Posted November 30, 201410 yr This is moc from B -model of 42006. The first idea was from http://rebrickable.com/mocs/tomik/bulldozer And with a little but significant i made this movable right and kleft blade with special updown function
November 30, 201410 yr I can recognize my bulldozer in your MOD. I like that you've added more articulation to blade but I don't understand what are thouse slant beams in rear for...
November 30, 201410 yr Author These beams are there just to give more sporty look.. There is no any purpose. Just placed them there.
December 10, 201410 yr Author The very next days i made this moc. It is a non real model but i had an idea about what to. Pieces are only from 42006 so details are not easy to bee construct especially from a begginer like me. Edited December 10, 201410 yr by Electricalchief
December 10, 201410 yr That's actually quite nice. Of course the string isn't original part from 42006. Have you considered motorizing it?
December 11, 201410 yr It's really neat how you've preserved the feel of other crane and bulldozer sets while making your mocs. This set may get overlooked because it is yellow and treaded and not powered / RC like some of its predecessors. Do you think you could approximate the 8043 B-model with this set?
December 11, 201410 yr Author The string it is not a lego piece. But it works very well with the wog. Also as you can see the boom goes up and. Down full path very easy. About 8043 b model looks good idea, i will try it, but i dont know if i will made it good. At the moment, pieces of this set is use to improve 42009 crane for better look.

And did you consider doing a tilting blade as @electricalchief has done?
December 12, 201410 yr @tomik, just out of interest, did u do a PF or RC version of that dozer? And did you consider doing a tilting blade as @electricalchief has done? I haven't done remote controlled version of my dozer due to lack of space for battery box and motors. I think it would be much bigger model for RC. And I was thinking about tilting blade but I haven't found the way how to do it.
December 13, 201410 yr @tomik thanks for the response, and I can see why you couldn't do it. I will attempt to make it soon.mare there step by step instructions on rebrickable?

February 7, 201510 yr Real nice crane electricalchief...I also like the turning of the blade adding on to Tomik's design. Those liftarms in back are a bit odd, but like you said you wanted it to your liking.
