Just got married a week ago, so it took the show from Christmas this year :classic:

Congratulations to you and your wife! I suppose she's the one that provided proof for the incircle formula within minutes. I wish you a happy marriage.

And merry Christmas to everyone!

Congratulations Lipko! Looking forward to hear about another kind of MOCs in the future.

I think I will start the new year with "kind-of-new" life... I decided to sell some LEGOs, if somebody is interested, please check the topic in Buy-Sell subforum.

Hey guys! Happy new year!  I wish you all the best! Thank you for your help, support and communication!

Some teasers about my current WIP project. It's an scale project of existed car. Just do not want to create a separate WIP topic.

Thou shalt not talk about MOCs in the pub

Very best wishes for you too. And everyone else of course. Make 2018 worth while.

Looks like like a 1920's Rolls Royce or sth else for a head of a state to be driven around and getting shot at in :D
All jokes aside it looks impressive. Will it be suspended on leaf springs?

I figure since I hope to start being active I may introduce myself.

I am TQM, and I resurrected my LEGO addiction after dark ages around 2 years ago after the typical teen dark-age. I try to build almost exclusively in Technic and my current WIPs include:

- Gravedigger, the monster truck (I finally got the chassis completed and I just need to get one PF switch to get the both axles to turn the way I want them to
- TC13 entry Stubby Bob replica
- Volvo 240 Estate
- A rockcrawler with my V2XL engine with the new purple wheelarches and generally purple body

Here's a pick of the engine image.jpg

It's nice to find a place in the internet where people share the love for Technic and create so many great things that are inspiration to me when I feel like I am going nowhere with my MOCs.

So Happy New Year for all Technic heads may the 2018 bring great MOCs and all the sets/parts we all want to get our hands on.

Happy new year everyone!

I've decided to finish sorting my Lego... Not the most fun thing to do, but it will be much more fun to build when it's done!

Anyway, I probably won't be posting any MOCs for a while... (but I'll still be commenting )

Just how long do you anticipate sorting to take?!

Probably at least a month or so (probably more) - I've got a lot more Lego than you think...

Sorting a 50cm X 90 cm full of Technic takes me two weeks, so with your stuff it would probably take me years... I hate sorting but it's unenviable with the limited space I've got to build in

Yeah, that's one of the problems I've got... Not to mention that I spend at least 65% of my building time looking for parts that I know I've got heaps of! (which is often something I saw 5 minutes ago - when I didn't need it)

I love sorting. I find it quite relaxing.

The problem I find is that I’m much less creative with a sorted collection than I am when I have to search for pieces.

Happy new year! Let it be known that sorting sucks.

I couldn't disagree more

I too find it quite relaxing. And most of the time I find that I have more of the rare parts than I thought

That's exactly why I'm sorting! :sweet:

Well yes, a bit, that's why I tend to group similar parts together in the same box - so I see the other options when I get a part.

I agree, I often find that I've got way more of a part than I realized! (especially when it comes to pins and axles)
