Cmay91472 Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 (edited) I decided to take a stab at the Batwing with my favorite Tron color scheme. Here is what I came up with. https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/128866203@N08/15365162154/ https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/128866203@N08/15800024298/ https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/128866203@N08/15801418299/ https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/128866203@N08/15801692927/ https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/128866203@N08/15961659636/ https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/128866203@N08/15801696777/ Overall, fairly pleased with how it turned out. Definitely the most ambitious build for me yet as I was essentially winging it as I was building with no real blueprints other than some images of the Lego Movie Batwing. Not 100% satisfied with the rear. Anyone have any part recommendations for a rear turbine that will hold the flames? The piece I originally wanted to use would not accommodate multiple flames so I opted for the back wheel of Wildstyle's motor cycle. The weight of the wings was the most challenging aspect as I had to design and re-design a few times on a trial and error basis to build a base that supported the wing assembly. Thanks for looking. Steph 104th Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Awesome build, looks very much like the LB3 version, this would be an awesome set. Quote
Shib Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Replace the Blues with reds and it could be a Batman Beyond style creation. Quote

Captain Braunsfeld Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Cool! (difficult to say more, as my key feeling when I see it is "cool!") Quote
