March 15, 20168 yr No, it doesn't. What about inside these wheels: I think it would be a perfect fit! Edited March 15, 20168 yr by Zblj
March 15, 20168 yr Another good part for having different height steering arms and for using as engine conrods I dont really understand what you mean by,"having different height steering arms and for using as engine conrods." On another note will the ball part fit on a suspension wishbone?
March 15, 20168 yr I just noticed this part in lego digital designer. Could the small ends possibly fit into a pin hole? But this part fits nicely into the two holes, 61184 - according to LDD, not tested IRL. I imagine other parts with the bar will fit as well Edited March 15, 20168 yr by JGW3000
March 15, 20168 yr What about inside these wheels: I think it would be a perfect fit! I don't know, I don't have these wheels. On another note will the ball part fit on a suspension wishbone? I can't tell for sure as I don't have the Nexo Knight ammo part (the part with the ball), but the diameter of the ball is the same as the diameter of the technic towballs and the Mixel joints, so it should fit. But this part fits nicely into the two holes, 61184 - according to LDD, not tested IRL. I imagine other parts with the bar will fit as well Yep. This is actually the main purpose of this part, as you can see with Kylo Ren's lightsaber : Which means the NK ammo fits into this part (5M beam for scale) : Don't know how useful such a connection could be, though.
March 15, 20168 yr What I mean is put it inside of an engine piston, Or, at the ends of a steering rack so they can be raised or lowered to change the angle of the steering arms. I have already made a couple of engines in LDD using this part. A belville microphone serves the same purpose shown in this thread. I'm kind of sad that the other part with the cross axle does not fit in a technic pinhole. according to LDD it is slightly wider than a tehcnic pin, so that's probably why. April 3, 20168 yr I searched the forum and found a few threads but nothing current for what i need I am making a GBC rollercoaster and i need A LOT of 3mm Rigid Hose. Unfortunately the longest available is about 50L or 60L on bricklink. Does anyone know where i can buy some substitution hose for cheap? I've got that the measurement is 1/8" OD and maybe about 1/16" ID Black, or Grey would be awesome
April 3, 20168 yr Do you have a picture of the hoses ? I only no the 7mm. Of the 7 mm i have about 6 meters in black. Its not origional from lego, but you have to look very good to see the diverence.
April 3, 20168 yr On the left side after clicking this link you will see a drop down for how many feet you want and what colors. Its a very awkward website. http://www.mcmaster.com/#5548K61 They didn't have a "select-a-size" and I could only order in 25ft minimums but the price was the same at .26 a foot. Its very comparable to lego rigid hose and I purchased it for a GBC marble run. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=117305&st=225#entry2460117
April 6, 20168 yr Hey guys, I came across this part (pinpw2) on bricklink... am thinking of using it to connect to RC wheels (which are better-looking and bigger than those made by TLG). Does anybody know the diameter of the round axle end? Thanks!
April 6, 20168 yr I reckon it's designed to be used with bricks like this: http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=7049b&idColor=11#T=C&C=11 or the older motors, in which you inserted the old wheels, with the metal axles http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=7039&idColor=5#T=C&C=5 effectively converting the metal axle (which was inserted with friction), to a technic cross axle the thin end of the axle will probably be around 2mm or so.. I can measure one when I get him, with some digital calipers.. unless someone beats me :)
April 6, 20168 yr Great! TIA I figured that regardless it be 2 or 3mm, I'll look for a suitably sized 'couplers', such as , where one end will be screwed onto the thin end of pinpw2, and the other end will hold the rc wheel securely. Then the axle end can be passed thru (used as one end of a heavy-duty universal joint).
April 6, 20168 yr Or you can use something like this adapter I've seen that, and its supposedly 'heavy duty' version (which I failed to see any real difference in torque tolerance)... I'm not keen to try that due to the use of CV Joints (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think these have high tendency of popping out at high torque). Edited April 6, 20168 yr by PorkyMonster

May 12, 20168 yr Looks like there will be dark tan #17 and #18 panels in the Ninjago set 70596 Samurai X Cave Chaos : Might be useful for... military MOCs, maybe ?
May 28, 20168 yr guys...am i correct here?....do i see part # 2744 in Blue in the Nexo Knights set? http://images.brickset.com/sets/AdditionalImages/70322-1/70322_alt4.jpg that part has not been seen since 2000, i bought 8462 so this is great news as this set uses 2 of this part, great oppertunity to get a new part for my rebuild.
May 28, 20168 yr Yep, well spo guys...am i correct here?....do i see part # 2744 in Blue in the Nexo Knights set? that part has not been seen since 2000, i bought 8462 so this is great news as this set uses 2 of this part, great oppertunity to get a new part for my rebuild. Yep, well spotted...

I see it too, although I can't see it fully, but it does look like what your talking about.
May 28, 20168 yr More interesting is the metalgrey towball in the yellow liftarm. If they would fit into a pin?
