Lego 10243 Parisian Restaurant--!New Build & Review!

Here we are back! :)

Bag 3: 2nd Floor + Dinning open Area:

-Dinning Area Section:

* This idea is soo great and it is just like in reality!....Love how the Flower Boxes are hanging in way giving a very nice look and design.

Here it is attached to the 1st floor and i can tell it is even looks very nice when attached!

Again, This Section will get 10/10.....

-2nd Floor:

* building The basics of the base!

* Starting to get the shape of the floor

* Setting on the furnitures....very neat and organized..AWESOME!

* More Furnitures...The Bed idea ( folding back ) is so clever!

* The Floor is done!...a veeery nice looking floor, just reminds me of an Old Mansion which i love!

A View with 1st Floor:

* One Word: AWESOME!!!

This will get: 10/10...........

So Far The build is great and didnt notice any issues!

Note:

Those Who are thinking this set is not that good, i Strongly advise them to buy with their closed eyes...ohh man!..this is a very enjoyable, detailed super looking modular!

@Gongoro73: lool,,,it is due to Light reflection and camera night-vision activation...but no worries, it is Light Blueish Grey! :)

Only the Pet Shop set had one in the brown building. It simply means those residents have a busy life with all those visitors ;)

Seeing all these rats infesting the modular buildings, it seems long overdue for LEGO to come out with a pest control theme. Maybe when they run out of ideas in the Police theme, they can create an animal control police force.

good point,,,well seeing Rats will reflect how the building is dirty..loooooooooool...but this is just a style for a complete environment i believe

Hi guys,

I bought and built mine Restaurant in January only just was in the shops and I had liked it immediactly! I built it mirror-like for a better arrangement in my city's diorama.

I think is more detailed than previous buildings. In particular I like the kitchen and the painter's mansard.

^Pictures of the mirror build? I'm always interested in seeing how those turn out.

I like the official set. I am one behind still so I'll pick it up in due time. I do wish it was larger. I like the amount of details involved, but the size seems weird with that patio dining area. But I also happen to really like that patio dining area. Funny how that works.

I think maybe I'll mod mine to have the patio enclosed there with no door (maybe a window). And have the juliet door become the official door with stairs leading up to that side. I'll figure it out whenever I pick it up.

Bag 4: 3rd Floor, The Artist Flat/Office:

* Starting with the Build!

* The Decoration of this Section is giving the Front-Bottom of the floor so neat and Fabulous!

* This Part of the build the (Clamp), i heard many people were facing about the clamps getting loose and doesnt fit ....Well mine are so tight and fits perfectly!

* Back view of the floor showing the Place were the Artist do his/her Practice.....Very nice and cool place to stay in!

​* The side lids of the Floor, gives a colourful look with these Dark Blue Parts!

And The Floor is Done!

* The Side Folds back revealing Artist Area, Cool idea and so impressive!

OverAll Look!

​* A Very Nice Looking Modular with Unique Exterior Decoration and Design!

-Extra Parts Left from the Set:

* Huge Parts makes Me Happy!

-Unique Extra parts to me:

Remarks:

- This Set is similar to GG in some building steps and strategy.

- I am Very Happy to own this Set.

- Biggest Remark is, i am happy that everything was smooth in this set and no issues: ( bent plates, loose clamps,..etc )

I give the set: 10/10......Excellent and worth every time and money spent on it!

By finishing this build, This is my last Thread to make as my focus was to make full 9 modulars reviews. I Hope you enjoyed the reviews and i thank you a lot for your contribution and comments and i do hope to start again the Building Threads with different Themes!

Time now to focus on other stuffs and hope one day we meet !

And yea, dont forget to visit the restaurant!
