astyanax Posted June 29, 2021 Posted June 29, 2021 @SNIPE I hear ya! Recently I ended up creating the 0.5 offset not by adding anything on a 3L pin, but by creating a 3.5L pin out of a 2L pin, 1.5L pin, and 3L bar through both -- with the short end of the 1.5L pin pushed against the 2L pin. No spacer liftarm required. Quote

You mean like https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=18654&idColor=85#T=C&C=85 but sawed in half? I would like such a piece too. Those rings for minifigures are also really handy, as they have the exact width of a Lego System plate. Too bad I only have a few of them and they are quite expensive, they are so handy in builds where I combine System and Technic! Quote

msk6003 Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 It seems like lego made new big slim tire. In my eyes it looks like 49.5x14 Quote
Ngoc Nguyen Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 That means we'll probably get a Mack-scaled truck with proper rear dualies! Quote
Rebel_Lego Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 (edited) Maybe the Tow Truck will get them? Btw, which set is this? Edited July 1, 2021 by Rebel_Lego Quote

Gray Gear Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 Well I'd rather not have any technic pieces in this color. Dark red is not really needed in the technic world imo. Quote

Gray Gear Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 (edited) I mean not even black is able to cover the whole parts catalog. Basic stuff like the 27940 connector are not available in black, and black shoud be the most available color of all. If I had to build all my own MOCs with LEGO's awfully limited parts catalog I don't know if I would still be into this hobby. Edited July 1, 2021 by Gray Gear Quote
Ngoc Nguyen Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 (edited) This part appears in Green for the first time in 42129 Edited July 1, 2021 by Ngoc Nguyen Quote

astyanax Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 Half-bush returns in white, not seen since 2005. 22x in set 43197. Quote
SNIPE Posted July 2, 2021 Posted July 2, 2021 (edited) Speaking of new wheels/tires: It looks like these are just screwed in and the wheel just does over a plastic peg with a threaded hole in the center. They are duplo but im a purist and so im ok with forking out money on expensive parts on bricklink if I can use them creativley. Video of bike showing the screws:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWmlpPY2YmE SO, these could possibly fit over some sort of technic part and they are avilable in a few different colors: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=dupmc3pb01#T=C&C=1https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=dupmc3pb06#T=C&C=11https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=dupmc3pb07#T=C&C=153https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=dupmc3pb03#T=C&C=5https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=dupmc3pb04#T=C&C=7https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=dupmc3pb05#T=C&C=153https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=dupmc3pb08#T=C&C=155https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=dupmc3pb02#T=C Edited July 2, 2021 by SNIPE Quote
TechnicRCRacer Posted July 3, 2021 Posted July 3, 2021 New part(s) in the Zetros? In the New Elementary interview with the designers, they talk about a new universal joint (mostly referring to the one used in 42099) but mention it allowing to ‘slide on the cross axle’ which the 42099 one does not. Photo(unfortunately blurry): Look in the top center. The grey ball end looks longer and the red part may be new. I could be totally wrong. Quote

The only new piece in that is the LBG ball end. The red assembly is a red 4L axle connected to a 2L axle connector Edited July 3, 2021 by Bartybum Quote
