Captain Braunsfeld Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 Day 13 - Pier I hope we also get a mini-boat fitting to the size of the pier. Quote
legofanatic12 Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 The noble lady could be a S9 Mermaid in her normal human form. Quote
Blakstone Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 That is a nice pier but how does the lantern attach to the pier? I would not expect a stud underneath the black cone. Quote
Yooha Posted December 15, 2014 Author Posted December 15, 2014 That is a nice pier but how does the lantern attach to the pier? I would not expect a stud underneath the black cone. There is a 1x1 plate under the black cone. So there is a 1x3 tile next to it which is connected only one end of the pier. Quote
Blakstone Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Very nice. Thanks for the explanation. Quote
Kwatchi Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 I really liked the raft for a reason I can't put my finger on. Regardless, I'll enjoy following this thread until December 24. Who says my kids can have all the fun? :) Quote
mrcp6d Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 I was wondering where the GoH Advent calender was! Looking good so far, can't wait to see if a micro pirate ship shows up! Quote
Israel Hands Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 I'm liking them, though I'm not too sure about the bedside table. Since you're replicating the concept of the Lego Advent calendar, have you limited yourself to a similar part count, and would each model be able to fit into one of the typical advent calendar trays? Mazin Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 Are You going to include a horse or something? I know it's not very piratish... more Western or Castle but we often MOCem into soldiers' sets, so... Quote

Yes, that's the case. It is a challenge creating something with approx. 10 bricks. Quote

Yooha Posted December 22, 2014 Author Posted December 22, 2014 Great captain. What a nice hat. Is this hat in real avaiable. If yes from What Set? That's Blackbeard's hat from POtC sets 4192 and 4195. But that one is printed. Quote
Mazin Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 Wow, there's a scar on his head right? Did You make that up or was this face used somewhere already? Quote
Yooha Posted December 23, 2014 Author Posted December 23, 2014 Day 23 - Christmas palm tree Wow, there's a scar on his head right? Did You make that up or was this face used somewhere already? That's the CMF 4 Viking's face, the scar was already there. Quote
