deraven Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 A trip, Yes, that's as apt a description as any. Here's another that should be easy, if you've been exposed to it at all: Quote
Tarfful Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 A trip, Yes, that's as apt a description as any. Here's another that should be easy, if you've been exposed to it at all: -snip- it sure is.. ha AMELIE! it's been far too long since I've seen that film.. |Tarfful Quote
deraven Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 Yes! I have a feeling we're all starting to build up our watch/re-watch lists here… :) What do you have for us next, Tarfful? Quote
Tarfful Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 (edited) delving into the anime realm: a somewhat obscure picture from one of my all time favorites. |Tarfful Edited December 3, 2014 by Tarfful Quote
Brickelodeon Posted December 4, 2014 Author Posted December 4, 2014 Aiaiai. I'm out for this one. I have no clue about any anime. Quote
deraven Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Not 100% sure on this one, but I'm thinking Porco Rosso(sp?). Love Miyazaki stuff! Quote
deraven Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 I'm pretty sure it's Porco Rosso and found almost the same image via a Google Image Search, so I'll put up another one for guessing: Quote
Brickelodeon Posted December 8, 2014 Author Posted December 8, 2014 I have no clue, I hope someone else does... Quote
anton1678 Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 (edited) I'm pretty sure it's Porco Rosso and found almost the same image via a Google Image Search, so I'll put up another one for guessing: I'm pretty sure that's from the Thomas Crown Affair I remember that painting Edited December 9, 2014 by LuxorV Please do not quote images from the same page. Jedi-Bendu Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 (edited) Okay, my turn...... A View To a Kill -> http://livingincinem...kill-1985-jb50/ Here's a new one...... Edited December 9, 2014 by LuxorV Please do not quote images from the same page. Thank you. Quote
Brickelodeon Posted December 9, 2014 Author Posted December 9, 2014 (edited) Okay, my turn...... Wait what? You need to guess the previous picture before posting a new one. Technically, it's anton's turn right now. But we can just let it roll for now. Edited December 9, 2014 by LuxorV Please do not quote images from the same page. Thank you. Quote
Tarfful Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 (edited) sorry for the dissapearing act, guys.. my comprooter pooped out on me 'nd I just got it back from the shop earlier today. anywho ~ it was Porco Rosso, just to clarify. |Tarfful Edited December 9, 2014 by Tarfful Quote
deraven Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 That looks so familiar… but I don't know. That alien I'm pretty sure was a big TV actor… I want to say he was in Buck Rogers or some other 80's Sci-Fi series… nice one, Jedi-Bendu... Quote
Jedi-Bendu Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 That looks so familiar… but I don't know. That alien I'm pretty sure was a big TV actor… I want to say he was in Buck Rogers or some other 80's Sci-Fi series… nice one, Jedi-Bendu... Let me give you a hint since its not an easy one. Yes, the alien was in Buck Rogers....the actor is Thom Christopher who played Hawk. The movie this screenshot is from was released just after Buck Rogers.... Now, guess again! Quote
deraven Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 OK, yes! Thom Christopher was in so much random stuff, but Hawk definitely sticks in my mind. That would make this movie Space Raiders (1983), but never would have gotten there without the Thom Christopher hook (or some cheating)! Assuming that's correct, anton1678 take their turn at posting one if desired, otherwise I'll put up something new tomorrow (since I really need to get some sleep now!). Quote

Thom is a great man (and Hawk is a childhood hero!) And yes: Space Raiders is correct....a Roger Corman production that has recycled scenes from Battle beyond the Stars. Quote
deraven Posted December 12, 2014 Posted December 12, 2014 OK, no anton, so here's another… not as obscure as Space Raiders, but: Quote
Jedi-Bendu Posted December 12, 2014 Posted December 12, 2014 (edited) Dark City! I'll post a new photo later (I'm on mobile now) Edited December 12, 2014 by Jedi-Bendu Quote
