Latest CMF series impact on Historic themes

I've really liked this idea and was finally able to feel 8 frightening knights to try it out - these guys aren't be that easy to army build with, as there are only three per box.

But otherwise, the series is very interesting and even if we don't get any castle related themes anytime soon, it's nice to see some new medievalesque accesories at least this way.

I hate with a passion that sword. Anything is better than that....I tend to use accessories not made by lego tho...

The snow queen may or may not be historic. Hopefully it is useful.

Imp also has the potential, as does the Scallywag. The new dog mold for the dog show could be useful, but I doubt it. Probably a toy, daschund or something else small and useless. The hiker could come with a walking stick....

Until we see pictures, it's hard to guess how much impact they will have.

I have high hopes for the Assassin/Rogue and the Arabian Knight.

Has Walmart stopped carrying the last couple CMF figures? I've been wanting to pick up some, and Walmart used to be my local source, but it seems like they don't carry them anymore, from what I've seen. I travel for my job as well, and I've checked nearly every Walmart I've come across within 3-4 hrs of my home, and haven't seen anything new for the past 6 months or so. They have still been bringing in other new Legos like normal...but the CMF series specifically seems to be gone.

I'm probably only interested in Maleficent. Although, I wonder if the genie's hands are medium blue...

I find it weird that Buzz has a normal head this time instead of a specialised one.

I wonder if the genie's "hair" is detachable and useful as a feather in the newer helmets.

Legs of Peter Pan and both the torso and legs/skirt of Malefice seems useful. I can't really see the torso or legs of Captain Hook, so I can't tell whether it might be useful or not. Looks like Ariel's gem is a new colour, light pink, which will be a nice addition to King's treasury Also, I'm not sure if Alice is holding a blue bottle or it is just the reflection of the blue background.

I think it is a blue bottle also hook torso could be useful for noblemen etc.

I can't tell if Ursula's torso is just a print or if it's a shaped piece to make her fat and busty. If it's a shaped piece, I hope it's separate from the octopoid legs. What do you think?
