that could be very difficult to manage.
