Mencot Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Awesome piece of art, so beautiful. Is there any more images, close ups? Quote
Matthias Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 That is perfection. I would be glad, if you can post more pictures. I can just say congratulation to this island. Capt. Redbeard (Roger) would be grudging. Quote
Kolonialbeamter Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Holy moly! This is at least one of the best pirate displays ever! If I started listing things that I think are outstanding, I'd never stop... so instead I will tell you what I don't like so much: There's not enough pictures There's so much to learn from this. Great work you two!! Quote
Captain Braunsfeld Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Welcome back - we've been missing you and your MOCs. This is fantastic! (What shall I praise - the water? The islands? Everything is of highest standard) And I found the pirate, chased by monkeys again (this needs to go into my list of "Monkeys and Pirates"-MOCs! Quote
robjoh Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 Would love to see more pictures. It is really great. Quote
Kalais Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 Yeah, me too, show us more pictures! :) Awesome MOC! Quote
ArchitectureFan Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 This looks fantastic - more pictures!!! Quote
Kolonialbeamter Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 If I may (hope it's OK to post this): You can find more amazing pics and even a video here. Quote
dr_spock Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 Excellent work. Love how you hid a GBC mechanism inside to run the waterfall. Maybe it should be called the Great Stud Contraption. Quote
Mencot Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 Seeing those close ups images on mocpages, makes this even more awesome. And the waterfall function is sweet. Quote
SilentWolf Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 I will sound like an echo but the waterfall is indeed amazing. However, the overall detail of this is beyond impressive. Your technique for the water definitely creates a realistic look. I am very impressed and I keep finding more things to be impressed with. Quote
