dynamic_e Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 YMMV, but you can combine the TRU 15% off coupon with the ba g offer they are running. That storage bag is nothing to write home about(probably can find something like it at the dollar store), but free is free right?
Derek Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Target USA 7631 Dump Truck - $15.99 down from $22.99 I think I'll pick this one up for this price!
The Green Brick Giant Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 If you are a Border's Member (It's free) they send you 30% and 40% off coupons in emails. Those emails can be used on LEGO. I got the Advent Calendar for $15 (after tax and a gift card). Border's has the normal Price, they also had the $11 IJ set, the horrible $20 Castle set from this year, the red city car, the city people, the creator pirate $10 set and the $10 pirate set, and some star wars set. However selection varies by store.

The Alchemyst Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 TRU "sales" made me cringe. All you SW fans may want in on this though. 22% off the Venator Cruiser with Free Shipping from Amazon. [$93.49USD] [-TA-]
Oky Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Also, Battle of Endor is $10 off MSRP at $89.99 on Amazon. YMMV, but you can combine the TRU 15% off coupon with the bag offer they are running. How do you know that? Did you actually do it? Since it said "not valid with any other “R”Us total transaction offer", I thought it wouldn't work. Oh well, it expired now, so no use discussing it. If you are a Border's Member (It's free) they send you 30% and 40% off coupons in emails. Those emails can be used on LEGO. I got the Advent Calendar for $15 (after tax and a gift card). Do they work online?

Yep,, got both in one shot, confirmed on the reciept. Too bad they ran out of week 4 bricks though. BTW, this week, TRU's notable sales are the combine harvester for $39.95(6 off) and the Farm set for $10 off at $79.95. SOme other city stuff is on sale but after their jacked up MSRP prices, same as Lego.com Edited November 2, 2009 by dynamic_e
The Green Brick Giant Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 (edited) Do they work online? I'm pretty sure the Border's Coupons do. However they don't seem to sell a lot of LEGO online. Edited November 2, 2009 by The Green Brick Giant
Oky Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 (edited) OK, thanks. The Venator is up to 113.99 by the way. It might go back down, but who knows. UPDATE: It is now down to $97.99. I'd suggest taking this chance before they change their mind again. UPDATE 2: It's changed again. They seem to not be able to make up their mind. Edited November 4, 2009 by Oky Wan Kenobi
Oky Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 (edited) Click here to find Target coupons for $5 off of SW Pirate tank, PM Cave Crusher, or SP3 Max Security Transport. Also, TRU's Big Book of Deals is now out. Most of the deals aren't very interesting since they simply bring the prices down to MSRP, but there are some good deals too, such as the Venator for $109.99, Anakin's Y-Wing for $54.99, Fighter Plane Attack for $44.99, and Rock Wrecker for $30.99. Piranha Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Batman LEGO on BrickLink is quite inflated and pricy currently. In fact I sold a 7884 for $55 recently
doctordark Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 TRU sales this weekend,Friday 3 PM to Midnight and Saturday 7 AM to 1 PM The City Single Drum Roller is $19.19 The Tractor is ONLY $14.99 The Mini Bulldozer is ONLY $12.99 (usually $10)
JCC1004 Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Today I saw Fight on the Flying Wing at Walmart today for 35 bucks! I already have one but some might want it for a more reasonable price.
dhaas06 Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 TRU sales this weekend,Friday 3 PM to Midnight and Saturday 7 AM to 1 PMThe City Single Drum Roller is $19.19 The Tractor is ONLY $14.99 The Mini Bulldozer is ONLY $12.99 (usually $10) That's not what I saw; the ad said 40% off all 3 of those sets, with those prices on the second two being the original price.
The Green Brick Giant Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 TRU last year was at least decent, this year it's a joke. B.J.'s Wholesale Club has a few $30 sets for $25. Nothing big.

So the deal is pretty good actually. Edited November 6, 2009 by BlueDragonZ

dynamic_e Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 I wonder if these deals are valid online. My son would love those sets.
Moose Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 I dont think this has been posted yet: Vader's Tie Fighter is available for $20 at Target from now until Wednesday.
Moose Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Also, eToys.com is having 15% off LEGO. I don't know how legit the website it is. I have heard of them before but I have never bought anything from there. The prices seem to be pretty consistent with other retailer prices.
Shadows Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Also, eToys.com is having 15% off LEGO. I don't know how legit the website it is. Haven't bought from them in years. At one time, they were in a 3 way competition with TRU and KB Toys online, but eventually KB bought them out. At that point, the two sites were selling the same things but with different prices and the things I bought from eToys arrived in better condition. I never did understand what exactly they were doing there, but I never had any problem with them. I have heard of them before but I have never bought anything from there. The prices seem to be pretty consistent with other retailer prices. Actually, the prices I saw were high, even some of the sale prices. It's sort of like TRU with their markup and then discount routine. Only way I'd deal with them is if they ran free shipping.
BlueDragonZ Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 Actually, eToys.com is ToysRUs. Toysrus purchased a lot of sites in the last few months including babyuniverse.com and toys.com. Thats why the prices are the same as toysrus and they have the same items for sale as well. Also, not all the lego is on sale for 15% off. Just checked star wars lego and only a few is a few bucks off like the death star now $375.
BlueDragonZ Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 I dont think this has been posted yet: Vader's Tie Fighter is available for $20 at Target from now until Wednesday. Also to add on, Target is having the dropship on sale for $199 at the moment as well.
