So ever since I was I kid I always take apart any old toys, printers ect I could get my hands on. Then I would try and find the area where all the gears and motors were and throw out everything else. So what I want to know is any one able to open up some Lego motors to see how they work and post them here? I want to see some internals.

Was a buggy motor hard to take apart and reassembled? Because I've got one that is doing some weird sounds but it works... for now.

If I can fix it that would be awesome.

It's a bit difficult to disassemble without leaving any scars, but otherwise it's relatively easy.

The small black lid has four clips that need to be pried out. No need to open gears case if it's an electrical problem - here it was a broken wire (yellow top right component, a resettable fuse)

Sounds really bad, I'd personally give it a go at taking it apart, it sounds like something's out of place and hitting other bits around and it won't live long :(

Any idea what's my problem by checking the video?

Does it sound the same if you in reverse mode? and are both red part turning, or is one blocked ?
