Also, in Docken's defense, he's also immune to positive effect removal so he should keep his Scary and Trial effects because of that. OoC: Martial Hit is physical if no gem is used. If an element is imbued, it becomes magical. Remember the core rule: if an attack uses ether, it is magical.
