Posted October 21, 201410 yr Hi everyone! I am sorry that I do not know which forum is more appropriate for this MOC, so I published it here. And sorry for my english)). Let me show you my new MOC, steamy typewriter, which was built for "Age Of Steam" contest on RFFL. Here it is: All keys are fixed separately, each in it's bar, they stay inside with clips, so every key can be really clicked. Here the whole English alphabet in qwerty- keyboard layout, numbers, dot and dash, the left and right shift, @ (there was not more appropriate sign in a set for business cards) There is such mosaic at each side. Thats all, I hope you enjoed! Comments are welcome. Have a nice day! Flickr Edited October 21, 201410 yr by PolkovnikOnTheWhiteHorse
October 26, 201410 yr I had to look more closely to see that it wasn't actually functional. At first glance, I thought that the keys might move the arms. (not that it would actually type on paper.) I do, however, see some movement of the carriage... Is that little bit as far as it goes?
