Disco86 Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 This is my 2nd entry to the Colossal Castle Contest - Category: Medieval Husbandry The Eleves are producing their own wine in the hills of Valinor. After squeezing out the grapes, the wine is stored directly within the hill. The wine cellar is accessabble by lifting up a part of the hill. Thanks for you comments ! I recommend you to also participate in the contest. Greets ! Quote
Graham Gidman Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Such a great idea, and flawless execution. Well done! Quote
Slegengr Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Very nice MOC, Disco! I like the vines growing on the hill. That dome is well done with what is available. The posing and expressions on different elves is perfect! I also like that the hill over the cellar is removable for added "play" value. I do not see anywhere that could use improvement. Nice execution of the idea! Brick on, Disco! Quote
Kodan Black Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Those elves are very clever! I like the foot stomping of the grapes and the cleaning out of the barrel. Some nice little details to take note of. Quote
Mr Greeble Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Amazing as always! The Gazebo structure is very nice. Quote
songwm Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Nice moc! I especially like the use of purple 1x1 round plates (as grapes right?) Quote
mrcp6d Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Gorgeous all around. I like the tan "bar" technique quite a bit. Quote

Captain Braunsfeld Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Beautiful - unique - and funny! Well done, Disco86!! Does it slightly spoil the image of the Elves that they are captured this way? Quote
Disco86 Posted November 29, 2014 Author Posted November 29, 2014 Thanks ! Yes, there is some kind of humor in it Quote
nine09nueve Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Beautiful work (and it is MOC's like these that prevent me from ever entering any contest in any way shape of form! ( ) Quote
