It somehow reminds me a bit of the weathertop from the Lord of the Rings movie, too .

Unfortunately I am not planning to get Rome to live out of LEGO - but it is indeed an interesting idea! ;)

The modular is because this piece is part of Teensietown, a Microscale, Fantasy City, some of our LUG are building to display it on exhibitions.
