Waterbrick Down Posted November 26, 2014 Author Posted November 26, 2014 Benji and Hoke head back topside and make their way to the glassblowers where they had earlier left their companions. It's now morning, but Althior and company are no where to be seen. While the map shows a good deal of the sewers of Eubric Freeport, Benji can make no sense of the symbols and markings.
UsernameMDM Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 (edited) Hoke looks over as Benji studies the map. Torc slither/crawls rather ungracefully with her gut full of hydra "Anything of use?" he asks the beast warrior. Hoke looks around but doesn't see Alithor "Not here it seems. I think our next stop is the Guild of Invision if I remember correctly. Mayhaps Alithor went ahead of us." Edited November 26, 2014 by UsernameMDM
Flare Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Benji sneaks around and investigates the area around, behind, and to the sides of the glassblowers. If there is nothing to be found, then he will see if the glassblowers are open.

"My apologies my good sir. I can only perform the upgrade on a weapon. As for custom work, I make a good deal of alchemical equipment used in city, I've done a fair number of artistic pieces for the Hinckwells and Shadeaux families, the Bonaparte's are constantly in need of new spyglasses, and I've even collaborated with the great Legonardo of the Ji Pei on one of his projects." Waterbrick Down Posted November 26, 2014 Author Posted November 26, 2014 "Oh yeah? I would be willing to put down some serious gold for some custom work, any suggestions?" "Any interests, hobbies? I've shown you perhaps my most practical pieces for your line of work." "This then," Hoke says as he hands over the Flagpole and 50 gold. "What kind of equipment? Do you have an examples? I may be interested in purchasing something," Hoke says as he jingles this bulging coin pouch. The werehound shows the duo a collection of intricate beakers and flasks, distillation tubes and reactor vessels, thermometers and pressure gauges. Among all the pieces, Hoke and Benji spot identical glassware to the variety found at the crime scenes. He returns to the office where he first entered. Assuming he's still there, Althior asks where he could find the leftover ingredients OoC: I've updated my statisitcs page since I no longer have the Cloak of the Elven Necromancer or the Rat Queen's Hide since there was an error in the marketplace thread. I added the gold from those accordingly.
Flare Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 "Well, by trade I am an archer, if perhaps you made some sort of headpiece that could enhance my vision?" Benji turns and looks though all the beakers, finding the one identical to the ones found in the scenes of the crime. "Have you sold any of this specific flask to anyone... Suspicious?"
