Captain Braunsfeld Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 Really great! I am impressed. So much effort has gone into this and it turns out fine. Good job on the "interior design" to have the dwarfs in the lower levels - just to mention one detail. Quote
Mencot Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 Whoa, awesome scale on this thing. Impressed, altough it isn´t minifigure scale it is not too far from it. I don´t mind the fact that it isn´t white, I understand making it like that would be uber expensive. Great job and hope to see more of this kind of builds Quote
GrowlingWarrior Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 Great Work! I really like the fact that you decided to use the "official" color balance LEGO used on Helms Deep (light bley and sand green), instead of simply using white. Quote
TheLegoDr Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Nicely done. I would prefer white, and honestly I must insist. Tear this down and rebuild in white. I demand it! I like the scale actually. Too much bigger and it would be hard to manage. Too much smaller and the details may get lost. I have considered doing something like this, although it would be really low on the list behind many other things I want to build. But I think I would do it in white, and with very little white of my own, I would never spend the money... Keep up the good work! Quote
Gondorfan Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Amazing Moc, I hope to upload my Gondor on here soon. Quote
Bycougars Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Since the topic is Minas Tirith congrats to Nuju Metru on Lego Ideas for getting the staff pick for Minas Tirith: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/36275 Quote
SilentWolf Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 No, I am not impressed at all. That doesn't look amazing. (Awed sarcasm alert.) Great project and amazing details. Quote
Anduin1710 Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Absolutely amazing! To have a Lego Minas Tirith is my biggest dream of all and yours is very close to it. One thing I missed in the movies, the first wall should be made of black stones. The stones are the same from the Orthanc, so the wall was indestructible. Quote
Brick Wizard001 Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 10000 supporters today!! Theres hope! :D Quote
Balbo Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 (edited) Amazing work - i love it . Your representation of Minas Tirith is really fantastic. Edited November 22, 2014 by Balbo Quote
Ardelon Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Wow, this is a fantiastic project! I dont mind at all that its not gray, MT from the movies wasnt snow-white either. Its instantly recognizable by the shape and proportions, which are even to minifig scale... mindblown! If I were to change anything, it would be to modify the front of the cliff so it isnt so geometrically straight. Quote
Gunman Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Hey that thing is HUGE! :) Great job on this. Quote
Gondorfan Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 I hope the Gondor ideas project passes the Lego review! We NEED a Gondor set! Quote
