This is model I have built back in the first half of 2012. I don´t have the physical model anymore, but I just found the pics I had in my archive and decided to finally post it. It´s a steampunk submarine, originated from a former pirate ship that was converted. It had no interiors. It was simply a tryout into this world I quite love and admire for its aesthetic richness but to which I had never dared to dive. So, here's my first steampunk adventure! :)

AMAZING! The detailing is phenomenal. The front propellers, the greebles, everything! Really a beautiful build.

Ah lovely! The engine details are excellent and the "specialised" part use puts anyone who claims they are single-use to shame!

A very good steampunk creation. Excellent reuse of the hull part of "the Flying Dutchman". I have always wondered what to do with it.

It is excelent! I love steampunk, and this creation is amazing. As I told Marcos before, it remides me of a Steampunk Beatles Yellow Submarine.

Man, Marcos, I wish Lego would let you design a steampunk line of vehicles and minifigures. People that see the collection of Lego sets in my home ALWAYS comment on the visual appeal of The Sea Cow. I wish I had other steampunk sets to display along side it . (hint, hint) Thanks for sharing pics of this steamarine. I'm a sucker for intricate greebling.

Personally, I think it would make a great Spelljammer ship.
