Must be your Target... I was in a Target this morning (John's Creek GA) and they had nothing LEGO on sale. I think it must be a fairly affluent area that sells LEGO well, because I rarely see anything there on sale.

Wrong thread for this. Make a new thread, please!

Also, double check the set numbers. Brickset doesn't have them. Maybe the best place to post this would be brickpicker.com

My Target has quite a few sets on 30% off clearance, some at 50%. Of course this will vary by location. I saw LOTR BofA, some older super hero sets, all ultra agents (surprising to me because all these are pretty recent, like the helicopter), some older city sets including the arctic mobile base, some small TLM set. Friends Olivia's ice cream bike was 50% off. I don't think any Star Wars were marked down.

Wal-Mart has clearance prices for some sets for "Star Wars", "Legends of Chima", "Ninjago", "Super Heroes", "Princess", and "Friends". Your market will probably vary. ( I have not check out if it is in more than one store yet.) I am guessing they are getting ready for the next wave of sets to come.

I've probably visited 6+ stores in a 40 mile radius in the past week (NW Indiana, SW Michigan), and they vary greatly in what is marked down. One store had a huge pile of Ninjago and Chima at 50% off, other stores have had stuff marked down 10-15%. Lots of TMNT and Super Heroes sets as well.

I have never been able to find any of the 'girls' sets marked down around here, wish I could.

Yea, from what I can remember it was only one or two sets. (I just wish the "elves" sets would go on sale now.)

Plus, it looks like the "agents" and "the LEGO Movie" went on clearance too.

I appreciate the posts about Walmart and Target, but you guys need to be REALLY specific about which store - mine NEVER have any LEGO on clearance. Not even just a general location - it really varies from specific store to store, unless it's a publicized weekly ad that applies across the board.

I have basically given up on trying to find any good clearance deals. My local Target and Wal-marts never have any, and if they do the stuff seems to get scooped up before I make it to the store anyways.

I get what you're saying but there are several reasons I don't do that.

1) Personally I live in a fairly small city with only one Target and saying that location is a bit more specific than I generally like to be on a forum, your feelings may vary.

2) Because of being in a small city in fairly rural area I think its very unlikely that there are more than a couple people who regularly read this thread who are within in driving distance. If you live in a major metropolitan area the specific store would be a lot more helpful.

3) In this particular case the information is valuable because it indicates the July toy section reset has occurred at my store, and should therefore occur at your store already or within the next couple weeks. This is a nationwide occurrence in January and July that every Target is involved in, but with some variation in dates. Here is another source of info about the reset: http://www.allthingstarget.com/category/clearance/70-off-toy-clearance/

I have a similar situation as "Vorkosigan". Plus if you look at my profile it say what city I live near (Fort Wayne). And they only have 3 Targets along with 3 Meijer stores (I am not going to count the Wal-Marts).

But, to bring this back on topic I seen the "Ant-Man" set marked to $15 at more than one Wal-Mart.

The Toys R Us in Mishawaka, IN had about 5 or 6 70705 Bug Obliterators for $43 a couple of hours ago today. I didn't purchase them, so they should still be there.

TRU Lynnwood had Super Heroes, Friends, and Star Wars down 20%. Some Ninjago and Chima on heavy clearance too. I think the deal ends tomorrow, so if you live in that area get down there... :look:

Walmart in Burnsville, MN had 75919 Indominus Rex Breakout marked down from $129.97 to $99

Checked some other local Walmarts, did not see the same deal, not sure what to make of it, maybe a mistake...

The US shop@home site has a bunch of new clearance today. Mostly Chima, also some older Ultra Agents, TNMT, city coast guard 4x4, and battle for Ninjago city.

It looks like Meijer store(s) has an additional 25% off clearance prices for all toys, so it might be worth a look.

I spotted at that price too at some wal-mart stores.

As with all Meijer/Walmart clearance, YMMV.

Only 1 of the 6 stores I've checked in the past 10 days or so have had this. Though I'd imagine the others are going to happen soon.

The Exo Suit, which is listed as "Sold Out" on SAH, is currently available for 20% off at the Lego Store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. In case anyone desperately needs to pick one up before they all disappear.

I've been watching the black friday ads and here are the deals for the major US chains:

Target: $55 each for Arctic Base Camp, Bike shop and Cafe, and TLM Police Dropship.

Walmart: $30 for 1500 piece classic brick tower.

ToysRUs: 30% off all Ultra Agents sets, Wave 3 sets are pictured in the ad.
