Posted October 15, 201410 yr Well after seeing everyones great DCComic MOCS for Batman and Superman on here, I've decided to stop hiding and show you guys what I've been doing. Being a Superman fan and collecting the comics since 1986 till today, I just had to build something from the Superman Universe. This is my First MOC so go easy on me..... I just finished this after 6 weeks of work on it. I've seen multiple Bat-caves, Arkham Asylums, a Daily Planet and many mor amazing MOCs. I searched the web for Lego STAR Labs and only seen one. Its a yellow interpretation of an old comic. My MOC is a mash up of older and newer versions of STAR Labs. So let me take you on a guided tour of my creation.......... This is the exterior shot. (Dang glare.) 1star by brickhicks, on Flickr Here are a couple more exterior's from different angles..... 2star by brickhicks, on Flickr 3star by brickhicks, on Flickr 4star by brickhicks, on Flickr 5star by brickhicks, on Flickr 6star by brickhicks, on Flickr This is a picture of the whole interior..... 7star by brickhicks, on Flickr The first floor is where chemicals and other liquids are stored. Its kinda crazy that the reception room is right behind that glass door. What were those builders thinking?...... 8star by brickhicks, on Flickr Second floor is a random lab.... (I borrowed some ideas for this) 9star by brickhicks, on Flickr The 3rd floor is the Kryptonite Research Lab. Includes Lead lined Kryptonite vault. Also the Kryptonite laser surgical chair. Looks like someone was working with BLUE KRYPTONITE. tenstar by brickhicks, on Flickr elevenstar by brickhicks, on Flickr I added some features from The NEW 52. Here is the RED ROOM. S.T.A.R. Labs keeps its Alien Technology locked away here. I even have a Father Box displayed. (yeah, there's some weird stuff in there.) twelvestar by brickhicks, on Flickr thirteenstar by brickhicks, on Flickr OH NO!!!!!! It looks like a battle has erupted outside of S.T.A.R. Labs...... fourteenstar by brickhicks, on Flickr Look its EMIL HAMILTON with some GREEN KRYPTONITE. seventeenstar by brickhicks, on Flickr LOIS LANE and JIMMY OLSEN! sixteenstar by brickhicks, on Flickr BATMAN & ROBIN (Damian) eighteenstar by brickhicks, on Flickr The FLASH!!! fifteenstar by brickhicks, on Flickr WONDER WOMAN and FAORA nineteenstar by brickhicks, on Flickr AQUAMAN vs. Lex Luthor twentystar by brickhicks, on Flickr SUPERMAN vs ZOD twentytwostar by brickhicks, on Flickr twentyonestar by brickhicks, on Flickr One last aerial shot twentythreestar by brickhicks, on Flickr So what do you guys think? This being my first MOC I've learned new building techniques and have been inspired to try more. So stay tuned......... Thanks for looking! Edited October 16, 201410 yr by rickfromkrypton
October 16, 201410 yr nice job, the outside looks good with the curved glass but the inside is where its really at! i love how each room has its own color scheme and feels different. congratulations on your first moc!
October 16, 201410 yr Nice work! :) As for deeplinking, I have no clue about that site, but Flickr is free and pretty easy. It's what most people on here use. If you can't figure that out, I think there's a tutorial on deeplinking from Flickr somewhere on here.
October 16, 201410 yr Wow, great setup. Couldn't tell this was someone's first MOC. I would like to have this in a regular town layout.
