mocbuild101 Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 I just found something... --- WARNING! - If you actually have the brick separator virus, DO NOT open the spoiler! --- Spoiler A giant bulk lot of 70 brick separators!!!! Quote
Peppermint_M Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 So I just found a brand new use. Attaching keyrings! The thin edge will easily slip in between the loops on the keychain, making it wide enough to thread through other loops/zip pulls. I was just putting one of my new keychains to a backpack and was having a mare of a time. When I went to find something to help I saw one of my many brick separators, an lo! It worked. Quote

And that just gave me an idea which I shall try out the next time its needed: automotive plastic trim tool. Its remarkably close in size and shape to several existing tool designs, will easily fit between the gaps with minimal scratching and the shallow angle allows for careful prying. Quote
Lyichir Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 Pssst... not sharing my source since I don't want it ending up on Lego's radar and getting shut down, but it looks like next year we'll finally get brick separators in a new color... Bright Bluish Green a.k.a. Dark Turquoise a.k.a. good old fashioned TEAL. Quote
Modeltrainman Posted September 8, 2018 Posted September 8, 2018 I'd really love the new separator in 'Bright green' (the tree color.) Quote

I know we are many months later from this post, so far they appeared pretty randomly in some sets, orange is still dominating 2019 however Quote

Vorkosigan Posted May 3, 2019 Posted May 3, 2019 Here is a picture of the new teal one in a set. Will be good to get them in a new color, although I'd prefer something more subtle (I know they are supposed to be easy to find). Quote
