I see your point, but as mentioned here, this whole confusion could have been avoided by simply mentioning that what was meant was noon, as precise knowledge of the definition of am and pm is not particularly common, as evidenced by the flood of comments on Rebrick. I would like to ask you to please still consider my entry.

The time zone converter that was given uses both the 12 hour and 24 hour clock. Midnight is labeled as 00/12 AM, and Noon is labeled 12/12 PM. I find it strange that so many people have confusion about what 12 PM means, yet no one questioned what it meant until after they had missed the deadline.

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do. The same deadline and time converter were given on all six sites in the same exact way, and follow the official world-wide time clock guidelines.

Talking of time, when is the semi-final announcement?

I don't think I can disclose the official dates, but the rules give you a rough idea;

The judging will begin December 1, 2014 and the winners will be announced on each site before December 25, and

the overall grand prizewinner of the gold mask will be announced by January 12, 2015

I don't know if we are going to announce the top 5 from each site before the 3 respective finalists are chosen, this is to yet be discussed. When each set of 3 finalists are announced, we might show who the other two that made it into the top 5 were.

That's quite understandable and is what Black Six said as well, but I think Warhead was asking about whether the Eurobricks winners have privately been notified or not at this time.

Yes the winners have been contacted. If you entered on multiple sites then of course make sure to check both your email and any private messaging systems that exist on all of the sites you entered on to see if you won.
